It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money.
Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value.
The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious.
Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down.
That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all.
As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable.
Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall.
The Room was stylish and very clean.
The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well.
There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money.
I’d love to stay again.
