I stayed here to visit my family’s grave and Takaryu Shrine. The warm hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff was truly comforting. The meals were delicious for both the eyes and the palate. Breakfast included a partially buffet-style setup, and everything was a

I was satisfied during my first stay, and once again, I was very pleased with the breakfast this time. The bath is not natural hot spring water, but the spacious tub and secure women's bath made it comfortable and safe to use. We stayed in a semi-double room for two people, a

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary a month late thanks to this thoughtful gesture. While we couldn't take the roses with us during our trip, we thoroughly enjoyed them while staying in the room. Thank you very much. The staff were all very kind, and the room was exc

The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the station. Although my car didn’t fit in the parking structure, they kindly allowed me to park in front of it, which was very accommodating. I will definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Nagaoka. Thank you f

I made a Reservation through Yahoo Travel and received a PayPay discount, so I was able to stay for less than anywhere else. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free upgrade to a twin Room at check-in. The Room quality easily exceeds today’s Business Hotel stand

This was my first time staying here. It’s close to the interchange, so it’s convenient if you’re driving. There are also many restaurants within walking distance—Bikkuri Donkey, Yamaokaya, Komeda Coffee, Kora, and more—so you’ll have plenty of choices. The Room was clean and there is a large public bath as well. I would like to stay here again.

The amenities included bath salts and everything you need, so I didn’t have to bring anything. Toothbrushes are in the Room bathroom sink area. The bed was spacious, and there were two types of pillows, which made it very comfortable. There were plenty of power outlets around the

On the first day, I traveled directly from home (about 110 km one way), but considering the travel time, highway tolls, gas costs, and risks of being late compared to the hotel cost, I decided to stay at this hotel to reduce risks and use my time more effectively. The building

To my surprise, it was right next to Aore Nagaoka! The location was excellent, and I was very satisfied. There was an exclusive lounge for guests where I could enjoy free tastings of six types of local sake along with some small snacks—a delightful touch of luxury. The hotel also

I stayed here during the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. The price was about five times higher than usual, but I understand that. However, the twin Room I reserved was clearly different from the photos—it seemed like a single Room with an extra bed added. I chose this because I wanted beds that were separated, so I was very disappointed. If there were any changes, I would have appreciated being informed properly in advance.

This was my first stay in a while since changing jobs, but as always, the front desk staff were all efficient and smooth. As my regular Accommodation, it has a comfort you can only get from a familiar place, and I felt very relaxed.

Our family stayed for three nights. The place was clean overall, and we had a very comfortable stay. The washer-dryer was extremely helpful, the refrigerator was large, and it was great that we could fill the bathtub. We were also happy to receive a prompt and courteous response when we contacted you with questions before our stay. This is an Accommodation we would like to use again when visiting Niigata.
