There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai

The free laundry service was really helpful. The reception staff were polite, and it was nice to be able to choose amenities. I used the bathtub in the room, and while I noticed a slight roughness, the room was comfortable overall. I initially made a smoking reservation but app

Due to an approaching typhoon, I changed plans at short notice and stayed overnight in Kannai. Shampoo and body soap were provided in the Room, and I was also able to borrow my preferred options from the front desk. I felt reassured by the thoughtful attention to detail. The Room

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! Everyone’s smiles were truly lovely. It was clear that you were always attentive to your guests—something I don’t think you find at Hotels in central Tokyo. Thank you again!

Since this was also a family trip, I chose this Hotel one stop from Yokohama Station so my family could spend time comfortably while I was at the concert. We selected a slightly larger Room with two beds plus a Japanese-style space to relax as a family, and it was excellent.

The location is quiet as it’s away from the main street of Yokohama Chinatown, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. A Sugi Pharmacy and convenience store are also close by, making it very convenient. I would likely stay here again on my next visit to Yokohama.

It's in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Fukutoshin Line, right in the middle of Chinatown. The front desk staff were kind and attentive. I was satisfied with the cost performance as well. I would like to use it again.

I stayed here to attend a live event at Yokohama BUNTAI. The hotel is conveniently located near Kannai Station and within walking distance to Chinatown. I rated it 4 stars due to a shower leak, but I requested it be fixed, so I believe it will be perfect next time. I will s

Over the past few months, I have stayed at several Business Hotels, but this one had the best price, service, parking, and staff. I would like to stay here every month.

Wall-mounted wide TV with various functions! Brand new quiet humidifier and air purifier New desk with two power outlets Adjustable lighting on the bed with power and USB jack at the bedside! It has become comparable to a premium class business Hotel. The inside of the elevator

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Kamakura! Just as we expected from the Reviews before making our Reservation, the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The Facility itself feels a bit old, but it was very clean and well maintained. It was also convenient being a 2-minute walk from the station. We considered other Hotels, but chose this one for the price, and it turned out to be a great choice. The complimentary tea and snacks were also a nice touch!

The front desk is staffed until 6:00 PM, so I was able to complete check-in then as well. When I mentioned that I would be returning after 6:00 PM, they kindly offered to place my luggage in the Room for me—very flexible and actually more convenient. There is no Room cleaning dur

The room is slightly small but suitable for desk work, and the unit bath ensures a hygienic stay. There is a convenience store nearby, so you won't lack anything. Even if you make the reservation under your personal name, you can issue a receipt with your company name using the m
