This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

The meals, Facility, amenities, and the staff’s service were all truly wonderful. On both Day 1 and Day 2, we could freely enter and exit SeaWorld, and we were also grateful to receive a ¥3,000 gift voucher as part of the 60-day advance booking perk. We would definitely love to visit again.

After moving from Yokohama to the Kansai area, we were looking for an Accommodation nearby that offers delicious French cuisine and allows for a relaxed one-night stay. In Yokohama, there were several great places in Hakone—about a 90-minute drive away—serving excellent French or Italian food, but for our anniversary we found and decided to try this place on Awaji Island through IKYU. For dinner, we enjoyed beautifully presented and delicious French dishes made with locally sourced seafood, meat, and vegetables from Awaji Island. As I’ve gotten older, the smell of Wagyu fat has become a bit heavy for me, so I asked if another meat could be substituted. They kindly changed it from Awaji beef to roasted lamb loin, which was excellent. From check-in onward we received pleasant service, and at dinner as well their thoughtful yet unobtrusive attention allowed us to enjoy the meal comfortably—we truly appreciated it. Breakfast was also a wonderful surprise: not a buffet, but served in a full-course style. The Hotel faces the road leading to “Ningen no Mori,” but it sits on a small hill; on the other side is forest. From our Room we could see the trees—it was quiet and very relaxing. The Room feels spacious thanks to its high ceiling despite its size. The property consists of three buildings with only a small number of Rooms in each one, so even though the lounge area is not large, it remained calm. We were able to enjoy wine at ease. Perfect for a short getaway. We also heard that venison is served in winter, so we would love to visit again during that season.

Although it’s a day-use stay, you can stay for a long time, so the price is about the same as an internet café, but it’s far more relaxing. It’s clean and quiet. The front desk can get crowded when check-in times overlap, but the Room is quiet and comfortable with calm interior decor. I will use it again when I need to focus on studying or working. It was my first stay in a while, and this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The Grace Suite Room was wonderful—spacious and comfortable. There were some issues at check-in with how our luggage was handled, but overall we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed dinner again at the teppanyaki restaurant “Shin,” where the chef who has been taking care of us for nearly 10 years made it a truly enjoyable evening. When we come to Kobe, we will stay with you again. Thank you to all the staff.

I was shown to a Room larger than expected. Since I planned to work remotely in the Hotel, the large desk was a huge help! Also, I really enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, and black tea in the lobby. I also appreciated being able to borrow bath salts and a rubber duck. It was very comfortable, and I’d love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

Because of the great Reviews, I’d been interested in Maiko Villa for a long time, and I was finally able to stay there. The entrance was luxurious, and although the building should be old, everything inside was very clean. Our Room was a view-bath twin. The Room itself is a standard twin Room, but the moment I stepped into the bathroom, I was amazed. It’s a view you could watch all day and night. We chose the buffet dinner plan, and there was a wide variety—every dish was delicious. There were also many kinds of desserts; I almost wished I had another stomach. In the morning it was a bit crowded with many foreign tour groups, but overall it was a very satisfying Hotel stay. This time we visited during heavy rain, so next time I’d like to come back on a clear day to see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Thank you for taking care of us.

I stay here for about three nights around the same time every year, and the Hotel’s sincere hospitality never changes. They respond quickly even to minor issues, and their courteous service remains a consistent highlight. The well-rounded breakfast is another constant, as is the afternoon drink service—I'm impressed that they maintain such a high level of hospitality. I sometimes read Reviews of other hotels saying, “It wasn’t like this before,” but this Hotel never leaves me with that kind of disappointment. Overall, you can really feel the quality of this Hotel. It has everything that makes me want to choose it again for my next stay in Kobe.

