온타케산역 × 식사의 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, the Room air conditioning worked well, and above all, the staff were friendly and wonderful. The front desk team, restaurant team, and housekeeping team—especially the male housekeeping staff member I met in the morning when checking out—was so polite that I found myself thinking, “Wait, are you really part of the housekeeping staff?” He made a great impression.

One minute from Musashi-Shinjo Station? I’ve stayed here many times. When I stayed in March this year, breakfast was included. It didn’t used to be, so I was happy! I stayed in March, May, and September. Just staying overnight is enough—the room is perfectly adequate. They also provide a variety of amenities such as coffee, which is very helpful. I look forward to staying again!

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).

Being able to bring manga into the Room and read them is just too good. The curry and udon that are always available were so delicious it blew me away. I could have as many bowls as I want! The Hotel was also clean, and I honestly wondered if this price was really okay!

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

I have stayed with the Hotel Mets brand several times, but this was my first time in Omori. Thanks to your efforts to accommodate my Room assignment request as much as possible before check-in, I had a comfortable stay. The front desk staff also kindly supported me during the check-in process, so everything went smoothly without any major issues. The Room cleanliness and Facilities were what I have come to expect from Mets, and overall I was satisfied. In particular, I needed to use the internet in my Room for an online interview this time, and it worked without any problems. However, I felt the carpet design in the guest Room was a bit busy, and I would have preferred calmer colors and a simpler design. For foreign tourists like me, the Omori area feels a little far out, but since I was satisfied overall, I would consider staying here first if I have another chance to visit Tokyo.

I could tell there were thoughtful touches throughout, with comfort and convenience well considered. What impressed me most was the breakfast—especially the spice curry and croissants. They were delicious. The second best part was the smiles of the front desk team and staff. I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to the station and has a large public bath, which helped me relax after work. Thank you very much.

The Hotel Room was very spacious, with a sitting area and large paintings, which allowed me to relax and feel at ease. I had an online interview to secure a new project, and I was so impressed by the elegant Room that it put me in a confident mindset. Perhaps because I took the interview calmly, I was told, “Perfect.” The spaciousness of the Room brought peace of mind, and I was extremely satisfied. The balcony had a table and chairs, there was also a TV in the bathroom, and the ceiling featured special curved woodwork that made it feel like being on a ship. I was able to spend truly meaningful time here. I look forward to staying again.

We chose the residence-type option to find a Room with flooring where our family member with limited mobility could stay barefoot, and it was very comfortable. It was helpful to have a microwave, refrigerator, and tableware for a stay of several days, and the bed was also very comfortable. We were satisfied with the kind support for our inquiries, including installing the bed guard we requested in advance.

I always stay here. The staff’s service and support are excellent. Thank you again for taking care of me this time. I will stay here again, and I look forward to my next visit.

I had to travel on short notice and booked this Hotel while looking for a place to stay in Tokyo as a stopover. It was close to the station and easy to find, the amenities were well stocked, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately I had to check out without having it due to my departure time. There are many restaurants nearby, so if I have another chance, I would like to make a Reservation again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This was my second stay. Since I traveled by car, I really appreciated being able to secure a parking space in advance. The Room was also relatively clean. There is a convenience store nearby, which is very convenient. The amenities are minimal, so it would be nice if skincare items were available. It felt like the vast majority of guests were international travelers. I was able to relax and enjoy my time in the Room.

The building was new, spotless, and very clean. The Room was well cleaned, and daily housekeeping was done properly. The pajamas provided were comfortable and felt luxurious. The coffee machine and ice were available at any time, and we could also have matcha latte and cocoa; with ice, we could make an iced latte. Coming back to the Hotel on a hot day and having a cold drink right away was the best. It was great to be able to eat breakfast in the Room, which really helped when traveling with children. I thought we might be able to try Omori nori seaweed, but it wasn’t included at breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied considering the price and location.

Shampoo and body wash were available to borrow, and they were all high-quality. It was convenient to simply return them at check-out. The air conditioning worked very well—almost too cold—so I slept comfortably. The bathtub also felt spacious; at about 150 cm tall, I could stretch my legs out straight. There were bars nearby, as well as McDonald’s and FamilyMart, which was great. Even though it was a holiday, the station was right in front of the hotel, and our family of four (including a preschool child) stayed for just over 10,000 yen—a great deal! We’ll definitely stay again.

This was my first stay at this Hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and check-in was smooth and comfortable. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom and toilet were thoroughly cleaned. The amenities included ReFa items—the shower head and hair dryer were also ReFa—which was a real treat for women. It was also very quiet, so I could relax and take my time. I would definitely like to stay here again.

- Convenient location near the station; being in Kamata makes it especially convenient for early-morning or late-night use of Haneda Airport. There’s a supermarket just around the back corner, which is great. - The Room has all the basic essentials. - The walls are a bit thin, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s good value for money. - It would have been nice if the in-house guide map showed which floor the coin laundry is on.

It feels very minimal, but it’s clean and I think it’s very good. This time I used it for day use. There was a desk with a lamp, and there was also a window, so I was able to spend my time very comfortably. I also personally liked the layout: shower only, with the toilet separate. It felt geared toward inbound travelers, but I think Japanese guests would enjoy it too. I’d like to see the larger Room as well.

I was a bit concerned that there was no bathtub and only a shower room, but otherwise the room was clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.

The service, including the greetings, was excellent.
