It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

This was my first time staying here. The large public bath was great, and the complimentary drinks were also nice. The amenities were plentiful and everything was excellent, but I was surprised by how loud it was—possibly from people coming and going in the separate area of the Room. Other than that, I was satisfied with the Hotel. The location is also great, just a short walk from the subway, making sightseeing easy. I would stay again.

Our family of four stayed on the concierge floor, split between two Rooms. The location was extremely convenient, right above the station. The Rooms were spotless and very comfortable, with wonderful views, and we also felt at ease thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff. We also enjoyed the lounge services. I would recommend this Accommodation to friends and would love to stay again.

I’ve stayed at capsule Hotels before, but this capsule Hotel was excellent. The amenities were well stocked, and the lounge offered meals and drinks—plus free alcohol at night, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, and it’s rare to find a capsule Hotel like this. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sakae and Osu. There is a book café on the 1st floor that you can use 24 hours a day. I received a welcome drink and was able to relax while reading any book I liked, and the Room was clean as well. It was a little disappointing that the bathroom only had a shower.

I stayed here to attend a game at the dome. I have a hearing impairment, and I sincerely appreciate your kind and attentive support at check-in. The Room was clean, and I also enjoyed the large public bath. The breakfast bread and soup were very delicious. I travel to many places following the Tigers, but for Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again next time.

Although the parking lot is a bit far, considering the accommodation rate, this is a very reasonably priced and pleasant Accommodation.

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

There are few restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but the in-room dining offers a family-restaurant-level selection, along with a drink bar, and there is also a water dispenser in the Room, so we had no inconvenience at all. Even after 1:00 a.m., light meals and alcohol are available until 6:00 a.m. Both the Room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the amenities were well stocked. However, the TV remote control responded so poorly that it was difficult to use.

We visited LEGOLAND for the first time on a birthday trip for my son, who just turned 7. Before heading to LEGOLAND, the Hotel stored our luggage (you can also check in, but Rooms are available after 4:00 PM). We played from the 10:00 AM opening until the 6:00 PM closing (we went on attractions a total of 24 times—so much fun!), then returned to the Hotel. As soon as you exit the park gate, the LEGOLAND Hotel is right in front of you. It’s colorful and adorable, and the dragon statue at the entrance is impressive. It also looks beautiful when lit up at night! The lobby has a large LEGO pool (a play area filled with LEGO bricks) and a gift shop. On the second floor there are immersive play areas—a Western-style castle, a pirate ship, and a ninja castle—so kids get super excited. In the buffet-style restaurant, LEGO-built chefs and waiters are everywhere, which makes it even more fun. There were so many photo-worthy spots throughout this Hotel. The breakfast buffet (included for all guests) has an unbelievable variety—you can’t possibly choose everything! They even have ready-to-eat baby food. In addition to standard Western breakfast items, there are also Japanese dishes like kishimen noodles and obanzai-style sides—and everything was delicious. There’s also plenty of drinks and desserts. The elevator won’t move unless you tap your Room key card. Inside, a mirror ball spins while it’s running and fun music plays. The hallway has vending machines and a free ice machine (which is very convenient). Drinks from the vending machines are pricey—300 yen per bottle of Coca-Cola—and there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, so you’ll need to buy them here if you want one. In the Room there were four small bottles of I LOHAS water plus cocoa powder, coffee, black tea, green tea, and other drinks provided as well. You can make hot cocoa with boiled water and quickly cool it down with ice from the hallway machine too. Both the hallway and our Room were packed with LEGO details—it was amazing! From the adults’ bedroom we could see LEGOLAND beautifully lit up right in front of us. The kids’ sleeping area is in a separate space from the adults’ bed (on opposite sides of the bathroom), with bunk beds and a puzzle treasure box setup. My child kept playing with LEGO while watching NINJAGO on TV nonstop. The bathroom was a unit bath style but spacious enough, and it dried quickly after use so it didn’t feel damp or humid at all. The Hotel staff were mostly young people, but everyone was extremely kind—especially to children—and worked energetically with bright smiles throughout our stay. It was truly a wonderful Hotel.We would love to come again!

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

Despite its name, this is a very ordinary Hotel. Since there is no staff at the front desk, it may be a good choice for guests who prefer minimal interaction. The services are neither particularly good nor bad. The biggest advantage of this Hotel is that you can stay at a low price despite its convenient location.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I already have an Accommodation Reservation for next year as well and look forward to staying again.

It was very clean and comfortable. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, so I hardly needed to bring anything except underwear, and I was able to stay for two nights with just a small bag. For a Multiple Night Stay, there is no housekeeping service, but if you leave your used towels outside the door, they will be exchanged for fresh ones, which was convenient because I could go out without packing up my belongings. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it was very quiet and I slept well. It would have been even better if there were a convenience store nearby. I will use it again when I visit Nagoya, and I recommend it to anyone traveling to Nagoya.
