The service at the counter was very pleasant, and I was happy with the response. The Room was spacious and nice, but the most disappointing thing was that the change of clothes provided by the Hotel was a yukata! I wish they would at least provide something like a jinbei! Also,

The Facility was great, and although I didn’t use it, there was even a foot massager in the Room! The twin Room was spacious, and I really appreciated that the bath, toilet, and sink were separate. Moreover, everything was thoroughly cleaned, allowing me to have a comfortable

We couldn't finish one bottle of champagne and the cake between just the two of us—we felt sorry about that! The atmosphere was stylish, and my partner especially appreciated being able to take drinks like coffee in portable cups back to our Room. We would love to stay again

When I had a chance to visit Osaka and checked the site again, I saw photos of a building I recognized—although it was listed under a different name—so I made a Reservation right away. The front desk service and the in-Room amenities, towels, and more were far better than before.

Recently, after using a certain hotel chain and this one (similar business model) consecutively, I realized it's very good. There's truly no waste. Although I had previously overlooked it due to concerns, I now understand that significant resources are dedicated to maintaining qu
