I stayed for three nights to attend an event near Naiku. Since it was my first time, I was looking for a roughly 10-story building, but it turned out to be a two-story Hotel with a fresh, different Route Inn atmosphere. The front desk staff and the shuttle bus driver were all very kind and pleasant.
Because it was a five-day holiday period, I was worried about parking, but the huge parking lot put me at ease—there were still open spaces even at night. On the first day, I used the free shuttle bus to Iseshi Station to visit Geku Shrine, and on the second day I drove to Naiku. Naiku also had a large riverside parking area available. The traffic restrictions and shuttle buses to the parking lots were well organized and very helpful.
The breakfast venue was very crowded due to the holiday period, but everything ran smoothly. Hearing “It’s expected to be very busy” at check-in made a big difference in how I felt.
There are supermarkets, coin laundries, convenience stores, an ice cream shop, and more nearby—very convenient. For dinner, an okonomiyaki restaurant close by was so good that I went two days in a row (lol). If I have another chance to visit Ise again, I would definitely stay here again. The Akafuku shaved ice was delicious too.
