It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Six of us from work stayed here. It was fantastic—we all had a great time together with the sauna, cooking dinner, and roasting coffee. Unfortunately, it was cloudy so we couldn’t get a clear view of Mt. Fuji, but the location is quiet and wonderful. We’d love to come again. I’m giving it one point less because we had to wait at check-in, but the staff explained everything well and we had no problems during our stay.

As the property is relatively new, the building, Facility, and amenities were all new and spotless. The appliances were thoughtfully selected too—I liked them so much I wanted to use them at home, and I even bought some after returning. Since it is set a little back from the road, we were able to spend our time in peace and quiet. We also encountered wild rabbits and deer, which made it feel like a true getaway. Despite the typhoon’s impact, we still enjoyed a barbecue! Our dog seemed to have a great time as well. We would love to stay again.

I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! The dog run was a spacious yard with no obstacles, so our 1-year-old dog could run around safely. The building itself was modern, stylish, and very clean, and everything was well maintained and comfortable. The meal ingredients were prepped in advance—just follow the recipe and it turns out absolutely delicious! During our stay, we heard cuckoos calling—something we never hear at home—and it was so soothing to see our dog react to the sound. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon it was cloudy and we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but we were more than satisfied just watching our dog relax and enjoy himself. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here with my mother on a trip for two. The Accommodation was so spacious it felt almost too much for just the two of us, and everything—from the kitchen and living room to the restroom—was wonderful. We bought ingredients nearby and ate in our Room, and being able to stay as if we were living there made it a great memory. I would definitely like to stay again!

A lot has happened recently, and my husband took the lead and worked hard through it all. Now that things have finally settled down, we chose to stay here so he—and our dogs—could relax and enjoy some carefree time together. My husband said he was happy to experience something out of the ordinary again after a long time! The food was delicious, and we were truly satisfied with everything, including the Hotel staff’s hospitality and their thoughtful care for our dogs. Our family stayed for one night. The Room was very spacious and comfortable. Dinner showed great attention to detail, and the wonderful dishes truly brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Both the fish and meat were grilled fresh on the spot, so everything was absolutely delicious. The breakfast delivered to our Room also highlighted the ingredients just like dinner, and it was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Above all, every staff member was kind and welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

All staff greeted us cheerfully, the guidance was courteous, and they even helped direct cars in the parking lot. The Accommodation was spotless and offered outstanding hospitality. Above all, the open-air bath was spacious, clean, and wonderful—it really helped us unwind. It was a shame we couldn’t go out onto the terrace due to bad weather, but we’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much!!

I stayed here because the wine and home-style cooking came highly recommended, and I was looking forward to the wine tasting. Both the food and the wine were delicious. There is also a wide selection of wines in the Hotel that you can purchase, so I had a wonderful time. The Hotel facilities are not new, but if you’re interested in Yamanashi wine, this is a must!

We stayed as a group of four—my elderly parents, my sibling, and me—who usually live apart. My parents were especially pleased with the heartfelt hospitality. The meals were excellent; I particularly enjoyed the dessert. We will visit again.

We stayed at Hakone Regina last year and loved it, so we chose this property. We had made a Reservation in February for our dog’s birthday, but heavy snow prevented us from coming, so this visit was our second attempt. It was a trip with my daughter, grandchild, and our dog. In Hakone we had in-room dining, but here meals are served in the restaurant. During dinner, we were able to have our dog sit in one of the carts provided by Regina, and she behaved wonderfully. She normally doesn’t ride in a cart, but she ended up loving it! The food was delicious, and since my daughter’s and grandchild’s birthdays were coming up, we ordered a tart cake. We were able to celebrate their birthdays as well, which became a truly wonderful memory. We also received photos. We could relax comfortably in the Room, and since there is an Onsen bath in the Room as well, we enjoyed that at a leisurely pace. The dog run also felt almost private—maybe there weren’t many other dogs—so we had a great time. The wood chips are gentle on their paws. On the way home, there was a pool set up so we let our dog swim, and she was thrilled! The life jackets and blower were very helpful. She dried quickly with minimal stress. Compared with Hakone last year, some of the staff service felt a bit cold this time. Maybe it was because there were more guests or because dining is in the restaurant rather than in-room? It would have been nicer if they had spoken to the dogs a little more. Also at Hakone before, the mattress was very comfortable and helped relieve fatigue; later I contacted them and bought the same brand mattress (Serta). This time it seemed like a different mattress brand/model than before, which was slightly disappointing. Next time I’d like to stay at another Regina property again. Thank you for all your help!

