The staff’s pleasant service from check-in through breakfast and check-out left a strong impression. At check-in, we were greeted warmly. At breakfast, they promptly asked about omelets and cleared trays quickly. They even stored our luggage at check-out. The Facility was clean, and the bath was very relaxing. I would like to stay again.

I stayed here really looking forward to the private bath and breakfast. The bath was even more comfortable than I expected, and I could relax and stretch out more than in a large public bath. The food was delicious, of course, and the stylish tableware made it even more enjoyable. The Room had a large TV, and I was impressed by how thoughtfully everything was arranged for a comfortable stay. It was a very good Hotel.

I used the sauna, Onsen, breakfast, and more, and they helped me relax and recover from fatigue. During the busy evening hours, I noticed the floor in the men’s changing room was dirty, so it might be good to increase cleaning frequency during peak times. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

Unbeatable value for money. I was satisfied with everything.

I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The location is about halfway between Nagoya and Ise Jingu, making it more convenient than traveling directly from Nagoya to Ise. The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. Being right next to Tsu Station was also a great advantage. All the staff, including those at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming, which made me happy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious.

Since we left the Room selection up to the hotel, we were assigned a different Room than last time, and it was a nice one. When I didn’t know how to watch the video streaming services and asked the front desk, they explained it very kindly, which made our stay comfortable (to watch ABEMA or Hulu, membership registration is required). I would like to stay again.

Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

I stayed here during the Journey of Light for land purification and integration. This Accommodation offers a laundry service. I was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious the salads and small side dishes were with the meals. Thank you very much.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!

Conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I usually only need basic facilities for sleeping, but they offered unlimited welcome drinks and even a free breakfast, so I was very satisfied with the unbeatable price. The staff were also kind. It was my first time stopping by Tsu, and it was a nice, compact city. Finding such a good Hotel made this trip even more enjoyable.

The location and services were great, but the only downside was that the connecting path between the annex and the main building was outdoors. Since it was a cold day when I stayed, I had to walk through the outdoor path to reach the men's public bath in the main building from the annex, which was especially disappointing due to bad weather.

This was my second stay. The waters of Sakakibara Onsen are truly exceptional—I've visited many Onsens, but this is the best for me. Including day trips, I come about once every two months. Sei Shonagon is a calm and charming Accommodation that retro Showa-era lovers will adore. The Facility is spotless, with thorough cleaning down to every detail. The meals are generous in portion, delicious, and carefully prepared—I really enjoy them. They also offer a great selection of Mie sake, and the tasting set is a great value and highly recommended: you can choose 3 or 5 types from around 10 options. Above all, the baths are outstanding, with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff are kind and always smiling. I’ve heard Sakakibara Onsen has become quieter than it used to be, but this is an Accommodation I never want to see disappear. I’d love to visit again during summer vacation—I’m already looking forward to it. If I may make a few requests: where possible, I would love for the women’s and men’s baths to be swapped monthly (even just once in a while), as the men’s bath looks lovely in photos and I’d really like to try it too. Also, I would appreciate having an electrical outlet in the Room for charging devices. And although it may be difficult to change, the stairs down to the bath area are steep and might be challenging for older guests—any measures you could take would be appreciated. Other than that, I was truly satisfied with everything. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

I made a Reservation again this year for a visit to Ise Shrine. The broccoli salad at the breakfast buffet and the miso soup were delicious. I would like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. The only downside was that the shower water pressure in the bathroom was low, which made it a bit challenging to wash up. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

The price was affordable, and there was a drink bar next to the front desk where we were told we could have as many refills as we wanted, which was very helpful. Checkout time was also fairly late, and at this price for a Friday night, no complaints!! They also had ReFa hair dryers and other amenities, so I thought the Facility was excellent.

I used the VIP Room with a Level 1 Disability. The room was spacious and very comfortable. However, the bath usage hours and restaurant closing time were early, so the time from check-in to dining felt a bit rushed. Other than that, it was comfortable, so I have already made my next reservation.

Despite our late arrival, you kindly assisted us, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

Stayed at Excellent Golf Club in Isshi, Tsu City, Mie. This is our annual trip to Mie; this time our goals were golf, an Onsen stay, and buying eel and Matsusaka beef in central Tsu. The Room was upgraded for us and was spacious. The Onsen was especially amazing with its silky-smooth water quality; however, the entrance to the open-air bath area was slippery, so a handrail might be needed. There is also a sauna, and we were very satisfied. For dinner we chose the sukiyaki course, which was outstanding—high-quality meat in a generous portion and truly delicious. The staff were also friendly and wonderful. Breakfast was tasty, but it felt a bit light—probably because dinner set the bar so high (lol). It’s an Accommodation we’d like to stay at again in autumn along with another round of golf. A hidden-gem golf course and Hotel in Tsu City, Mie.
