Even though my Reservation was made on the day of arrival, everything went smoothly when I arrived—your service was truly excellent, and I’m very grateful. The well-stocked welcome drinks and the thoroughly cleaned Room made my stay extremely comfortable. Breakfast also had a great variety, and I was very satisfied. Considering the price, both the facilities and service were outstanding in every way. This is my No. 1 Business Hotel of the year. Thank you very much.

Just steps from the tram stop—perfect as a base for exploring the city! Toyama Castle is also nearby, making it ideal for an evening stroll. Don’t miss the breakfast—highly recommended! The local Toyama ingredients and dishes are delicious. You might end up eating too much.

I drove to Toyama to enjoy sushi, Himi beef, and white shrimp. The parking system was a bit confusing at first, but the Hotel staff were kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. The Hotel has tatami flooring throughout, so you can walk barefoot (if you prefer slippers, please ask at the front desk). There were about four kinds of after-bath ice cream to choose from, which was fun, and the free massage chairs were fantastic.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

At the IHG Hotel where I always stay, I can enjoy a comfortable stay every time and benefit from various services—thank you very much. During my stay it rained, and I was able to borrow an umbrella when going out. Thank you. The pillow and bed firmness were just right, and I slept soundly. Although it was a seasonally humid and uncomfortable day, the air conditioning worked very well. I received bath salts at check-in, which allowed me to enjoy a pleasantly scented bath—this was wonderful. With four elevators, there was no stress at all when going up or down. Water dispensers were installed on each floor. Instead of providing bottled water as before, this showed consideration for the environment. The breakfast venue was very spacious, with an excellent variety of food and drinks, all of which I enjoyed.

Depending on the time of day, there were many people and the washing area was full. Also, the bath water was a bit hot. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and offered a wide variety, which was great. The futon was comfortable to sleep on, but it would have been even better if there were more pillow options.

I usually stay at a Hotel near the station, but during the Obon holiday period everything was expensive, so I stayed here for the first time. Since it was much cheaper than nearby Hotels, I arrived with some apprehension, but it turned out to be a satisfying Hotel. It’s more than enough for those who plan to drink nearby until late and just need a place to sleep. Amenities and services are minimal, but the additional Facilities were more than adequate, everything was well cleaned, and I had a comfortable stay. There is a coin-operated parking lot right in front of the Hotel; it wasn’t overly expensive and there were plenty of spaces, so it wasn’t an issue. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

It’s not very close to Toyama Station, but it’s an easy walk. There are plenty of casual places to eat along the way, and you can also shop at a supermarket. Toyama Castle Ruins and a park are nearby, so the location is nice overall. (The nearby nightlife area may be a bit of a downside, but it’s fine as long as you don’t take the wrong alley.) Staff are always present at reception, and they can even do your laundry. The service feels polite and attentive. The Hotel exterior looks old, but it has been well renovated, and the Room and bed are spacious. You can borrow a “good sleep” pillow. It’s also great that the bathroom and toilet are separate, which is rare compared with typical unit baths.

I stayed here after being captivated by the night-view photos of the Onsen. Since this was a family trip with small children, I wasn’t expecting a luxury Ryokan, but because it’s located where you can take in a sweeping view of Toyama City (and even across to Imizu City), I never got tired of the scenery—sunrise, sunset, and night. Honestly, this location is truly one of a kind and priceless; it was far better than staying at some mediocre high-end Ryokan. I’ll upload my clumsy photos, but in person it’s 10 or 20 times more impressive. On the way to the Onsen there is a corridor explaining the history of the Kureha Hills, and I could really feel how much care and affection the staff have for this place and for this Hotel. The Facility is certainly Showa-era in style, but that actually made me feel even more attached to it. I felt genuinely happy to have discovered—and stayed at—this kind of Hotel. I also want to mention the breakfast buffet. Above all, I was amazed at how delicious the rice was. That wonderful white rice with miso soup and grilled fish in the morning—along with sides like okra and vinegared dishes—was something I truly enjoyed. Depending on where you’re going, if you plan to visit Toyama City or nearby Imizu City or Takaoka City, this is definitely a great choice. My kids absolutely loved Kodomo Mirai-kan at Taikoyama Land, so we’ll probably go back to Toyama next year—and when we do, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again. I stayed here again after a long time. I had always thought it was great, and I was very satisfied. My friend, who was visiting for the first time, also praised everything—the meals, the Onsen, and the staff’s service. I would like to stay here again.

All staff are foreign nationals. I think many of the guests were also international. The Room is not large and there is no desk or sofa, but if you just need a place to stay, it is affordable and good value. The location is far from Toyama Station, but it is in the downtown area, so it is convenient for going out.

The Onsen was so relaxing! The Tateyama view in the morning was beautiful. Breakfast—the curry, yogurt, and croissants—was delicious.
