I stayed for one night with my parents. The room was very spacious and stylish, yet it felt calm and relaxing. We enjoyed the sauna and unwound in the large bath. The bed was wide and very comfortable. I had read in a Review that breakfast portions were small, but for older guests it was more than enough, and we really enjoyed the delicious freshly cooked rice. I would love to stay again.

The beds were comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had an extra-large bathtub and a washing area, and the shower water pressure was perfect. It was nice that the toilet was separate. The drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were free. There was a good selection, includi

It had been about a year and a half since my last visit, and a new chef had taken over, but I was still able to enjoy a wonderful dinner just like before. I also enjoyed the soup served at breakfast. I like this facility because the bathroom is very spacious. I recommend it to th

The room was spacious and clean, allowing us to have a very pleasant stay. We also had a half dinner, which was very delicious and filled with a happy mood. In the morning, we took a walk around the hotel. The sound of wild birds echoed, and a great tit came to visit us, ma

The staff, starting with the front desk, provided excellent service, making it a pleasant hotel to stay at. The food was delicious, and the French toast at breakfast was particularly outstanding. However, I have one suggestion: please consider enhancing the bathroom facilities an

It was a very comfortable space, and there were bathrooms with a sauna and jet bath on both the 1st and 2nd floors, so two families could use them without hesitation. There were also thoughtful provisions that made it possible to cook for ourselves, allowing us to enjoy a very fulfilling stay. Thank you very much.

Instead, there were many quiet and refined families, such as elderly couples and families visiting with their grandchildren, making the stay comfortable throughout. As expected of Harvest. The room was comfortable, close to the large public bath, and I was very satisfied with

The room was spacious, with multiple bathrooms and toilets, and the selection and variety of amenities provided were excellent. There were also many rooms, making it perfect for staying with multiple families. Additionally, the staff's service was wonderful, and we were very to

This was my first time staying at Prince East, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant, with a calm surrounding environment that allowed me to relax completely. I had dinner at the teppanyaki restaurant "Mori" within the facility, and it was no exaggeration to say it was the best

The nightcap time was also enjoyable, with a nice atmosphere to enjoy drinks around the fireplace. The breakfast was Spanish-style and very delicious. I also enjoyed trying out various free rental beauty products. The hotel was full of thoughtful touches that made the stay enjoya

The hot springs were also wonderful, with clean and soft water. It was great that everything, including towels, was provided, so we could go empty-handed. The reason for the 4-star rating for facilities and equipment is that the room we happened to stay in was a bit far from the

Of course, as long as they are on a leash, pets can also walk in other open areas. The staff who prepared our meals and the facilities were excellent. There were outdoor activities like badminton and ball games, as well as board games and card games. The all-you-can-drink alcohol

Because it was directly connected to the station, we stayed for two nights with breakfast only. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations and visit Karuizawa about once a year, but this trip was especially wonderful—we could enjoy shopping and dining at our own pace without worrying about time. Breakfast was delivered in a basket to the entrance after a knock, and it was plentiful and delicious. Being able to enjoy it at my own pace without watching the clock was the best. The Room interior and overall space were so relaxing that we lost track of time—unlike any Hotel I’ve ever experienced. The herbal bath and lounge were also spacious, with an impressive variety of drinks, allowing us to unwind comfortably. We visited for my husband’s birthday trip, and we truly appreciate that you prepared a celebratory gift for us. Thank you very much. We definitely plan to return. Lastly, since we sometimes re-wear outerwear such as jackets or shawls during our stay, it would be helpful if there were a deodorizing spray (like Febreze). The hand soap and body cream had great quality and fragrance, so something with a similar scent would be wonderful.

You can walk to both Karuizawa Station and Kumoba Pond. It’s a slightly retro Hotel, with no elevator, and the shower and hair dryer are standard. That said, it has a nostalgic charm that I really liked. Meals were served at seats overlooking the garden greenery, and it was comfortable even when dining alone. Of course, the food was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant.

The good points were that there was a large TV installed, and I could connect my smartphone via Bluetooth to enjoy smartphone videos on the TV. During the Olympic period, all channels were showing Olympic-related content, but I watched YouTube and Hulu on the TV connected to my s

After a whirlwind stretch of busy days, I chose this place for a long-awaited day off—and it was absolutely the right decision. The most outstanding feature was the breathtaking view from the Room. Simply taking in the scenery, I could feel my built-up fatigue Clear away. The entire Facility was also impeccably clean, and it was clear that everything is carefully maintained down to the smallest details. What helped me personally was having a spacious layout with a kitchen included. Despite the high-quality setting, I could do simple cooking and eat whenever I wanted, allowing me to relax as if I were living there. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly recharge your energy.

I made a Reservation because this Accommodation was reasonably priced and fairly close for sightseeing in Karuizawa. On arrival, there was welcome coffee from Mikado Coffee, and amenities were provided as well. Please note that pajamas are not provided. The Room was spacious and even had two TVs. I was also happy to find Mikado Coffee drip packs in the Room. A few things stood out: the Room felt a bit dated, I would have preferred newer slippers, and I saw a small ant while taking a bath—so it would be great if there were screens or something similar (it wasn’t so bad that it ruined the stay). That said, the breakfast included was very luxurious and exceeded the price! Since Karuizawa has stylish cafes, I think it would be nice to have a No Meals Included Plan as well. Thank you for your courteous assistance with parking and for contacting me about an item I left behind.

There were also plenty of dishes. I wanted a replacement for tissues, but couldn't find any, so it would have been nice to have some in stock. I also wanted disposable slippers. There was a Lawson nearby, and if you drive straight, there was a Tsuruya, so the location was e

It was closer to the station and the outlet mall than expected. We originally planned to cycle to Old Karuizawa Ginza Street and Kumoba Pond, but it was within an easy walking distance while browsing shops along the way. The pension’s bath was spacious with plenty of hot water, so we could stretch out and relax—it felt wonderful. Thanks to the bath, even though we walked a lot, we didn’t feel tired the next day. The bed (narrow and firm) wasn’t very comfortable, but otherwise we were satisfied. Also, all of the staff were very pleasant and left a great impression. Good value for money and highly recommended.
