The front desk staff and the restaurant staff at breakfast were all friendly and welcoming, and we had a very pleasant stay. The Room was compact but spotless, and my family was delighted that the artificial Onsen left their skin feeling smooth. We also appreciated the thoughtful services such as coffee, ice pops after bathing, and body wipes to help with the heat. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed as a couple. As always with Dormy Inn, we enjoyed the after-bath ice cream and late-night soba, and breakfast was excellent as well. There was an eel rice bowl option, and you could even pour dashi over it to make hitsumabushi-style eel rice. I also thought it was a great idea that each side dish could be taken in small individual bowls. There was bread too, but the only egg dish available was fried eggs, which was a little disappointing for me since I prefer scrambled eggs. Still, it was a very satisfying breakfast overall, and we would like to stay again.

All the Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t use the private bath, so I’m giving it 4 stars. The Room was spacious and had been renovated, so it was comfortable. There are only a few parking spaces, and it was inconvenient having to park on the rooftop of the neighboring supermarket. Although it feels a bit old, overall I thought it was a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there’s no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I really appreciated those small, thoughtful gestures. It didn’t feel brand-new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!

Excellent. The breakfast is very good, the Room is also great, and it’s a nearly flawless Hotel. If you’re driving, parking might be an issue, but even considering that, I think it’s a very good Hotel. If I go to the Ise area again, I would definitely like to stay here. That said, it would be even better if there were a guide map for nearby restaurants and local information around the Hotel. I found the map for the bento shop in front of the Hotel later on, but if you ever go to Tsu, this is an Accommodation you can book with confidence.

I stayed here on a weekday for a solo trip to Ise. Whenever there is an R9 near the places I want to visit, I choose to stay there. You get one light frozen meal, there is a free coffee machine at the front desk, and the Room was clean—overall, it feels like great value for money. The Rooms are single-story container units lined up on the property, so there’s no waiting for elevators and it’s very comfortable. I plan to stay again. ↓For first-time guests arriving by car When I used this place by car for the first time, I was a bit unsure because there were no open parking spaces near the front desk at check-in, and I didn’t know where to park before going inside. In short, parking spots are not assigned per Room—just park in any available space first, check in, and then move your car to a spot closer to your Room.

I was worried because my check-in would be very late, but I was happy to be warmly welcomed when I arrived. It was a Plan where you can’t choose the Room, but when I entered, it felt like a suite—spacious with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It was such a nice layout that it felt like a waste to use it just for sleeping. Thank you. I only noticed it at first, but there was a musty smell in the bedroom. My companion seemed to lose sleep because of it. It might help to use an ozone deodorizing machine. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Whenever I go to Suzuka Circuit to watch Super Formula, I always stay here. Thank you as always!

Conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I usually only need basic facilities for sleeping, but they offered unlimited welcome drinks and even a free breakfast, so I was very satisfied with the unbeatable price. The staff were also kind. It was my first time stopping by Tsu, and it was a nice, compact city. Finding such a good Hotel made this trip even more enjoyable.

I got a little lost getting there, but since it’s a tall building, you can easily find it by heading toward the sign at the very top. There are many restaurants nearby, and a convenience store is also close. You can also use a rental bicycle to get to Tsu Station and the ruins of Tsu Castle. The Room was perfectly clean, the staff were helpful, and I was very satisfied—the breakfast curry and other dishes were delicious. The female staff in the dining area were so energetic!

This was my first stay at Hisai Green Hotel. I usually stay at the affiliated Center One Hotel. Before my stay, I asked about places for dinner and was also told that breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Since it was my first time staying here, I was really looking forward to it. The Accommodation was very quiet, and the welcome drink service even included ice for iced coffee. I visited on an extremely hot day, so that was very helpful. The staff were also kind and attentive. What I looked forward to most was the breakfast ochazuke. The spiny lobster broth for the ochazuke was rich and delicious, and the Matsusaka beef shigure-ni was also excellent. Being able to customize the ochazuke myself made it both fun and tasty. The menu making good use of local ingredients is wonderful. When items ran out, they were replenished quickly. A member of the breakfast staff asked, “How was your breakfast?” and I replied, “It was excellent.” In addition to the meals, the Accommodation was kept very clean throughout. Since I had a late check-out with a long stay the next morning, I could relax in a clean environment until departure. If I have another chance to visit the Hisai area, I would like to stay again. I am always grateful for Comfort Inn Ogaki and Center One Hotel Handa as well. The affiliated hotels are reliable and truly excellent Hotels where you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to continuing to use these affiliated hotels in the future.

The location and services were great, but the only downside was that the connecting path between the annex and the main building was outdoors. Since it was a cold day when I stayed, I had to walk through the outdoor path to reach the men's public bath in the main building from the annex, which was especially disappointing due to bad weather.

I made a Reservation again this year for a visit to Ise Shrine. The broccoli salad at the breakfast buffet and the miso soup were delicious. I would like to stay here again.

The Room was spacious, the food was delicious, and the hospitality of the staff was excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. The only downside was that the shower water pressure in the bathroom was low, which made it a bit challenging to wash up. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

Reserved a non-smoking room and was provided with a perfect non-smoking room. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, exceeded expectations and were highly satisfying. I will definitely use this service again if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

Since my daughter has been traveling for competitions, I wanted to keep Accommodation costs as low as possible. It was about 4,000 yen per person, so I booked immediately! The Room isn’t large, but it’s fine if you’re just staying overnight. The unit bath is on the small side, but the hot water gets properly hot. There’s a FamilyMart about 500 m away. Free parking was much appreciated. We had breakfast—the warm miso soup was delicious. Also, the hostess’s hospitality was wonderfully warm and welcoming; it made us feel at ease!