I stayed here on a trip to Awaji Island and was very satisfied! Both the large public bath and the Room were clean, and the amenities were well stocked, so I had a very comfortable stay. I chose a breakfast-included Plan, and I also liked that the seating was semi-private, so I could relax and enjoy it while chatting with my friends. All of the staff were kind and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. The young staff member who showed me to my Room was especially easy to talk to, and I was happy they shared recommended spots on Awaji Island as well as local food suggestions. Thanks to you, it turned into a wonderful trip to Awaji Island. If I have another chance to visit Awaji Island, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!

Every staff member greeted us with a constant smile, and whenever we had questions, they answered politely and thoroughly, allowing us to relax with peace of mind. At the front desk, Ms. Y assisted us with both check-in and check-out, and even saw us off from the front desk; after hearing her voice, an international staff member from the cloakroom also came to see us off—it felt truly heartfelt.

There is free parking, a convenience store right in front of the Hotel, and it’s about a 1-minute walk from the station—an ideal location. The Room is clean and spacious. There is a lounge with long opening hours where you can enjoy coffee and small sweets from the morning, and local wine in the evening. For breakfast, the restaurant on the first floor offers local dishes such as Akashiyaki as well as standard breakfast items. The front desk staff were also very polite. Cleaning and sheet changes are done once every three days. Since it’s eco-friendly, I understand—but I did wonder if you’re expected to clean the bath yourself. (Towels are replaced daily, so this is only a minor complaint.) If you’re going to Akashi for work, I definitely recommend it!

We stayed with our dog. It was our first time here, and we were so satisfied that we made a Reservation for next year during our stay. There is no Onsen, but the Room was spacious and very clean. The sukiyaki dinner on the first night was outstanding, and it was a new way of eating it for us. We stayed two nights, and we were truly impressed that on the second night not only the main dish but everything from the appetizers onward was a completely different menu. All of the staff were friendly, and we had a very comfortable stay. We look forward to coming back next year.

We booked this place because our trip was decided at the last minute and only one Room was available. It was incredibly affordable!! After making the Reservation, we read some Reviews and felt a bit uneasy… but once we actually stayed, it was great. When we arrived near the Hotel and were wondering if this was the parking lot, a staff member ran out from inside the Hotel to guide us—what a surprise!! Their response was so quick it made us wonder how they even noticed us. We were truly impressed. The triple Room was spacious, with a large TV and even a sofa—perfect. The breakfast buffet had just the right amount and we were satisfied. If there’s too much variety, you end up overthinking and overeating, so that balance was ideal. For anyone considering staying here, we highly recommend it.

It was clean and comfortable. There are not many Hotels that allow smoking, and it was hard to make a Reservation, so I’m glad I was able to stay here. Dinner being set as a fixed meal felt a little lacking, but it also meant I didn’t overeat—so in the end, it may have been for the best.

We had a relaxing Obon holiday. Thank you very much. I can’t eat a lot at my age, but the steak, roast beef, and sushi were all delicious. It was also great that the sushi was made fresh on the spot. Since we were on an upper floor, the view was wonderful, and the spacious Room was very comfortable. The Room felt clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We’re already talking about coming back again.

The food—especially the special kaiseki course—was excellent. The staff were very attentive, and the timing of each dish being served was perfect. The sunset was also beautiful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.\n(However, there was only one elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.)

It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions. I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace. In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing. This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably. I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant. Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking. We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead. The food was very delicious. Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited. The omelet made by the chef was excellent. I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.

I’m a repeat guest. I always have a comfortable stay. The Room is clean, and I appreciate the anti-fog section on part of the bathroom mirror. Seeing the little rubber duck in the bath is soothing, even for an older guy.

I stayed here for the first time for my once-a-year baseball game at Hotto Motto Field Kobe. Usually, I check in, head to the stadium, and come back to the Hotel late at night. This time, unfortunately, the game was canceled due to rain and I was very disappointed—but choosing to stay here turned out to be absolutely the right decision. There was so much to enjoy from the 7th to the 18th floors. The staff were also excellent, and I was satisfied with everything.

This was my second stay. It seems the Accommodation has been renovated since my last visit, making it even more comfortable. Next time, I’d like to visit with my daughters and their families.
