I took a bus from Tokyo Station, got off at Highway Oasis Furari, and walked a little over 20 minutes. The road is somewhat difficult to walk on, but it’s not a busy street. Bath: Private-use only, with an indoor bath and an open-air bath as a set. It was clean, a comfortable size, and the water temperature wasn’t too hot—really nice. Room: Traditional Japanese-style. The futon was already laid out, so I relaxed and lounged around. There’s also a toilet and washbasin. I visited on a very humid day, so there was that distinctive tatami-room scent—nostalgic. And since there were shoji screens, I naturally woke up with the morning light. Meals: Absolutely amazing—just as rumored. Everything tasted great. It was my first time trying squid-leg croquettes, and they were delicious. Breakfast had lots of options too, and I ended up getting seconds of rice without thinking. The after-meal coffee was also excellent. The sea is close by as well; I went before breakfast and started the day feeling refreshed. Overall, this Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lots of fish dishes. Everyone greeted me with smiles, so I could relax comfortably and freely throughout my stay. The high ratings were well deserved—I’d love to come again.

Thank you for your very kind support, including answering our questions in advance, which made our trip truly comfortable. We were a little worried about the weather, but it was mostly cloudy, and even when it rained it was only a light drizzle, so we were able to enjoy the BBQ as well. The BBQ oven was set up just outside on the terrace under a roof, so we could use it with peace of mind. The Room was extremely clean, and all the amenities were stylish. There was also a washing machine, which was very convenient for doing laundry on site. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

This was my third stay. I stayed in the same Room with a kitchen as last time. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. In the evening, we could see Mt. Fuji from the Room, which made my mother very happy. For dinner, instead of ordering the boat sashimi platter we had last time, we took out sushi and ate it in the Room. Dinner is served in your Room here, so you can relax without worrying about others. I wanted to take it easy in the morning, so I chose no breakfast. If you want a hearty breakfast, I recommend booking a plan with breakfast included.\nThe beach was quiet since it was before Obon. There were lifeguards on duty as well, so it felt safe. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was after 3:00 PM on the day we went, the beach huts were closed. It rained the next day, so we gave up on going to the beach—but students from some school were swimming even in the rain.\nI’d love to come back to Iwai for another beach trip next year too.

We stayed as a family of six. Check-in was smooth, and we were glad we could complete it without any crowds. Our room faced the forest, but every time we used the elevator we could enjoy views of the ocean outside, which was wonderful. The room itself was fantastic—everyone in our group of six could relax comfortably. Our parents slept on futons and said they were even more comfortable than the ones at home; they kept saying they’d like to use them at home too. It was great to be able to recover from travel fatigue. The meals were popular with both kids and adults, with many dishes that appealed across generations. In particular, there was a live-kitchen chicken liver sandwich-style item (I forgot the name) that was so delicious I went back for it about 10 times—thank you for the wonderful meal. The hot spring had a comfortable temperature, so the children could soak calmly as well. The relaxing atmosphere of the relaxation room also helped us unwind, and both parents and kids were very satisfied. What our family loved most was the indoor play area. There were several spacious tatami rooms where we could all enjoy table tennis, badminton, soccer, basketball, and more together. The tatami mats felt a bit old, but it didn’t bother us much. Since it was close to the dining area, we were able to use it a lot before and after meals, which was great. This time we stayed on the forest side, so next time we’d love to try an ocean-side room. A luxurious, unhurried escape right in front of the sea. The private pool, sauna, and relaxation area were fantastic—an ideal space to enjoy without worrying about anyone around you. Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. It was a wonderful villa—luxurious yet somehow calming—and a place I’d love to return to. Thank you!

We stayed as a middle-aged couple. We wondered if we might feel out of place, but it was a wonderful property with ocean views beyond the pool. Not only the pool, but also the two saunas each had their own unique atmosphere, and we enjoyed them both. The sunset and night views from the restaurant terrace were beautiful as well. Floating in the pool while gazing up at the blue sky was pure bliss. Thank you very much.

We stayed here again for our family trip to Uchibo. Although it was the rainy season, the ocean view stretching out in front of us was as wonderful as ever, and our family and dog were able to relax together.\nAs for meals, if you order a catered seafood set from a nearby restaurant after checking the menu, you can enjoy a luxurious dinner while taking in the stunning view.\nWe feel this is an Accommodation we can rely on and return to regularly.