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday trip. Our Room faced Mt. Fuji, and the view was amazing—we could see Mt. Fuji clearly even from the open-air bath. The meals also included Mt. Fuji-themed dishes, which we enjoyed with all five senses. There was a fireworks festival at Lake Kawaguchi, and the hotel prepared special seating on the rooftop so we could watch comfortably. We were also able to make a Reservation for a surprise birthday cake through the website, and it was served at our requested time. The service was excellent, and we would love to stay again.

I stayed here with my sisters and mother for a family trip. The interior was beautiful and luxurious, exactly as shown in the photos—we were amazed! The sauna and open-air bath were spotless, and we enjoyed them again and again. We had fun making marshmallows, baked apples, and roasted sweet potatoes at the fire pit, then did a BBQ on the indoor grill. There’s a large supermarket nearby with everything you need, so it’s easy to come empty-handed. The beds were incredibly comfortable too. Our first glamping experience was a huge success—we’ll definitely be back!!

As with last year, everything was outstanding—from the staff’s hospitality and the meals to the baths and all Facilities. It also coincided with the fireworks festival, which made for a truly happy time.

This was my first stay here. I have stayed at other Regina Resorts before, so I felt reassured, but this exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome on arrival by car to the attentive check-in service, everything was handled with great care. I was a little worried that the standard Room might feel small, but it was well designed, compact, and very easy to use. The Italian dinner was delicious and left both my stomach and heart full. Breakfast was also satisfying, and the staff were thoughtful and wonderful throughout. I would definitely like to stay again.

Since my first stay around 2019, this has been my number one “Accommodation I want to return to.” Sometimes revisiting a wonderful Accommodation can be a little disappointing, but this time there was nothing like that at all—I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the stay once again. The Room had a natural interior with the warmth of wood and felt very comfortable, and the lobby was also a relaxing space surrounded by greenery. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like an escape from everyday life. Above all, the dining was outstanding. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation and overall experience made it exciting—wondering what would come next was part of the fun. Even my partner, who doesn’t often say “delicious,” was genuinely impressed by the meat dish. Along with the meat’s natural sweetness and rich flavor, the pairing with the sauce was excellent—we were still talking on our way home about how truly delicious it was. It didn’t just meet expectations; it reminded me all over again how special this Accommodation is. We would love to visit again.

I traveled because I wanted to let my three dogs run around and play freely! Unfortunately, two typhoons were approaching during our stay, but the indoor dog run meant all three could run as much as they wanted and were in great spirits. Since we were worried about the weather, we arrived at the Hotel early, and being able to use the indoor dog run was a big help. Both the dinner course and breakfast were delicious, and since this trip also celebrated our wedding anniversary, we were very satisfied. On our way home, our family talked about how we hope it will be sunny next time—and we’re already looking forward to returning. I was surprised at how fast the front desk explanation was at check-in, but the restaurant staff provided very courteous service and made our time truly enjoyable. Thank you very much.

A typhoon was approaching, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly, but thanks to the Hotel’s attentive service, we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, being able to walk around the Hotel in loungewear and slippers like at an Onsen Facility was so convenient and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the late-night soba we’d been looking forward to—there were two varieties, and we were very satisfied. It made us want to stay at other La Vista properties again and build on that satisfaction even more.

It was a birthday trip to celebrate my friend. The cherry blossoms on the grounds were in full bloom, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Above all, the staff’s attentiveness was wonderful. We stayed in a Room on the Mt. Fuji side, and we were blessed with great weather, making it a truly happy trip. I would love to stay at Fuji View Hotel again.
