I stayed for three nights and was completely satisfied!! The Hotel was spotless throughout—bright, clean, and beautifully maintained. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly and welcoming, which created a great atmosphere. The amenities were refined, and I was especially happy to have organic coffee. One small note: the complimentary mineral water in the Room refrigerator had to be picked up at the front desk from the second night onward. It would be even better if it could be placed in the Room during cleaning. The Room was bright and clean, with no odors in the bedding. I’m a bit particular about cleanliness, but there was nothing that bothered me here—I felt very comfortable. The bath area and changing room were also very clean, and the open-air bath was wonderful. The ReFa hair dryer and other amenities such as shampoo were great as well. I especially loved the post-bath lounge and terrace. I think this is one of the best Hotels in this price range. I already have a Reservation for next month. This time I had a Room with a view of Mt. Asama, and the sunrise was beautiful. I’d be happy if I could have a mountain-view Room again next month—can I request that? Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Although the price was a bit higher during the Obon season, it was a very clean Hotel. The bath was also great, with an open and relaxing outdoor bath. Breakfast had a wide selection and was very delicious. The cleaning was thorough as well. I would like to stay again.

Both the building and the Room are new and spotless, and the bed is spacious. Everything is well cleaned. Conveniently located just a short drive from Saku-Kita IC. A 7-Eleven and Tsuruya supermarket are also nearby. If you’re driving, it’s better than Accommodations around Komoro Station. (Local)

I stayed here while accompanying my child on a sports trip to Saku and Ueda. It felt like a long-established Hotel quietly standing in a charming, nostalgic town. The building was clean, and the staff were very helpful. I also appreciated the lemon water service at the front desk. The Room was a standard single type. It was well cleaned and kept tidy. The mountain views from the Room window were very relaxing. There are a few restaurants nearby, but they didn’t seem to be open late—maybe because it was Sunday? It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of options, and everything was delicious. I always end up taking too much and regret it halfway through—this time too—but I enjoyed it all without leaving anything. This Hotel offered excellent value for money. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room was spacious and clean, and there were various bath options, making for a relaxing stay with pleasantly warm water. It was a Hotel with excellent value for money.

We used this place for a summer getaway and a workcation. Miyota is less crowded than Karuizawa, with Tsuruya nearby and the station within walking distance, which was very convenient. It’s an ordinary local town with few tourist attractions around, so it doesn’t really feel like a resort. The property is spacious, well equipped with amenities, and suitable for self-catering. It was much cooler than Tokyo, and we were able to spend our time quietly. Since it’s a regular house along a main road, it’s best not to expect the atmosphere of a lodge or villa surrounded by nature.

Our family stayed here for two nights in August. It was our first time at an Accommodation with self check-in, so we were a bit nervous, but we received thorough support via SMS a few days before and again the day prior, which made us feel at ease. On the day, we entered by keying the passcode into the lock on the front door, and check-in was easy using the tablet inside! Perhaps because it’s still a new Facility, everything was very clean—and it felt more spacious than we expected, which surprised us. The kids immediately explored and found the loft; they played up there nonstop. The adults took a breather and then started preparing for a BBQ. We picked up some great-looking meat from the butcher right in front (we later learned it’s a well-known shop). With perfect weather, we enjoyed a family BBQ while watching the sunset. It became our best memory of this summer! The amenities were also excellent—high-end products like those used in salons—so my wife was especially happy. This may become everyone’s favorite Accommodation! We also requested breakfast bread vouchers; it seems to be a popular local bakery as well, and it was busy from early morning. We were very satisfied eating delicious bread on the deck while enjoying the view as a family. Next year, we’d love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay with an extra day or so. The building is new and very clean, with excellent housekeeping that made for a pleasant stay. The customer service was also great.

On short notice, we decided to watch the women’s golf tournament in Karuizawa on the 14th and 15th, and while looking for a Hotel, we found this one in Sakudaira—just 8 minutes away by Shinkansen—so we made a Reservation right away. After the tournament, we took the Shinkansen to Sakudaira! We were lucky to find seats even in the non-reserved car. After exiting the ticket gates, we headed to the Hotel on foot while taking a little walk around—about 7–8 minutes, I think. It seems there was also a free Shuttle Service! When we arrived and went to the front desk, a very pleasant female staff member explained everything carefully, which left a great impression. I later learned that it had only been open for about two months, so everything was spotless and brand-new. The lounge drinks were delicious as well! The Room was more spacious than expected, with a great layout and very comfortable. The unit bath was also easy to use. There is an Onsen Facility on the first floor, and it was incredibly relaxing! It’s very clean, and the water temperature felt just right. They even had ice pops after your bath! We had reserved dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant, but the Hotel restaurant was also open—maybe because it was during the Obon holiday period? The breakfast buffet the next morning had a great balance of Japanese and Western options, and everything tasted wonderful. After check-out, another very pleasant male staff member gave us a Shuttle Service ride to the station. The area around the Hotel is beautifully maintained, and it feels like a new townscape is being developed. We had such a comfortable stay. Thank you very much to all of your staff. We will definitely come again—next time with a round of golf included!

It's appreciated that breakfast is included at this price. I was concerned that the Room's bath had a slight sewage smell.
