Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

It was excellent. Not only is it close to the station, but the Room was also clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Next time, I’d like a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you.

We stayed here during the Obon holidays with our family of five after a day at Disney. We used a Room with two bunk beds—our kids’ favorite. When making the Reservation, we expected a typical Business Hotel, but the woman at reception was refreshingly kind and welcoming—almost like a Disney cast member. After an exhausting, scorching summer day at Disney, her hospitality truly made an impression. The Room was more spacious than expected, and unlike many budget bunk-bed hotels, there was no “where do we put our luggage?” problem. Even with our bags lined up along the wall by the TV, we still had plenty of space to walk around comfortably. Everything was perfectly clean, and we felt safe using the bathroom with our children. We will definitely consider this Accommodation again when we visit Disney. One request: We arrived at 10:30 PM and all nearby paid parking lots were full. After driving around repeatedly—and honestly debating street parking—we ended up parking in a park lot because there is a police station next door. However, it didn’t seem to have security cameras and the area was deserted late at night, so we were worried about theft. Since we couldn’t reserve parking at the Hotel, this happened—so we hope there can be some improvement regarding parking availability.

We stayed the night before our child’s birthday trip to Disney. It has become an annual tradition for the past few years, and we always have a very comfortable stay. When I mentioned it was for a birthday at the time of Reservation, we were happy to find a lovely message card in our Room. The lounge is fantastic, with snacks and drinks available. There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, which is very convenient. If you can’t find what you need there, there’s an station building nearby and an AEON mall just a short walk away. There is a shuttle bus to Disney, but it’s only one stop by train, so getting there is easy. We had a wonderful and enjoyable stay—thank you very much. We also went to the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, and even when we arrived around 1:00 p.m., the front desk smoothly stored our luggage. With Atre and AEON nearby, it’s convenient to grab a meal or do some shopping before check-in. The guest room offered great views through the large windows, and the glass-walled bathroom made the space feel especially open. Being able to enjoy the outside scenery from the bathtub felt like a luxurious touch. The TV was placed at the foot of the bed, making it easy to watch while relaxing. We also visited the bar on the 22nd floor; the night view from the counter seats was beautiful, and it was a calm place to unwind. The parking lot is underground, and guests can use it for just under JPY 3,000 per night. It seems there is also a Plan that allows you to keep your car parked for a while after check-out, which should be convenient for those traveling by car.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas. Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles. We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The breakfast was excellent. Everything was unpretentious, with comforting, nostalgic flavors that were easy to enjoy. In particular, the slightly sweet tamagoyaki—just like a mother would make—the gently flavored miso soup rich with dashi, and the kinpira gobo made it a truly memorable breakfast. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!

I had made a Reservation as a remnant of an event I didn’t win the lottery for. It’s normally very convenient with a direct line to Makuhari, and the Accommodation itself was so comfortable that I almost extended my stay. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that I wished there were a mop to clean the shower room (I ended up looking around for one after using it), and that there are only a few basic shops nearby. If you need anything beyond the amenities, it may be best to prepare in advance before you arrive. In any case, I’m grateful to have started the day feeling refreshed. I’ll consider this Hotel for my next stay!

Being close to the station was a huge help in an unfamiliar area. Especially in the extreme heat! The Room was quiet and new, and I was able to relax well. The bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.

These days, I was really glad to find a smoking Room. No matter which Hotel you stay at, you usually have to change clothes and go all the way to the smoking area. I’ve stayed in smoking Rooms before, but in many Hotels the smell is so trapped in the walls that even smokers think “ugh” the moment they open the door—this Room was clean. Non-smokers might not feel it that way; you may still notice an odor. This Hotel is truly smoker-friendly. I’ll definitely use it again—unless I quit smoking, haha.

It was close to Disney and reasonably priced, so we chose to stay here. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separate was great. I thought it would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. I’d like to stay here again when visiting Disney.

We stayed here on our way back from the theme park with four people: two adults and two children. The Hotel parking lot was full, so we used a nearby paid parking lot recommended by the staff, and it was at a convenient distance and price! Since the kids fell fast asleep, we didn’t use the bath and just put them to bed, but the Room felt just right for us!! Having breakfast included was also very helpful. We may have been a bit noisy and caused some inconvenience, but everyone was so kind that it made our trip even more enjoyable!!

It’s close to both Maihama and the nearest station, Ichikawa-Shiohama, so we stayed the night before visiting DisneySea and were able to get there smoothly on the first train in the morning. It was easier to stop by the convenience store in front of the station to buy food before heading over. It was my first time staying in a capsule Room, but it’s women-only, the size was just right, and although the shared space isn’t large, it wasn’t inconvenient. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t control the air conditioning, and (maybe it was just my Room) I couldn’t use the alarm function. It was great that I could charge my phone while lying down. I’d like to stay again.

We stayed for two nights, arriving the day before our trip to Disneyland. We drove from Kansai and were worried about parking, but as the Hotel instructed, we were able to use the parking lot across from Daiei for 800 yen (maximum fee for 12 hours). We used it on Friday and Saturday, and it was never full, which was a relief. It also helped us save on parking costs. Near the station there were many options such as Seiyu, Fuji Soba, Burger King, izakaya pubs, and Chinese restaurants. Since we were traveling with children we couldn’t go out much this time, but it seemed like an area we’d like to explore on our next stay. At 2:00 p.m. that day an earthquake occurred and the water heater sensor alarm kept sounding, but when we called the front desk they responded immediately. That quick support made us feel safe and was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

Unable to make a reservation at a Business Hotel near Funabashi, I tried a private lodging. It was kept very clean and I was satisfied. The breakfast was also delicious.
