오쓰카 - 테이쿄 대학 역 × 식사의 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

I forgot my phone and some clothes, but the staff kindly contacted me, and when I came to pick them up, they handed them to me with a smile. I sincerely thank the staff member who assisted me over the phone and the female staff member at the front desk. I live relatively nearby, but I will definitely stay again.

I was grateful for the reasonable price despite it being Silver Week. The bathroom and toilet were clean, which was great. The basic amenities were provided, so there were no issues. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed here to attend my mother’s funeral and the 49th-day memorial service. The staff were courteous, and I felt it is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. The bathroom facilities show their age, which is understandable, but everything else was very good. It is also conveniently located near the station, so I would like to stay here again.

I actually made a mistake with my Reservation this time, and only realized it at check-in, but the staff handled it so kindly that it really helped. I felt terrible because it was my fault, and I’m truly grateful. Everyone at the Hotel was very pleasant, which also made my impression of the Hotel even better. In any case, it’s so close to the station that it’s simply perfect. The Room layout also feels relaxing. I think this is a great Hotel when you want to take it easy and enjoy a slow staycation. I always look forward to breakfast when staying here, and once again the selection did not disappoint. The Japanese-style side dishes were delicious, and the Sanuki udon was excellent as well. I was also happy they had green juice. Overall, it felt like a health-conscious menu. The dining area is spacious and bright, which is nice. One downside is that the Room slippers are not disposable. There’s no note saying they’ve been sanitized either, so I wipe them down with disinfecting wipes I bring with me; having something like a sanitizing spray would be appreciated. Other than that, the Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. When you take the elevator down to the first floor, there’s a café right there as well, and guests receive a discount there, which was a nice perk. There’s also a convenience store just steps away on the same floor. Both are close enough to reach without an umbrella even in the rain. In that sense too, it’s a very convenient location. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby (including in the station building), which makes exploring fun as well. They also have laundry facilities, and during the day it seems fine to open your laptop and work in the breakfast area—so for business travelers on a Multiple Night Stay, this might be an especially good Hotel.

This was my second stay. I reserved a parking space, and although parking was originally available from 12:00, I contacted the hotel the day before and confirmed that I could park around 10:00 depending on availability. I ended up arriving around 9:30, but they kindly accommodated me. I left my luggage right away and took the train to Fuchu Racecourse. The room was spacious and clean for the price, and I enjoyed the breakfast as well. (I just wished there were sausages...) The races didn’t go well, but I’ll be back again to make up for it.

This was my second stay. I had a great experience last time, so I chose to stay here again. The Room was clean, and the hotel is located right in the downtown area, making it very convenient. Breakfast was available from 6:45 a.m., so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. If I had one request, the coffee in the Room was delicious, but it would be even better if there were a complimentary drink service. I visit Tachikawa often, so I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I chose this property for its location and was very satisfied. If I have the opportunity to visit Tachikawa again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I was surprised at how clean it was despite the low price. I arrived late at night for an overnight stay before an exam, but it was so comfortable that I wished I had arrived earlier to relax. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops nearby. The Room also seems to have been renovated and is very clean. The large TV, well-placed sofa, spacious bathroom, and light breakfast were all much better than expected (no offense) — we were really impressed! I don’t go to Tachikawa very often, but my companion said, “If we come again next time, we’d like to stay here again.”

This was my second stay. The hot springs and stone sauna were excellent, and overall I was very satisfied. I booked an additional single room on the day due to availability, and I really appreciated that you accommodated my request for a non-smoking room. Thank you for your hospitality. I will visit again.

I stayed for 3 nights. Just a few minutes’ walk to the station. A great location, about 30 minutes to Shinjuku. The view feels nothing like Tokyo—you can see Mt. Fuji from the room, there’s a large park right in front, and a lovely promenade lined with shops just outside the hotel. The room is simple, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with no wasted space—an extremely comfortable place to relax. The staff were outstanding as well. And the infinity pool was amazing—it felt like an overseas resort hotel. Whenever I stay in Tokyo, this is the only hotel I choose.

The property’s accessibility features were excellent.

We stayed here to visit PokéPark—one night before and one night after. It’s conveniently close to the park. We chose to stay the night after as well because we expected to be exhausted from a full day at the park and not able to travel. Staying afterward was definitely the right choice: it was nearby and convenient, and we were able to enjoy the entire day to the fullest. We visited with children, and it’s right by the station and a clean Hotel. The Room was spacious enough. We also received amenities. Breakfast was delicious, and our kids looked forward to waking up for it. The staff were very kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. This is a Hotel we’d love to stay at again!

At check-in, we were told our Room had been upgraded—what a wonderful surprise. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy an even more relaxing stay than usual. Also, my husband accidentally left something behind, and you contacted us promptly before he even noticed. We are truly grateful for your kind help and support.

Although we were informed that the air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the building, it was a little cold. Due to the typhoon, it suddenly became cooler, so it couldn’t be helped, but it finally warmed up by early morning.

To prepare for the heavy rain expected the next day, I stayed overnight in Hachioji near my workplace. Perhaps because it was Sunday, there seemed to be few guests, so it was very quiet and I had a comfortable stay. Thank you for accommodating my request regarding noise from footsteps on the floor above. Many Hotel Rooms tend to be quite dark due to low lighting, but this one was different. I was surprised that I could adjust the brightness by rotating the cover. It’s a simple idea, yet not something you would easily think of—I was truly impressed. It may not always be this quiet every time, but I would like to stay here again.

I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast menu changed between the first and second mornings, which was delicious. On the second day, I also had dinner at the restaurant. It was authentic Chinese cuisine yet reasonably priced. I also appreciated that it was just a short walk from the station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Despite arriving earlier than planned, you kindly accommodated our car, which was a huge help. You were also considerate with our luggage; it was our first stay, and everything was comfortable from arrival to check-out. Given the location, we expected it to be lively at night, but it was very quiet and we woke up feeling refreshed. The delicious bread and soup with coffee were so good that we ended up eating and drinking too much. If I had to mention one thing, the parking area is narrow due to the location, and having to park facing forward felt inconvenient at check-out. When attending live shows in Kanagawa, we will make this our regular Accommodation and come again. Thank you very much.

It was a stay where I encountered wonderful staff after a long time. The front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff were all very pleasant, providing kind guidance and responding to inquiries politely.

They were kind and attentive throughout. When I called before my stay with a question, they responded very politely. The Room with a well-cleaned kitchen was very comfortable. I would like to stay again.
