I have stayed here many times, and this time I stayed for five nights with my husband. Not only were the baths wonderful, but all of the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, so I felt at ease throughout my stay. It’s a Hotel that makes me want to come back again!

The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

For this price, it’s wonderful to be able to stay right in front of Kita-Senju Station. The happy hour was also great. The loan umbrellas were very helpful when it suddenly rained. I will stay again.

After laughing at Toyokan for my friend’s birthday, we stayed here to relax. They even prepared a birthday gift for us—thank you very much. In the evening, we spent time in the lounge on the 10th floor while enjoying Japanese sweets. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so we could use it comfortably without worry. We had breakfast at View Hotel. It was a very satisfying stay, and my friend was delighted.

As it was an Executive Room, everything was taken care of for us. We checked in while enjoying a welcome of chilled roasted green tea and sweets on the 6th floor. We were also kindly escorted to our Room while chatting along the way. After that, having a drink while relaxing at the Hanabi Lounge on the 28th floor was truly exceptional. A cake was delivered at the time we requested, and we enjoyed it slowly together with the night view. The Room furnishings were flawless, and the fluffy bed felt like nothing else could compare. Before we knew it, there was a message from a staff member slipped under our door, which we greatly appreciated. We look forward to staying again using this Plan. Thank you very much to all the staff members.

It’s a small Hotel, but the area is quiet, and the walk back from the station felt safe even late at night since it’s along a main road. Everything you need is available at Marui, and it’s directly connected to the ticket gates, which was truly convenient. The room felt a bit small, but it was clean with a well-designed layout, and once you get used to the size, it’s great. I’d definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It had been a while since my last Multiple Night Stay, but I was able to relax very well. The meals were delicious, and I ate more breakfast than usual. I was especially happy that yogurt was available. Due to time constraints, I couldn’t fully enjoy the complimentary drinks at a leisurely pace, but overall it was a satisfying stay.

Conveniently located very close to the subway station, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also varied and delicious. The guest room was kept very clean. Some hotels often have a distinctive lingering odor, but this Hotel had none at all and felt exceptionally fresh and spotless. I was able to sleep comfortably as well. Another pleasant surprise was that the pajamas included pants. Most places provide only a top in a yukata style, but this Hotel’s service was attentive even in that regard. I would like to stay here again when I travel to Tokyo on business.

In a world where everything is expensive, I was glad I could stay here at a relatively reasonable price. It’s probably less than a 5-minute walk from Tabata Station South Exit, but the route from the station to the Hotel is uphill, so if you have heavy luggage it can be quite tiring—something to keep in mind. (Going downhill was easy.) As soon as you enter, you’ll see the front desk, but it’s on the 4th floor, which can be a bit confusing. My Room was on the 2nd floor, so I had to take the elevator down from the front desk, which felt unusual. (That said, it wasn’t inconvenient at all, so it didn’t really bother me.) Amenities are minimal, but I had no complaints—I just need shampoo/conditioner and a toothbrush. Until the last train, you can hear train noise, but if you treat it as background sound it doesn’t bother you much. If it’s affordable with good train access in Tokyo, I can overlook some things. More than anything, I feel very grateful for being able to stay at such a low price.

The Room is stylishly designed so it doesn’t feel too small. The Soup Stock Tokyo soup and bread were delicious, and I really enjoyed them at check-in when I was a bit hungry. I had a comfortable stay. It’s conveniently close to Ueno Station, and I was able to relax. Another highlight was the spacious shower booth, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d like to stay again.

The entire Facility has been newly renovated, with modern and comfortable rooms. The 18m² space feels very spacious, even with two suitcases open. A commendable feature is the water dispensers available on every floor, and the curtains in the rooms are designed to overlap, preventing any light leakage. The mattress is moderately firm, and there are two types of pillows—one firm and one soft. Although I prefer memory foam pillows, I woke up without any neck pain. The bathroom amenities have a subtle fragrance, and skincare products available in the lobby are all from POLA and highly effective. If you need room cleaning or trash removal, you can conveniently request it via the smart TV before 9 AM the next day. During my stay, it was very quiet without disturbances from housekeeping or neighbors in the morning. Upon check-in, guests receive drink vouchers that can be used for complimentary coffee or juice at the first-floor restaurant. There’s also a scale on the first floor to weigh your luggage after packing. In terms of location: It’s right next to Senso-ji Temple; you can see both Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from within the hotel. UNIQLO is directly across from it—perfect for dropping off purchases before heading out again—and nearby attractions include Fuglen café as well as popular eateries like Asakusa Unana (eel rice balls) and Kagetsudo within a 5-minute walk; these can be brought back to enjoy at your leisure instead of eating on crowded streets. Ichiran Ramen (with its unique octagonal bowls) and a 24-hour Don Quijote store are also close by. At night, street stalls create an atmospheric vibe—it’s incredibly convenient overall. However, there are some inconveniences regarding transportation: The nearest station is actually Asakusa Tsukuba Express Line Station rather than Ginza Line stations like Asakusa Station or Tawaramachi Station—the hotel sits roughly between these two Ginza Line stations but isn’t particularly close to either one. From Asakusa Station specifically: walking without luggage feels manageable but navigating through crowds in Nakamise Shopping Street while pushing suitcases could be challenging upon arrival; Tawaramachi Station offers easier access along main roads but being smaller requires finding exits equipped with elevators beforehand—otherwise carrying luggage up/down stairs becomes unavoidable if mistaken entry/exit points occur. Booking services were thoughtful enough—they sent an email detailing weather forecasts during my stay alongside directions for reaching this Facility most conveniently from airports (though I’m unsure whether this was provided by IKYU.com or directly by them). Overall experience was excellent! Check-in starts early at 2 PM while checkout extends until 11 AM; they also allow luggage storage after checkout which adds convenience post-stay too! However—the biggest downside lies within smoking areas located only on ground level where insufficient ventilation causes lingering smoke odors throughout lobby spaces whenever automatic doors open/close frequently during peak hours affecting air quality noticeably indoors despite otherwise exceptional offerings elsewhere onsite!

