Despite this, the staff's smiling greetings were soothing. There was a noteworthy point about the comfort of the room. In other hotels, I often worry about dryness and pay attention to humidification, but the humidification at this hotel was sufficient, making it very comfortable

I visited APA for the first time in a while, and the staff's service was excellent. Upon entering the guest room, it was indeed clean, and I was able to sleep comfortably with the cozy bed and pillows. My room was on the 8th floor, and it was a bit chilly to go to the large bath

The bed is wide and large, which is good, but the room is narrow for its size, making it difficult to pass by the side of the bed. Also, the bed is too high. It is impossible to sit on the bed and do anything. Other than that, I had a very comfortable stay.

Thank you for taking care of us. This time, we stayed for consecutive nights. It was a very hot day, and the hotel's private bath was very refreshing and pleasant. Also, the staff's response was excellent, and I thought I would stay here again next time. The breakfast was also ve

The coin laundry was also clean, and the machine allowed you to choose between using detergent provided or your own. The location was in an area that retained the old charm of Sugamo. It was close to the station, and there were many places to eat around the station. Additionally,

Unlike rural areas, city hotels are harder to navigate, and perhaps due to reducing contact opportunities during COVID, the online interactions were challenging. I think it will be smoother once you get used to it. I am grateful for the affordable stay. Thank you very much.

I couldn't find a good place around Ueno, so I tried Nippori for the first time. The station, the area around the station, and the hotel were all cleaner than I expected, and I was surprised by the number of tourists. The hotel was very close, and the street with dining options h

Additionally, while the guest was dining, the staff regularly checked on them, and when it was time to leave, they escorted the guest back to their room while engaging in conversation. I was deeply moved by this. I truly believe it was attentive service and kindness. As an obse

In addition to being very affordable, it seemed that my room was upgraded. The room was spacious, new, and very comfortable. It is close to the station, and there are many reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Also, unlike business hotels, the front desk and lobby are spaciou

It is very appreciated to be able to stay so affordably near a Yamanote Line station. I always use this place when I go to Tokyo. The front desk staff are always kind and courteous. I was very happy when they said "Thank you always" when I left my luggage. Thank you as well

There is a window right above the bed, and when leaning against it, the cold air felt chilly. The breakfast was mainly bread, but since there was rice as well as curry, I would be happy if there were natto and miso soup. It's close to the station, so I would like to use it ag

The building feels more like an apartment than a hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff at the front desk were polite and pleasant. As mentioned in other reviews, the train noise was quite loud. Earplugs were provided at the front desk. I was prepared for the train
