The Room was clean. The large public bath was well stocked, from cleansing oil to skincare products. The complimentary ice cream after the bath was refreshing and soothing, and the late-night soba service was perfect as a light dinner. I didn’t expect much since it’s free, but it

There is a stand to open your suitcase, so there is nothing inconvenient about the stay. I am impressed with how well thought out the room is. The staff's greetings and responses were good, and I had a pleasant stay. Just one thing, I hit my head on a protrusion on the wall n

The view was amazing! (I would have preferred a room with a view of the Skytree though.) From the direction of Ueno Station, I could see planes taking off and landing at Haneda Airport in the distance—an incredible night view! Very satisfied! The amenities were great too,

First of all, the service at the front desk was excellent. The room had a queen-sized bed, which allowed for a very comfortable stay. Although it was a No Meals Included plan, there were many FamilyMart and restaurants in the same building, so it was not a problem. I would defini

On the 15th floor, there is a large public bath where I was able to relax and soak in the bath. I was able to relieve the fatigue of the day. Thank you. The Room was quiet, had a sufficiently necessary size, and I felt that the Facility and equipment were reasonable. Of cou

This is my second stay. I think it's a good Hotel stay option in Tokyo for families with children. A room about the size of a double has four private spaces made up of "two boxes" stacked on top of each other × 2. It's small, but it feels private, and the kids were happy. Sin

The email from IKYU.com provided clear directions, including which exit to take from the station and how many minutes it takes to reach, which was very convenient. The Room was well-cleaned and spotless. Breakfast included rice and miso soup, which was appreciated as a fan of J

It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel. As expected in Tokyo, the Room was not very spacious, but it was clean, and the staff were very kind. I would love to stay here again.

I stay at a Business Hotel in Tokyo every week for business trips, and this was my first time using this accommodation. Everything necessary was provided, and I think the satisfaction level is high. If I had to point out a dissatisfaction, it would be the breakfast. Guests ar

During my previous stay, I don't think there was a breakfast service, but I was able to enjoy breakfast at the café two doors down from the hotel, which was great. It was light but sufficient for women to feel satisfied. The room also had all the necessary amenities. However,

The bathroom and other facilities seemed cleaner than last time, which made my stay very comfortable. I also think the complimentary breakfast offers a satisfying amount and selection for women. They can store luggage before check-in and after check-out as well, which is a big he

On the positive side, the Room was more spacious than expected, amenities were provided, and breakfast was delicious. The price was affordable, check-out time was until 12:00 PM, and the staff were very kind and helpful. As a panda lover, I enjoyed taking pictures with a large pa

Booked early with a discount, making it very affordable. There’s a convenience store right next to the Hotel, which was very convenient. Although slightly old, the stay was comfortable. I got a bit lost inside Ueno Station trying to find the correct exit but felt relieved when I

The location is very convenient as it is right next to Okachimachi Station. The front desk service was very polite, and the detailed explanations provided were highly satisfying. The drinks and meals were good, but one disappointing aspect was the cleaning of the Room's bathr

The front desk staff and breakfast employees provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. The room had space under the bed, allowing me to easily open my suitcase. There were plenty of outlets, and the large TV was a nice touch. The room was cleaned thoroughly,

The room was compact yet functional, featuring a sofa and table with all storage neatly arranged around the table. It was very clean, comfortable, and easy to spend time in. The amenities were available at the front desk to pick up, including bath salts, which I appreciated. Ho

While the surrounding business hotels exceed 10,000 yen even on weekdays, I was able to stay here for just under 10,000 yen. There are two convenience stores nearby, which is very handy. The room, including the unit bath, was well-cleaned, allowing me to have a comfortable st

The freshly baked waffles were crispy yet fluffy, and I also appreciated the nicely sized desserts. The staff greeted guests with smiles, politely offered to clear dishes at just the right times, and regularly checked each food station to keep everything well maintained. It made