I used it for sightseeing purposes. The Room was well cleaned, with plenty of amenities and easy to use, and above all, the food was delicious. On the downside, the Wi-Fi did not connect at all. Although it was a corner Room on the upper floor, this was disappointing. If there is no improvement, it is fine for sightseeing purposes, but I felt it would be difficult to use for business purposes.

The Room is small but clean and well-organized with good functionality. The shower pressure and air conditioning work perfectly, and you can even see the Skytree from the window. Considering the cost-performance, it's worth a repeat stay.

The Room was a four-person dorm with bunk beds. I was bothered by the snoring from the person next to me, but luckily I had brought earplugs, which helped a bit. It was nice that water, coffee, lemon juice, and other drinks were available for free. I was disappointed that there were no hangers in the shower room, so I couldn’t hang my clothes. The female staff were very helpful, and I’m satisfied because I stayed at a great price. I plan to stay again.

We stayed with three people, and it was spacious enough. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and room were all very clean, and we were very satisfied. What stood out most was how incredibly delicious the breakfast bread selection was. It was so good I could barely stick to the “up to two per person” rule! (Of course, I did stop at two...) It was a shame there wasn’t a bathtub, but I’d like to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo for a live show.

Honestly, I liked it so much that I almost don’t want to spread the word through Reviews (lol). This time, I prioritized access from the station and price, and since my stay was short, I made a Reservation with almost no expectations for the Hotel. But in the best way possible, it completely exceeded them. All of the staff are simply wonderful. Stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance—they naturally check in on you at just the right moments. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can select everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selection is so complete you’ll think, “Is there anything missing?”! The welcome tea set made me go, “Wait—why is this so stylish?” Everything was delicious. You can really feel how much care went into that welcome tea set. Absolutely amazing! The burgers at the first-floor café were also surprisingly good. Room service hours had already ended, so I had one for lunch instead! I didn’t use it this time, but apparently there’s all-you-can-drink beer from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM!! And above all, the handwritten guide introducing Yanesen around the Hotel was fantastic. It’s handmade by staff and covers everything from restaurants to cafés to sightseeing spots—you can truly feel their desire for guests to enjoy the neighborhood. Depending on your purpose, a Hotel often ends up being just a place to sleep—but here, for the first time in a while, I felt that “staying at the Hotel itself is fun.” …That said, I kind of don’t want it to become too famous and crowded (lol). Next time I’m in Tokyo, I definitely want to stay here again.

Located in a residential area, it is quiet and has a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The property is very clean, and while the amenities are limited, it won’t be an issue for most travelers. It was a shame I couldn’t spend time in the Japanese-style lounge, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to book for a Multiple Night Stay.

Despite the last-minute Reservation on the day, we received courteous service, and the Room was spacious and comfortable for our stay. I would like to use it again if there is another opportunity.

Great value for money, and the staff were very helpful. There is no bath or toilet in the Room, but the toilet and sink were just outside the Room, so it wasn’t inconvenient. The bathing facilities were shower rooms only, but some shower room doors were hard to close. Free drinks were available (water, coffee, black tea, and tea), and I also used the first-floor café for breakfast—it was delicious. The location was a bit hard to find and I got slightly lost. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

From the moment I walked in, the pleasant fragrance was soothing. The room was bright, and the staff were kind. There was coffee and water in the lobby, which was a big help on hot days. I also appreciated the limited-time treats service with snacks. They were happy to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made everything very comfortable. If you love baths, note that there is only a shower booth, but otherwise the location was convenient and great. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.
