Unfortunately, it was raining, but towels were provided in front of the front desk, and I was impressed by how thoughtful that was. The hotel is close to the station, and the bath was great. After bathing, I enjoyed some ice cream while taking in the beautiful view. The late-night soba was excellent, and breakfast was also very delicious. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality. It was rainy and cold that day, so the shuttle bus was very helpful. The room was also cold, and since the air conditioning could not be adjusted in each room, we were concerned at first; however, you quickly brought us a heater. Even though it was small, it worked very well and kept us warm. The bath was more spacious than expected, and we were satisfied. The shampoo bar was also great. For dinner, we took the bus to the area in front of the station, finally got to try Himeji oden as we had hoped, and then were able to return by bus as well. However, there was no morning shuttle bus, so we had no choice but to walk to the station. It would be helpful if there were a few departures timed around check-out. Also, it was disappointing that complimentary bottled water (one per person) was not provided. Overall, it is a good hotel and we would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Because the room rate was low, I honestly didn’t expect much. In reality, the female staff at the front desk were very pleasant, and the parking lot right in front (check-out by 8:00) was JPY 800 per night. The large public bath was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, there was a ReFa hair dryer, pajamas were provided, and the room was clean—everything was perfect and I was completely satisfied.
