From the moment we arrived at the Hotel through to after checkout, your attentive hospitality continued without wavering, down to the smallest details. We are also deeply grateful to the concierge team for all their help. We enjoyed a truly wonderful time in a very satisfying set

The lounge is wonderful too. The surprise for the anniversary was touching. The view from the room was also impressive. The breakfast was amazing~nice. The staff treated us well, making it a truly wonderful, enjoyable, and comfortable anniversary trip. Thank you very

We stayed as a three-generation family with my daughter and grandchild, using the Premier Grand King Room. Access to the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" was available. The view from the room was nice, but the views from the Club Lounge and "SKY PLAZA IBASHO" were truly spectac

While clearly evolving, I still fully enjoyed the timeless PHT highlights—NYG lunch, the pool, room service, and NY Bar. The familiar staff welcomed me with the same warm smiles as always, and I’m truly grateful! Also, the Ruinart included as an IKYU Diamond benefit was outstandi

At the time of reservation, I had a request for a high floor with a good view within the plan, and the room was on such a high floor with a great view that my companion was very pleased. It might have been a coincidence, but I was impressed by the kind consideration to meet my

The front desk staff were very welcoming and always smiling. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. In the evening, we visited Akasaka Umaya on the first floor. With its high ceilings, it felt calm yet bright—and everyth

They prepared a welcome board and personalized cookies for the dog, allowing both us and our dog to have a wonderful time. Seeing our dog's happy face was our happiness as well. The meals were varied and delicious, allowing us to relax both physically and mentally. It was a Hotel

Upon arriving at the Hotel lobby, I was greeted warmly, which made me feel welcome. I was immediately assisted in Japanese, which gave me peace of mind. Most of the other guests were from overseas, and I didn’t hear anyone speaking Japanese during my stay. The Room was still

With Tokyo's intense summer heat outside, apart from stepping out briefly for lunch during my stay, I spent most of my time enjoying the view from my room during these relaxing 2 nights and 3 days. The staff's excellent service throughout made this summer vacation truly memorabl

I chose it because it is close to the Tocho-mae Station on the Oedo Line, the parking lot can be used at a flat rate for 12 hours, it is close to the dining area on the west exit, and I could choose a twin room. I was satisfied as I could use it as planned. I was unsure about b

This is my fourth stay here. The majority of the guests are international visitors. There are plenty of staff at the front desk who are very attentive and kind. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

In particular, the foreign staff member who assisted us at check-in was polite and warm, which we really appreciated. Thank you very much. We stayed in a triple room as a couple, and it was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The amenities were also well stocked. The location is co

The Room was clean, and I was happy to have a ReFa shower head. If I could ask for one thing, I’d love it if ReFa hair dryers were available to rent, even for a fee. The front desk staff were very helpful as well, so I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku. Next time, I

Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The entrance and all areas were clean, and the front desk staff kindly guided me during check-in, which was very helpful. I also passed the housekeeping staff, who greeted me pleasantly, making my departure feel great. Tha

The restaurant menu seems designed with international guests in mind, and many of the guests are from overseas as well, so it feels almost like being abroad. You can also see Godzilla models and even a life-size Godzilla from the Hotel lounge, giving this Hotel an extraordinary v

This was my first stay. I appreciated the Room upgrade, but because my third-floor Room faced Kabukicho Tower, I could hear noise from idol events during the day, and advertising audio from the screen continued at night, so I couldn’t relax. A higher floor might have been better,

There is a park nearby, making it pleasant to take a walk. The area seems to have many residents, as there were people strolling around. Despite being in a big city, the environment felt safe and calm. It was an accommodation I wouldn’t mind staying at again. As it was my firs

Very close by are a police box, McDonald’s, CoCo Ichibanya, and convenience stores, making it very convenient and safe. I stayed in a corner double with a bathtub, and the Room was also equipped with a drum-type washer/dryer. It was even more comfortable than being at home. I

Since it was a single room, it wasn't that spacious, but it was fully equipped with a foot massager, ReFa hair iron, shower head, hairdryer, and facial steamer. The bath also had a shower booth, which was nice. It was very comfortable, and I would love to stay again. Thank
