The woman who assisted with the check-in process had such a lovely smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comf

The room I reserved was upgraded due to the original grade being fully booked, and it was an excellent room. Thank you very much. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer. I enjoyed listening to music with Alexa. There was a capsule coffee machine, so I brought my own coffee

Also, there are only two dryers, which feels too few. I’d like to see as many dryers as there are washing machines. Overall Satisfaction Thank you for having us during our stay with friends. We had a very enjoyable time. I would like to stay again. Summary It’s right by Shinaga

Convenience stores and cafes are nearby, and even on rainy days, the location is close to the station with covered walkways, so no umbrella is needed. Fresh towels were hung on the doorknob daily, allowing me to enjoy a clean stay throughout. If I have the chance to visit ag

As a smoker, I greatly appreciate having a hotel where smoking is allowed. The guest rooms are relatively new and clean, but it would have been nice if there were coin laundry facilities available. The male staff provided excellent service; however, there was one female staff

Although the Room was compact, it had everything I needed and was very clean. I could see Tokyo Tower from the window. Thoughtful touches included a tea table (with two chairs), a vanity with a tray for valuables and accessories, and a full-length mirror. The separate washing are

The triple Room we reserved was more spacious than expected, and the beds were generously sized—we were very satisfied. We had a small issue during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and kindly moved us to a wonderful Room with a night view. We truly appreciated their thou

I stayed for two nights with my daughter. The location along the Yamanote Line is very convenient. There are also supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Since this Hotel does not have an elevator, carrying luggage up and down was difficult.

I am always highly satisfied here and can focus on work with ease of mind. One downside is that due to its popularity as a Hotel, it’s difficult to secure a reservation unless booked well in advance. However, my overall rating remains perfect—I would definitely love to stay here

The amenities surpass those of a typical business hotel and are noteworthy. Makeup remover, lotion, and emulsion are among the items that even some men will appreciate. The open-air bath on the rooftop is also delightful. The front desk is very helpful. An unexpected "discovery"

The staff are always helpful, and the Room is clean, so I can stay comfortably every time. However, there are only two towels provided (a bath towel and a face towel). When guests go to the large public bath, many don’t have an extra towel and end up coming out wet, which makes

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied—the front desk and the Room were both very clean. I used the parking lot, and it was reassuring to know a space could be secured with advance registration. I also appreciated being able to enter and exit freely. The only slight dow

Very flexible service. The foreign female front desk staff always had a smile and provided smooth and excellent service. She was also in the lounge, always smiling, which impressed my friends and me. Although the room is small, it’s very comfortable. The bathroom with a washi

This APA Hotel also seems fairly new—every Facility was clean and well maintained. The public bath isn’t very large, but I checked the crowding status on the in-room TV and went when it was quiet, so I could relax and enjoy it comfortably. It’s about a 30-second walk from the sta

At check-in, I believe it was probably the same staff member as last time, and they welcomed me warmly again. There were no issues, and I stayed comfortably in a clean Room until check-out. Although the Room was near the elevator, it was very quiet—perhaps because the other g

Despite a late check-in, the front desk staff was very welcoming and kindly allowed us to use the lounge even though it was close to closing time. We enjoyed a beautiful night view in a clean and quiet space. The Room was spacious, clean, and offered an amazing ocean-side night

Firstly, I appreciated receiving an email in advance regarding my requests, which gave me peace of mind. The guest lounge open for 18 hours, the ability to check laundry availability by the minute, and the well-stocked and high-quality amenity bar all made my stay very comforta

There is a FamilyMart right outside, and Tokyu Square is just 2-3 minutes away, where you can find almost everything you need. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and a coin laundry is about a 7-8 minute walk away, so long-term stays were no problem. Although the train

The Room was pleasantly prepared, and housekeeping was done properly. On the second floor, there is a guest-only lounge as well as vending machines, a laundry area, and a microwave, which is convenient. The Room also has handy lights at the dresser and by the bed for using a PC o
