It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

The Room was very clean, and being able to watch Shinkansen trains from the high floor was a hit even with our grown-up kids. The bathroom with a separate washing area, unlike a typical unit bath, let us soak and relax without worrying about getting the surroundings wet, which was truly soothing. Everything at breakfast was delicious, and we fully enjoyed Nagoya specialties. Since the Hotel is directly connected to Nagoya Station, it’s perfect for leaving your luggage and going sightseeing—we’d like to come by Shinkansen next time.

This was my first time staying here. The large public bath was great, and the complimentary drinks were also nice. The amenities were plentiful and everything was excellent, but I was surprised by how loud it was—possibly from people coming and going in the separate area of the Room. Other than that, I was satisfied with the Hotel. The location is also great, just a short walk from the subway, making sightseeing easy. I would stay again.

This is our regular Accommodation, and we always appreciate your hospitality. It’s not too far to walk from Nagoya Station, and with an Onsen as well, it’s a quiet place where we can relax and rest comfortably. Don Quijote is right in front, which makes it very convenient. The breakfast is especially delicious, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again!

I stayed here again after a long time for a concert at Forest Hall. Access to Kanayama Station and the hall, the Room and Facility, the cleanliness of the large public bath, and the service were all as good as ever. I also appreciated that all amenities were already placed in the Room in advance (choosing amenities in the lobby while carrying luggage can be quite difficult). On top of that, I was impressed by the wide variety. Breakfast was delicious as well. Perhaps because the dining area is spacious or because it was a weekday, there was no congestion at the buffet, so I could enjoy it at a relaxed pace. One thing is that there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage, so I thought it would be nice if you could install or lend a foldable baggage rack around under the TV. Overall, I am very satisfied. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I think it would be better if the wash area had a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit uncomfortable without one. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights! The Room was clean, with a separate bath and toilet, and the view from the window was amazing—morning sunlight streamed in, and the night view was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent; everything was delicious, and we were able to relax and enjoy a wonderful morning. After checkout, I realized I had left something behind in the Room and contacted them. Everyone was kind, and they carefully mailed it to me later. Thank you!

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

The Room was cleaner than I expected.

I was looking for a Hotel near Nagoya Station for a business golf outing and decided to try this one for the first time. The Room was clean, and having pajamas provided was very helpful. Since I don’t use the bathtub, the shower room alone was comfortable. The toilet was clean and spacious. If I had to mention one thing, even on the strongest setting, the bidet water pressure for rear washing felt a bit weak (lol). I didn’t have breakfast because of golf, but judging from the information provided it looked delicious, so I’d like to try it next time. Also, at pre-checkout payment, my companion had already paid for their Room next to me, but I was still charged for both Rooms. Because I paid with PayPay and couldn’t cancel it afterward, they ended up canceling my companion’s card payment instead. Considering that business travelers often need to settle expenses individually, I didn’t think this handling was ideal.

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

We stayed during Golden Week. All the front desk staff were kind and courteous. It was great that we could borrow Ichikami and LUX shampoo and conditioner. It was difficult to adjust the shower temperature. We chose the Japanese breakfast, but the pickled ginger flavor had soaked into the teriyaki chicken, so my son, who doesn’t handle spicy food well, couldn’t eat it. Everything else was delicious. I thought it would be nice if there were a stirrer or spoon in the Room. One thing that concerned me: while waiting for the elevator at checkout, a housekeeping staff member was chatting with another housekeeping staff member right next to us, saying things like “I’m on XX today—huh? XX is missing.” I think it would be better to refrain from that in front of guests. It made me feel like I had seen behind-the-scenes operations. Overall, we were very satisfied. I use this place every year for sumo and baseball games. Although the distance to the subway station is a bit far, the affordable price and convenient access to Vantelin Dome and IG Arena are greatly appreciated. The lounge is enjoyable, but it's a bit disappointing that only "Umaibo" snacks are available now.

Despite its name, this is a very ordinary Hotel. Since there is no staff at the front desk, it may be a good choice for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The services are neither particularly good nor bad. The biggest advantage of this Hotel is that you can stay at a low price despite its convenient location.

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room was clean and more than sufficient for business travel. Compared to the size of the Room, the hallway area inside felt a bit wide, and I thought some space was unnecessarily large.

Recently, my family of three stayed at the accommodation. The open-air bath located so close to Nagoya Station was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious, making us forget we were near the station. Each person could sleep on their own futon, which makes it highly recommended for families with children. We would love to stay here again.

The room, facilities, bath, and meals were all extremely satisfying. The meal menu was diverse, and above all, the drinks were incredibly affordable. The morning plate was warm and delicious. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Although there are some reviews mentioning "hair," we found no such issues at all; the cleanliness was impeccable. The bath was very spacious with a large-screen bath TV to enjoy, and there were plenty of amenities available. We stayed as an elderly couple and found it more than satisfactory—truly exceptional! Our future travel plans will likely revolve around Fine hotels in various locations. We're already considering when to stay at this hotel again next time! Despite calling multiple times, we deeply appreciate the staff's prompt responses and their heartfelt service.