We stayed for two nights from 8/23 in an annex Triple Room as a family of four, including a 9-year-old boy. When we checked in, four beds (one was a sofa bed) were already prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower room even had a ReFa shower head. The amenities were more than sufficient. The entire Room was clean, and there was an electric kettle along with instant coffee and tea. Since our Room was on the first floor, we could step directly out into the front garden, and our child was thrilled to catch insects. The pool was also clean and very pleasant. The Onsen is effective for muscle fatigue relief and improving skin condition. We would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed with a group of eight. The Room was clean, and we could use the fireplace and have a campfire—an Accommodation we were very satisfied with! Responses to our questions were also quick. If I had to say one thing, it would have been nice if there had been a dishwasher. Next time, we’d like to visit in a warmer season.

My spouse and I, both in our 50s, stayed for four nights with our dog. Since it was a late summer vacation, we were looking to relax, and we were able to spend a comfortable time with an ocean view and our dog by our side. The room had everything we needed, so we didn’t have to bring much. The provided cassette stove was very handy, and we could cook simple meals. The complimentary drinks in the evening were greatly appreciated. Nearby there’s a convenience store, Sasuke Shokudo (their fried horse mackerel set meal is great), and FISH where you can buy souvenirs—all within walking distance. It was also convenient that we could park right in front of the room. We’d love to stay again.

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.

A wonderful space where I could experience an extraordinary time. Upon entering the Room, I was greeted by a pleasant fruity scent. It was a lovely Room, clean and decorated with stylish accessories. I was feeling a bit peckish, so having cute donuts prepared was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I enjoyed a barbecue using the barbecue kit set up on the outdoor balcony, with seafood I bought as the main dish! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunset. I definitely want to use it again!

We stayed for one night with the Plan that includes a BBQ dinner. As described, there was an excellent selection of dog amenities. We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Tateyama in March was colder than we expected, and we realized we hadn’t prepared well enough. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully. Walking along the coast during our morning walk is also a moment we’ll always remember.\nThank you very much.

This was our first stay in three years, and compared to before, the room felt cleaner and the amenities were more complete (AirDog air purifier, vacuum cleaner, shower head, toaster, microwave, and dog supplies—many from popular brands). The addition of a sauna also made our stay very comfortable. We also enjoyed fishing, which we recently started; we were able to go in the evening after arrival and again early the next morning at Namugaya Beach, just a short walk away. It exceeded our expectations for the price, and we would like to stay again.

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. It was a wonderful place. The cleaning was thorough in every corner. We often stay at rental villas because we have a dog, but while the rooms are usually clean, many places have gardens overgrown with weeds, making it hard to let our dog play outside. However, this accommodation had a well-maintained lawn in the garden, which was perfect. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease. They even gave our dog a toy as a gift—such thoughtful hospitality! For those who enjoy fishing, there is also a fishing port nearby, so I highly recommend it. The BBQ area has a roof, so you can enjoy it without worry. The stars visible from the facility were incredibly beautiful as well. We would love to stay here again in the future. Almost everything we needed was provided, and we were able to stay very comfortably. The pool was a pleasant temperature even for this season, and the sauna was spacious and excellent! We also loved that we could enjoy an outdoor BBQ even on rainy days. A convenience store is within a 15-minute walk, so it was easy to pick up extra supplies. Although the villa is surrounded by nature, there were fewer insects than expected, which made it very comfortable. Overall, we were truly satisfied and would love to stay here again! However, one thing that bothered us was a damp laundry-like smell in the bedroom. It was quite strong from the moment we entered and felt a bit noticeable. If that could be improved, it would be even more comfortable. Other than that, the Facilities were well equipped and we had a wonderful time! Thank you very much!

We stayed here as our accommodation for a two-day trip to Tateyama. We enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood from Tateyama while using the terrace barbecue grill, all with a stunning view of the ocean right in front of us. The interior was very clean, and it was fully equipped with tableware and amenities, even featuring a luxurious sauna. There were four of us staying, but since it's a three-story building with ample space, it could easily accommodate larger groups as well.

A 2-minute walk to Haraoka Pier (Okamoto Pier). From the Room you can also see the pier and Mt. Fuji, with the sea right in front—an unbeatable location. The building is old, but the Room has been nicely renovated; you lay out the futon and use it with fresh new sheets. There is no bathtub, only a shower, but there are also nearby day-use Onsen facilities, a roadside station, and convenience stores. If you don’t need luxury, it offers excellent value for money. Strawberry picking at the roadside station was fun too. It also has air conditioning, a TV, and Wi‑Fi. I’d like to come back and try SUP in the warmer season as well. The closest vending machine to the pier is also at this Accommodation—I enjoyed a warm coffee at dawn.
