The front desk staff were very welcoming and always smiling. Both the Hotel and the Room were clean and well maintained, so we had a very comfortable stay. In the evening, we visited Akasaka Umaya on the first floor. With its high ceilings, it felt calm yet bright—and everyth

Compared to major Business Hotel chains, this place had more of a city hotel vibe. As for drawbacks: the shade curtains let in too much light in the morning, waking me up early; additionally, construction noise from nearby started as early as 6 AM—though that’s beyond their co

Access from outside is also regulated, and the elevator can be used with a card key, so I thought the safety was excellent. The large public bath and the open-air bath were pleasant and relaxing. I decided to go to TOKYO for a life change, so I am grateful for the Hotel suita

The restaurant menu seems designed with international guests in mind, and many of the guests are from overseas as well, so it feels almost like being abroad. You can also see Godzilla models and even a life-size Godzilla from the Hotel lounge, giving this Hotel an extraordinary v

This was my first stay. I appreciated the Room upgrade, but because my third-floor Room faced Kabukicho Tower, I could hear noise from idol events during the day, and advertising audio from the screen continued at night, so I couldn’t relax. A higher floor might have been better,

I stayed here this time and had a truly wonderful stay. The Room was clean and carefully maintained down to the smallest details, making it very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The location was also great, making s

Overall, it was excellent! The Room is compact yet very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly until the alarm went off. At some Hotels, I can hardly sleep at all. The atmosphere here seems to have a good flow! Thank you very much. I will stay again!

Of course, it was my mistake—I thought it was the Kabukicho Tower Hotel I always use, but it was a different Hotel. It’s nice, but I find the Kabukicho Tower Hotel more convenient. That said, if you’re staying overnight in Tokyo and plan to have a few drinks, I think this is a

I appreciated being able to choose amenities like cleansing products, face wash, lotion, and moisturizer. The compact room was efficient and comfortable. It included a large TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, electric kettle, tea/coffee set, water bottles, five hangers, sleepwear, to

The bed was very comfortable, and even while traveling I fell asleep quickly and woke up refreshed. As it just opened in spring, everything was exceptionally clean. The Room has a sauna, karaoke, a high-performance hair dryer, and other amenities, making the Facility very comfort

Although I checked in late at night, the process was smooth, which was great. There was a convenience store right in front, so it was convenient to go shopping at night. 　Even though it’s in Shinjuku, the area was quiet, and the bed mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast had a

When I checked in during the evening, the female staff at the reception was clear, polite, and greeted me with a smile, which made me feel at ease. Additionally, upon entering the room, I found a handwritten thank-you letter on the desk addressed to guests and thoughtful touches

The staff kindly assisted us at the front desk, and the atmosphere inside the Hotel was pleasant. The large TV in front of the bed also made my daughter happy. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, but it wasn’t too noisy, so we felt safe walkin

Amenities such as toothbrushes are also available next to the front desk. I used the large public bath, and everything was provided—from cleansing products onward—and there was also a water dispenser for drinking water, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I hav

It's not particularly luxurious, but it's very close to the station (Shinjuku Sanchome), and also close to downtown and convenience stores. The price is not too high, so I think it's sufficient for business purposes. The room was also neatly organized, and I was personally very

It was my first stay in Shinjuku. I chose this accommodation because it was close to Higashi-Shinjuku Station. The room size was fine, there were two types of pillows which was great, and the microwave made the space very convenient. However, the hallway air conditioning w

I stayed alone for two nights to attend a three-day course. The property has two buildings separated by a 4 m road, and I was in the older annex. The building, interior, and Facilities are old, but everything was well cleaned. The sheets were white and felt very clean, and cons
