The Facility is new, and I had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were kind, and the calm atmosphere was truly relaxing... The complimentary snacks in the refrigerator also helped soothe my fatigue from the extreme heat... I stayed on a Friday, and the bath was almost private, so I could relax and fully enjoy it. Everything was spotless and very well maintained. It was my first time staying at Dormy Inn, but I’d like to try other locations as well. Also, you should definitely add breakfast! The quality was beyond what you’d expect from a Business Hotel. Everything was carefully prepared and delicious. I’d love to stay again.

It was a very clean Hotel. The location is excellent. It’s close to Okayama Station, and there are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, karaoke spots, and drugstores nearby. There’s a parking lot next to the Hotel; Reservations are required for larger vehicles. The Room was also clean. We had a corner Room—it felt fresh and spotless, with plenty of space, a large TV, and a sofa. Whenever I visit Okayama, I’ll definitely choose Koraku Hotel again. Thank you very much.

With direct access to Okayama Station, it was convenient for both the Shinkansen and local trains. It was raining on the day of my stay, but they lent me an umbrella when I left my luggage before check-in, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Okayama. I would like to stay here again when I visit Okayama.

The Hotel is managed with great care. We hope the cleanliness will continue to be maintained. It was reassuring not to worry about breakfast. I believe it is comfortable for business trips as well. Thank you very much!

When making my Reservation, I requested a Room with a castle view, and they prepared a top-floor Room on the castle side for me. Seeing Okayama Castle from the window felt like a nice bonus. It was during an extreme heat wave, and it really helped that the front desk froze my ice packs for me multiple times. The staff were very kind. I also liked being able to choose my shampoo. From the station, it’s easy to get close by streetcar, and both Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden are within walking distance, so I think the location is excellent. Checkout is at 12:00, which I appreciated because I could go sightseeing or shopping in the morning without carrying much luggage.

I chose this hotel because it’s close to the station and reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. At check-in, they kindly stored my frozen and refrigerated items until checkout, and when I hesitated in the elevator on my way out, a staff member even pressed the button for me—overall, I was extremely pleased with the service.

Conveniently located about halfway between Okayama Station and AEON Mall Okayama, with a convenience store on the first floor. The front desk staff also provided clear, courteous explanations, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay here again next time.

We were very satisfied, but if possible, we have three requests: 1) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a wash bucket. 2) Since the bathroom has both a bathtub and a washing area, we would like a mirror in the bathroom. 3) We would like hooks for bath towels by the sink. I woke up, took a shower, and had a meal—just like any usual day, but I didn’t feel tired at all. The Hotel was very comfortable. Starting the day well makes the whole day GOOD!!! Also, breakfast was truly wonderful—everything was delicious. Thank you very much.

I believe it was the first day after the grand opening, and everyone at the Hotel provided wonderfully welcoming service—we are truly grateful. The meals featured plenty of Okayama specialties, and we enjoyed dining throughout. The Room and the large public bath were also clean and refined, making for a delightful stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches for our anniversary—it was an excellent Hotel. We would love to visit again!

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was clean and well maintained. We had planned to go out right away, but the view was so nice that we just wanted to keep looking at it. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was also wonderful. The food selection included both Japanese and Western dishes, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to go see an exhibition nearby while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to staying again after the renovation.

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room is compact but functional, with no complaints. The bed was a larger queen size and very comfortable, so I slept well and could really relax. The welcome bar at dinner time had a wide selection of alcoholic drinks and soft drinks, and there was also a microwave, which was great—I could enjoy dinner with the bento and side dishes I brought in while having a drink. I also appreciated the Onsen public bath; I could check how crowded it was on the in-room monitor, so I could bathe comfortably without stress. Breakfast was delicious as well—especially the freshly baked bread, which was so soft and tasty that I wished I could buy some to take home. The staff responded quickly to my requests, which I thought was excellent. This was my first stay with the Super Hotel chain, but I would definitely choose it again for future solo business trips.

It’s a bit far from the station, but Aeon is very close, so it’s very convenient if you go through Aeon. The Room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. The Room also seemed to have been renovated, and the bathroom and toilet were clean, so I had a very comfortable stay. The morning meal had good Reviews, so I added it at the last minute, but it felt a little expensive. I used it after 9:00 and the banana cream was gone and wasn’t refilled afterward, which was disappointing. However, the bread and homemade yogurt were delicious. With Hotel rates rising recently, I was grateful to be able to stay at a reasonable price. I’d like to use it again next time.

Breakfast had a good variety of dishes, especially plenty of vegetables, and it was delicious. Just one thing: I gave a rating of 4 not because of any fault on the hotel's part but because I didn't check my accommodation plan carefully enough—it turned out to be a smoking room. Since I don't smoke, the faint smell of tobacco in the room bothered me. I'll make sure to check next time. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was my first time staying in Okayama. It was conveniently within walking distance from the station. I have a terrible sense of direction, so I got lost even on such a simple route! Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only thing I didn’t understand was that you need to hold your card up to the elevator and then press your floor, so I went back to the front desk to ask. The single Room was very clean and felt fresh. I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.

With dinner and breakfast included, the Room was clean, and I felt it offered excellent value for money. Amenities were limited to a toothbrush and comb, but it was a satisfying Hotel that’s easy to stay at. I would like to stay here again.

The Hotel itself was clean, and we were satisfied with the shower and amenities. However, due to the location, there is a nightlife district nearby with many drunk people, and we could hear police car sirens and police announcements, which made us feel uneasy about safety.

Even if you don’t pay much attention to it, business trips often end up concentrated in certain cities or areas. Last year, I found myself in Kobe so often that I even ended up with a favorite spot in the city (laughs). This year, for some reason, I’ve been repeatedly sent to Okayama and Kurashiki without really knowing why. So this time, this is the Accommodation we chose. I had made a Reservation for a Superior Twin Room, but it seems the dates coincided with high business demand and many solo guests. Since my wife and I were staying together, we were upgraded to a Premium Room. The Hotel stands at an intersection right in front of the station, and we were given a corner room facing the recessed section of the building. The windows stretch surprisingly far from left to right, offering an outstanding station-front view that makes you feel like a local lord surveying your domain. Because of the irregular layout there are some awkward spaces here and there, but since it was a complimentary upgrade, it’s something to be grateful for. The bathroom was also upgraded from a standard unit bath to one with a separate washing area, making for a much more relaxing bath time. After sleeping soundly in the spacious Room, it was time for breakfast. Served on the reception floor, it features many small dishes; arranging them on the provided tray makes for an especially photogenic spread. Of course, there are also local specialties such as shrimp rice. The after-meal coffee is properly drip-brewed as well. As my wife and I enjoyed everything—saying “so good” over and over—I happened to glance out the window and realized the view was exactly the same as from our Room (laughs). Since our Room was upgraded this time, my overall impression may be slightly biased upward—but with direct underground access connecting to the station area shopping street (Ichibangai), Takashimaya, and AEON Mall among others, this is an extremely convenient property with plenty of advantages. It’s easy to recommend as one option for an Okayama stay.

I stayed for two nights. I was a bit worried after reading various Reviews, but... The streetcar stop is right in front, and it’s easy to get here from Okayama Station. The staff were courteous, and there were no issues with the amenities or the Room. There is a large public bath, and with dinner and breakfast plus a drink bar included, I was very satisfied with the service. I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

It was new and very clean. The location was excellent for going out for drinks.
