네야가와시 역 × 만족도 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

They have loaner manga, and the bath was fun with lots of shampoo options! Breakfast was average and the room was average, but the hot spring was amazing.

Our club team of about 25 stayed here. The staff were very courteous and spoke to us often, listened carefully to our requests, and responded accordingly. Thank you very much.

Very close to the station. Because it faces a main road, there were times at night when noise from cars and motorcycles was noticeable, so I probably should have brought earplugs. The exterior felt somewhat old, but the Room was clean, and best of all, the toilet, bath, and sink were all separate, which made it very convenient to use. However, dust had accumulated on top of the bathroom door and in corners of the walls, so it would be even better if less noticeable areas were cleaned more thoroughly. That was my only concern—overall I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

The meals were delicious. Dinner was especially outstanding (breakfast too). The large public bath was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure. The Room felt clean and the lighting was bright, which was great, but I did notice a little light coming in through gaps in the curtains when sleeping, and the small constantly lit indicator on what seemed to be a ceiling alarm was quite bright. I would stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

It’s conveniently located just a short walk from the station, with a convenience store also nearby. The room was kept very clean, and I’m very satisfied.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with well-stocked amenities and very clean rooms. Personally, since I like to sleep in, I would have preferred more blackout curtains to block the morning sunlight. The breakfast set at a café about a 2-minute walk away was also very good.

The room was small, but it was perfect for resting my tired body after visiting Universal Studios. The amenities were plentiful, and I loved the Hotel’s atmosphere. Everyone had wonderful smiles, and the service was excellent. I could really feel all the thoughtful ideas and efforts made for guests in the bath area and dining to help avoid crowds as much as possible. The Onsen water was especially great. I had been looking forward to the welcome drink, but since I checked in after 9:00 p.m., I thought I had missed it—however, they kindly told me “It’s still okay,” and I was happy to receive it just in time. I bought dinner at the Seven-Eleven next door and enjoyed it slowly in the Hotel lounge (microwave available). Thank you for taking care of me for one night and two days. I would love to stay again if I have another chance.
