I’d been wanting to visit the Zushi–Hayama area for some time, and this was a hotel I’d had my eye on. We stayed to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and they thoughtfully arranged champagne in our ocean-view room along with a beautiful flower arrangement and other special touches—he was absolutely delighted. They also informed us about the spa in advance, so we quickly prepared swimsuits and were able to use it. The water temperature was very comfortable, and they even offered complimentary drinks, which made it feel like a wonderful escape from everyday life. We requested dinner from 5:00 p.m., and while watching the sunset we were able to relax and truly savor the meal, feeling the chef’s passion in every dish. The service staff were also gentle and gracious, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. We slept soundly at night, woke up refreshed in the morning, and enjoyed a lovely walk by the sea. We ordered breakfast via room service as well, which allowed us to take our time and unwind. My husband praised everything as beyond his expectations and would love to stay again. Thank you very much for your attentive hospitality. If I had to mention one small point: I felt the TV might be positioned a bit low.

I was so happy to stay here again after a while, and I had a wonderful time. As always, I truly appreciated the friendly, warm hospitality of the staff. This time we were also treated to a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji, which left me feeling refreshed both physically and mentally! In addition, SCAPES’ original skincare products are excellent—I used the serum and toner thoroughly after my bath and my skin felt beautifully radiant. I can’t wait to come back again soon.

[All-Inclusive] An Elegant Evening with an Authentic Teppanyaki Dinner and Free-Flow Drinks (Dinner & Breakfast Included) – Premium Twin Room Everything was wonderful. - Room: It was spacious, had a sofa, and we were able to relax comfortably. Having two sinks was also very convenient. However, I tripped on the step at the entrance to the washroom, so I hope this can be improved. - Dining: Every dish in the dinner course looked and tasted amazing. Drinks were free-flow with a glass-exchange system, so we enjoyed beer and sparkling wine. For breakfast, we could choose from three types of galettes, and they were delicious. Curry was also included, which would be great for those with a big appetite—our group doesn’t eat much, so we ended up feeling very full. - The lounge was also a wonderful space where we could relax comfortably. - There was also a large public bath—this was one of the main reasons we chose this property—and everything about it was excellent. We would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

The irori sauna was the best sauna I’ve ever experienced. The sushi for dinner was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

This was my third stay. Everyone—from the phone and email support to the on-site staff—was wonderful, and it’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again. Because I’m not comfortable with carpets from a hygiene standpoint, and because keeping an eye on my dog so he wouldn’t get into trouble can be tiring, I asked in advance if the carpet could be removed. It seems to depend on the booking situation, but they were able to accommodate my request this time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax even more. Thank you very much. In our home, it’s a rule that we eat together with our dog, so we had Italian dinner in the room. We previously ate on AO’s terrace, but it was a bit cold and dim and felt somewhat lonely, so for those who can’t leave their dog alone, dining in the room is also recommended. A low table can be difficult for eating, so we sat side by side at the counter with our dog (in his cart) between us. We were told that Room B on the first floor has a longer counter, so if you’re staying as a pair, choosing Room B may be best. The food is delicious as expected, and being able to enjoy small portions of many different dishes is very satisfying. For breakfast we ate on Malibu Farm’s terrace. There were plenty of vegetables and a large croissant among other items—it was generous enough that I couldn’t finish everything—but it was delicious. The staff member in charge was also very considerate and made us feel truly comfortable. You can see Malibu Farm’s terrace from the room at night as well; it’s beautifully lit up and feels open and airy, so next time I’d like to try having dinner at Malibu. It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!

Although it was a nearby trip, it was my first time traveling with my parents since becoming an adult. Unfortunately, a typhoon the day before forced us to change various plans, but we truly enjoyed the many colorful dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. My elderly parents, who usually eat small portions, kept saying they couldn’t possibly eat that much, yet they finished almost everything. The Room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff were also very pleasant, and we had a relaxing short getaway. After such a generous dinner, we were told there would even be inari sushi as a late-night snack. We couldn’t resist and asked for some—and it was delicious. Even while saying we were already full, we ended up eating it all (laugh). One thing: until around 3 a.m., I noticed a low sound—possibly from the boiler?—that echoed and made it hard to sleep for a bit. Since it was only one night, it wasn’t too much of an issue.

The road to the Accommodation was narrower and steeper than I expected, but many guests arrived in large cars. The hospitality felt warm and welcoming, and the Accommodation was small and relaxing. The generous tuna sashimi at dinner was a real treat! I’d love to visit again.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Kamakura! Just as we expected from the Reviews before making our Reservation, the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The Facility itself feels a bit old, but it was very clean and well maintained. It was also convenient being a 2-minute walk from the station. We considered other Hotels, but chose this one for the price, and it turned out to be a great choice. The complimentary tea and snacks were also a nice touch!

We stayed as a family with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old grandchildren. Dinner featured an abundant selection of seafood, all fresh and delicious, and both my wife and daughter were very satisfied. Being able to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace in our Room helped the children stay calm, and we were able to spend unhurried time together as a family. In addition, we are truly grateful to the staff member who was very kind to the children and proactively supported us. Thanks to that, we felt at ease throughout our stay. This Accommodation is highly recommended for families. *There are rental bicycles near the Accommodation, and it was also a wonderful memory being able to cycle down to the seaside in the morning to take photos. We enjoyed quiet Kamakura in the early morning—it was such a refreshing time.* Thank you very much.

Used by a family of four. Since our children are small, we chose in-Room dining for dinner. Both the in-Room meal and the breakfast buffet were delicious. Our 2-year-old loved the kids’ area and played there for over two hours. There also seemed to be many guests who looked like government employees, and we hardly saw any foreign visitors. The only disappointments were that the futons were a bit thin, the mobile signal was weak, and the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable.
