My mother, who stayed with me and uses a wheelchair, received thoughtful and warm support, which was a great help. I only get to see my mother, who lives far away, a few times a year. I’m truly glad we were able to spend our precious time together here in comfort and at ease. My mother was very happy as well, so we would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed a truly relaxing stay at Hotel de Marronnier. We sincerely appreciate the thoughtful hospitality of all the staff. We delighted in the flavorful breakfast and dinner, and felt refreshed by the impeccably maintained facilities, the salt bath, and the charming open-air bath. Even the Shuttle Service for our return trip was perfectly arranged—this is an exceptional Accommodation we would love to visit again in another season.

I was amazed by the relaxed atmosphere of the Ryokan and the many delicious dishes—especially the abundance of fish—along with superb sake. The sunset and evening glow were incredibly beautiful and truly moving.

We stayed here during Silver Week. Our Room was on the 6th floor, and the ocean was right in front of us—amazing. The large public bath was great. However, the bath in the Room was disappointing. When we arrived, we were told at reception that without being able to choose a dinner time, dinner had to be from 7:30 PM and breakfast from 7:00 AM only. I was surprised—what does “priority for early check-in” mean? Dinner was good, but breakfast was disappointing. Breakfast felt lacking: there was no nori seaweed, eggs, or natto. I think there is room for improvement.

The sea right in front of us wasn’t too crowded, so we were able to relax and take our time. Breakfast was delicious as well—highly recommended for anyone looking for a laid-back stay.

The staff were very friendly, and the Onsen was great with pleasantly salty water. The meals were exactly as shown in the photos—fresh and delicious—and the portions were generous. I would like you to prevent cigarette smoke from the smoking area from drifting over.

I made a Reservation for my daughter’s birthday. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by car, and the experience began with a matcha tea service. The semi-private dining area for dinner was decorated for her birthday, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touch. The meal was also delicious. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, but there were quite a few stink bugs, which was the only slight disappointment. Of course, insects are part of nature and can’t be helped, and overall we had a wonderful stay.

The Room’s open-air bath was wonderful. The meals were more than enough for women; men might find them a bit light, but for those who drink alcohol, I felt they were sufficient. I think it would be better if breakfast times were staggered. The staff’s sense of distance also felt very comfortable to me. Sorry to mention this at the end. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night on a family trip. Every dish was truly delicious, and the grilled dancing abalone was especially tender and outstanding! When our child suddenly said they wanted ice cream during our stay, all the staff kindly and cheerfully helped us right away, which we really appreciated. The whole Accommodation felt warm and welcoming. Our child was also very happy, saying, “It was so clean and wonderful!” We were able to make great memories as a family. If we have the chance to visit Chita again, this is an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at. Thank you very much!

The layout and furnishings were impeccably stylish—everything was perfect. It ranks among the best villas I’ve ever stayed in. They also responded to my questions very quickly, and I’d definitely love to stay again. However, perhaps because it’s close to the mountains or due to the season, it was a shame that the deck and terrace were full of insects at night. I also couldn’t use the open-air jacuzzi on the second floor at night. I understand it can’t be helped, though... Even so, it was such an amazing escape from everyday life that I still want to come back!

We visited as a family with our 0-year-old, and it was a comfortable Accommodation to stay in. The staff were kind to our child and greeted us with warm smiles, which we truly appreciated. The food was delicious and made us feel pampered. The ocean view from the Room was beautiful, and I’m glad this was the place for our baby’s first stay at a Ryokan and first time seeing the sea. We’d love to visit again when our child is older.

As soon as we stepped inside, we were amazed by the gorgeous interior and how much closer the ocean was than we had imagined. The ocean view was truly breathtaking—an experience you don’t often get. The welcome drinks at check-in came in many varieties, which made it feel special and was perfect hospitality on a hot day. Both dinner and breakfast were prepared at the time we requested, so we could relax. For dinner, the BBQ included local meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, with explanations provided for each item. It was our first time using this type of grill, but the staff kindly showed us how to use it, so even beginners could grill everything deliciously with confidence. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and we were very satisfied with dinner. We usually have to prepare everything ourselves for a BBQ (including cleanup), so it was great that the Hotel took care of everything. After dinner, we enjoyed coffee while watching the sunset. Three types of coffee beans and an electric grinder were provided, along with instructions on how to use the grinder and recommended grind sizes—so we could enjoy freshly brewed coffee and spend a truly special time. There was a jacuzzi on the terrace bath area, and our kids were thrilled since it was their first time. The amenities for children included cute dolphin toothbrushes and sponges, which they loved. For adults, there were ReFa shower heads as well as a hair dryer, hair iron/curling iron tools? , hair oil? etc., leaving our hair smoother than usual—we were delighted. The croissants and roast beef at breakfast were also delicious. We would definitely like to stay again.

The building and Room have a retro Showa-era feel, but the Room was well cleaned and felt very tidy. I made a Reservation expecting good meals, and there were many dishes—every one was delicious. It exceeded my expectations. The children’s meal also had many kid-friendly options, and my child was happy. The staff were very helpful, and I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

Dinner was an all-you-can-eat sukiyaki, and I was amazed by the incredibly tender and delicious meat. Breakfast included a variety of side dishes that went perfectly with unlimited rice, plus grilled meat in the morning! However, the site did not mention that dinner would include crab and sashimi platters or that breakfast offered unlimited shirasu (whitebait) and eggs. Even considering those points, the meals were absolutely fantastic. Additionally, during both breakfast and dinner, there were 2L bottles of juice available for unlimited refills (hot coffee and tea were also provided). Of course, the bath was amazing too. Unlike some reviews mentioning private baths being too hot, it was at a perfect temperature where you could comfortably soak for 30 minutes!
