The room had a large bed, a spacious bathroom with a separate washing area, and a separate toilet. There was a UCC capsule coffee machine and complimentary mineral water. Amenities included skincare products for women, mouthwash, and small sanitary items. Beside the bed wer

The hospitality of the Hotel staff is excellent. The bell staff greeted us with a smile before we even reached the front desk. The front desk staff handled both check-in and check-out with care. The club lounge staff were also very courteous, and we were satisfied with both the f

I stayed for two nights with my daughter with breakfast included. First of all, the Hotel was clean, and the staff had a great, welcoming atmosphere. The drink bar, one complimentary alcoholic welcome drink, and the fun service of making and eating takoyaki ochazuke yourself were also a nice touch. From the Room, Tsutenkaku looked absolutely beautiful, but the Room felt smaller than I expected—you can’t really open two suitcases. The shower water pressure was strong, and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Amenities: towels are exchanged upon request, and you can take as many loungewear sets and toothbrushes as you need from the lobby. There was also a hair iron in the Room, which was very helpful for women. It was also great to have a coin laundry on the first floor. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious; I just wish there had been kushikatsu on the second day’s menu. It was also very helpful that they could store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

Since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I really appreciated that water was included when my towels were replaced, and the aromatic hot towel service made me very happy. The coffee at the amenities bar was also delicious, and it was great to be able to relax in my Room. I will stay

I discovered this place on TikTok and decided to stay during the Expo. Conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and coin laundry nearby. This is my second time staying here. For meals, both sushi rice and plain white rice are available, making it hard not to go for seconds! The egg yolks are rich, so I highly recommend trying TKG (tamago kake gohan). The large public bath offers a shampoo bar and even has a covered open-air bath—perfect for relaxing as long as you like. Free iced tea, coffee, snacks like rice crackers, and cookies were also delightful touches. True to its name "Namba," I walked back from Namba Station and even explored Shinsekai on foot. I'll definitely stay here again when visiting Osaka!

The Room was very spacious, and it was conveniently located near the station.

I stayed in Osaka for three days. The Hotel Room was clean and nice. The staff's service was also good. Although the fire alarm went off accidentally at night, I had no major issues during my stay.

Also, late at night I started feeling unwell from heat exhaustion and rushed to the front desk. Even though it was my first stay, the staff kindly helped with everything from finding a hospital to arranging a taxi, and I was able to receive an IV drip. I can’t thank you enough—th

However, being able to grind coffee beans, the openness of corner windows, a table that felt like a living room setup, and the extraordinary atmosphere were all wonderful features. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep on. From a female perspective, having a hair iron avai

We traveled to visit the zoo, but the night view from the Abeno Harukas observatory was even more beautiful than we imagined—it really moved us. The staff were very kind, and at breakfast we were shown to a wonderful seat, which made us very happy. We stayed in a compact twin

My husband injured his leg, so we changed our booking from a twin to a double and extended our stay from 1 night to 2 nights. During our stay, his leg pain returned, and when we called the reception, they arranged a taxi for us. This is a Hotel that focuses on what guests truly

I stayed one summer night at Hotel Awina Osaka. For dinner, I bought my favorite ingredients at a great price in the basement food floor of the Kintetsu Uehommachi Department Store right before closing, and ate them in my Room. I was very satisfied. The large public bath on the 5th floor was crowded with about three families with small children, but the pleasantly warm water was nice. The bed was comfortably firm. What I especially liked was breakfast. I made a Reservation in advance. The selection was plentiful and everything tasted great. Breakfast started at 7:00, and I selfishly wished it could start a little earlier—but I know preparing it must be a lot of work. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I often stay near Tennoji for business trips, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. As mentioned in many reviews, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious, featuring carefully prepared dishes. The restaurant had an open and pleasant atmosphere with a great view, wh

Both amenities and Facilities were excellent. The single Room isn’t very spacious but is adequately sized. The toilet and shower booth are completely separate, which I personally prefer as I’m fine with just a shower; however, note that there’s no bathtub, so I’d deduct one star

The Hotel is very clean, and the Room is comfortable. A welcome drink is available, and it exceeded expectations for the price. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the station. However, passing through the famous shopping street makes it manageable even in bad weather. The station layout was confusing, and navigating with my smartphone was challenging at first. If you're heading to the Hotel late at night for the first time, it might be tricky. Now that I know my way around and enjoyed exploring the unique shopping street, I would love to stay here again!

I wanted to enjoy both zones during my 4-night stay. It was great that you could wear the in-house attire anywhere in the hotel and change clothes each time you used the onsen. Amenities were well-prepared in both the bath and the room, making it convenient to go empty-handed. It

There was a refrigerator under the desk, so I couldn’t work at the desk. I wish this had been clearly stated in the Reservation details. I arrived exhausted and just wanted to finish my work in my Room, so I was really disappointed. According to Reviews, it seems guests could freely use the restaurant on the 2nd floor, but there was no guidance about that. It’s probably a popular Hotel, but the walls are quite scratched. Even considering that, the price is reasonable. I didn’t mind the surrounding atmosphere since I’m the type who finds it interesting. Depending on where I need to go for work, I would stay again.

The bed was comfortable as well, and I slept well. Another major highlight is the large public bath. Being able to unwind in a spacious tub after a long day was greatly appreciated. Considering the Accommodation Fee, the value for money is excellent. It’s a well-balanced blend

I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kansai, so please take care of me. Thank you very much to the staff. Thanks to you, I was able to use this as a base to visit Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara, and had a good, affordable trip during the most expensive hotel season, the autumn

The staff kindly assisted us when we left our luggage before check-in. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed for a good night's sleep.
