The hotel was easy to reach right after arriving at Maihama Station, and it was extremely convenient for getting to Disneyland. The staff were courteous at both check-in and check-out, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was a Japanese and Western buffet, with dishes replenished frequently, which left a great impression. Above all, being able to see Bon Voyage from the room window was amazing—it felt like staying in the Disney world all night long. I was satisfied with everything: the location, the staff service, and the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Maihama.

We stayed for two nights with two young children and loved it. Check-in via the machine was smooth, the room was spacious, and we could relax comfortably on the sofa. The bathroom was also very large, and the big mirror at the sink was very convenient. The staff were kind as well. We will stay here again next time we visit Disney.

We stayed with our 18-month-old daughter and two adults. As an official hotel, they offered excellent service: we could leave our luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station and have it delivered directly to our room, and when checking our bags we were able to request that the beds be moved to the side and fitted with a bed guard for our child. The bathroom was spacious and had a separate washing area, which was also very helpful when traveling with a child. We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and we were very satisfied. The value for money was outstanding, so we would love to stay again.

I stay here every time I visit Disney! I’m such a fan that I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Grand Nikko (lol). All the staff are so kind and attentive—I’m a huge fan (lol). Thank you always for a wonderful stay. I’ll be back again.

Our first Disney trip in a while as a parent and child. Even though we ended up staying until the park closed and checked in close to 10:00 p.m., the staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles. The room was very comfortable, the view was fantastic, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options—I ate far more than I intended. We would love to stay again next time. Two families from Osaka and Tokyo stayed together and enjoyed the night garden pool and Disney. We were a large group with children aged 10, 8, 5, and 2 (two of them were 2 years old). The garden pool was great—safe even for small children—and they had so much fun that they kept saying they wanted to play more. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and they spoke to us right away and helped whenever needed, which made us feel very reassured. We wanted to dine at the garden restaurant, but it was fully booked with Reservations, so we ate poolside instead. However, the tables were small and there wasn’t much lighting, so it wasn’t ideal for a meal. That was our only disappointment. We chose the Family Happy Magic Room, and the kids were completely satisfied just spending time in the Room as well. We weren’t sure how things would go with such a big group, but all the staff were always smiling and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

We stayed one night before visiting Disneyland and one night after visiting DisneySea. I traveled with my daughter, but the day before we left, our hair curling iron broke—so we had to go to an electronics store near Shin-Urayasu Station! On the way there, we used the Resort Line and JR, but my daughter looked it up and we were able to return on a single bus that stopped right in front of the Hotel. So convenient! It was raining, and being able to get around cheaply without transfers was really helpful. Shin-Urayasu has supermarkets and other shops, which made things easy—and I was able to buy what I wanted as well. We spent less time at DisneySea, but a pinch turned into an opportunity. Disney Hotels are convenient in many ways, but they can be inconvenient for sudden shopping trips. Having this Hotel in a location where you can handle situations like that without stress is “the best!” We’ll stay here again next time.

My wife and I stayed in the Dog Lovers Room with our two Italian Greyhounds. Among the official hotels around Disney, this is the only one where you can stay with your dogs and also use an on-site temporary boarding facility (the Dog Cabin), which was a huge help. There is a dedicated check-in counter for guests with dogs, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary grooming services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. The Dog Cabin feels very secure with a double-lock system (a key for the dedicated area plus a key for each individual cabin), and it was very clean thanks to regular staff patrols. We could leave them there with peace of mind during the breakfast buffet. The guest rooms are completely separated from the general floors and are spacious enough that even four people could likely stay comfortably. We also appreciated having a separate bathroom with a washing area, apart from the toilet (which is combined with the sink). Amenities were well stocked, including pet pads, wet wipes, trash bags, towels for the cabin, and a water bowl. While you can feel that parts of the building are somewhat dated, getting around can be a little confusing due to the large property and annex buildings, and dogs are not allowed to walk inside so walks need to be outside around Maihama—staff at reception, housekeeping, and restaurants were all pleasant and made our stay very comfortable. In addition to the room rate, there is an extra special cleaning fee (JPY 5,500), a pet fee (JPY 2,500 per dog), and parking (JPY 3,100), but given the peace of mind and facilities provided, we found it well worth it. We would definitely like to stay again.
