고마가와나카노역 × 고객 서비스 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸 - 2페이지

Since we stayed on a Friday, it was very affordable, and the top-floor view was great—my elderly father was delighted. The Room was clean, and since we only needed a place to sleep, it was more than enough. Being in the city, we expected parking to be expensive, but it only cost 1,100 yen, which was a great deal. The front desk staff were very polite. However, because there were many international guests and check-in took time at reception, I think it would be helpful if Japanese guests had the option of self check-in.

I didn’t used to come to this area much, but these days it gets crowded with backpackers from overseas, so you need to go a bit further in to find a safe and secure Accommodation. The Room has all the basic essentials, and it was quiet at night so I could sleep well. From the morning, it’s easy to get anywhere by subway or JR, and above all it’s very affordable, which really helps. I’ll upload some photos.

I had a zazen meditation experience and tried shakyo (Buddhist sutra copying). It was very relaxing. The zazen session was mainly for international guests, but I still enjoyed it and found it a great experience. They kindly mailed me the shakyo materials they had forgotten to give me, along with a letter—thank you very much. I was able to relax at such a thoughtful Accommodation. I also received a leaflet map of the temple district, but I didn’t have enough time to visit many temples, so next time I’d like to set aside more time for that as well.

Located just steps from the subway exit. Despite my late arrival, the staff provided courteous service, which was very reassuring. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The staff kindly assisted us when we left our luggage before check-in. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed for a good night's sleep.

Our family of four stayed for two nights. The nightwear, sacoche bag, slippers, and in-room basket had everything we needed to spend time comfortably at the Hotel. The large public bath was a good size. The coin laundry inside the building was also convenient. The location is close to Tsutenkaku Tower, making it easy to explore Shinsekai—this Hotel really lets you experience the Osaka vibe.

I always stay here when I’m in Osaka. I understand that breakfast can’t vary much, but even over two nights the only change is swapping yakisoba and spaghetti, so I’d appreciate a bit more variety. Compared to before, the fruit has been replaced with jelly, which feels a little disappointing, but I’m always full. The spa is excellent—you can enjoy it both before and after check-in and check-out. Personally, I think I prefer the Asian zone.

Great value, good Facility, friendly service, and complimentary morning coffee—I've stayed here many times. If I had to mention one drawback, the shared refrigerator that guests can use for free sometimes has a rotten smell.

I stayed here after watching a baseball game at Kyocera Dome. I got a bit lost on the way from Tsuruhashi Station, passing through an area that felt like a market. The Room was very clean, and the shower water pressure was excellent—very comfortable. Considering the Accommodation Fee and how close it is to the nearest station, I think it’s a perfect Hotel with nothing to complain about. I slept very well. Thank you very much.

I think this building was renovated from a former studio apartment into a Hotel. The Room is spacious for the price. The bath is small, but the toilet is separate. Next time I stay in Tsuruhashi, I’d like to use it again.

The Room was clean and had air conditioning, and I was especially satisfied with the large, deep public bath!

There are several nearby stations, and there are supermarkets and convenience stores close by, as well as many places to eat. I was also happy with the breakfast bread. On top of that, the Accommodation Fee was very reasonable. If I can stay again at a good rate, I would definitely like to use it again.

I usually stay at Sunplaza near Nankai Station, but I tried another Hotel in the same group this time. Like Sunplaza, the facilities were clean and the staff were kind. I’d like to stay at other Hotels in the group as well.

This was my first stay. Due to an inspection on the Tokaido Shinkansen, it was delayed by over an hour and I checked in after 11:00 PM. I was extremely tired, but the front desk staff were very helpful and the room was clean. However, the highway noise was louder than I expected. I only managed to sleep for 2–3 hours, and the next day I struggled to stay awake.

Because it is a little far from the station, this Hotel feels reasonably priced. The breakfast is simple but satisfying, the Facility is comfortable, and there is a convenience store nearby—an affordable Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Next time, I’d like to try the large public bath.

Although they are upper and lower capsule Rooms, the Rooms are separated, so it was comfortable. I tried studying at the front desk once, but no matter where I sat, the cool air made me feel cold after about an hour. The shared space on the 10th floor was a bit difficult to use for that purpose, so I would be happy if there were a more comfortable place on the 1st floor where I could use my laptop.

It was a pleasant surprise, as there are few reasonably priced Hotels that serve delicious coffee. The bathtub is small, but it is deep enough to soak up to your shoulders, which I was happy with.

The Room was clean, the staff were kind, and it was very comfortable to stay. It’s also close to the station, with plenty of dining options nearby. I’d love to stay again!

It’s a new Hotel, and everything was very clean. The staff were courteous at both check-in and check-out, and I had a comfortable stay overall. However, I went early in the morning, and the breakfast wasn’t very warm overall—that was my only slight disappointment.

The location was truly convenient, close to Kuromon Market and Nipponbashi, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay.
