신스기타역 × 절경 카페 투어를 즐길 수 있는 숙소식사의 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸 - 2페이지

This was our third stay. It’s always comfortable, and I love the bed. You had a children’s amenity set ready during check-in, and my child was delighted with the cute bear slippers. This service wasn’t available when we first stayed, so it’s truly appreciated for families traveling with kids. The large public bath was also clean. We used it around 5:00 PM and it was almost private, so we could relax and recover from our fatigue. We may be outgrowing the Anpanman Museum soon, but we’ll stay here again when we come back to Yokohama.

I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to visit the Marie Antoinette exhibition at the Yokohama Museum of Art, and it was the closest option. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and my mother was very satisfied as well. Thank you very much. During our stay, we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cakes in the lounge. The Mont Blanc cake was outstanding! Breakfast also had an onigiri station and a noodle counter, so we had fun and left feeling completely full. One note for future guests: Amenities are minimal, and in particular the body towel was not ideal for washing your back, so I recommend bringing anything you may need. Overall, this is a wonderful Hotel that I can definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed here to attend our grandchild’s sports day. We had always stayed at hotels in Minato Mirai before, but this time we were completely satisfied with our stay. Our room was on the top floor, with a wonderful view and a clear look at the stadium. Chinatown and Motomachi are both about a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient. When choosing a hotel, my top priority is having the bath and toilet separated, and both were extremely clean here. The amenities, including the hair dryer, were also good. What impressed me most was how polished the staff were—their manners and greetings were excellent—and it made our day even more pleasant than at some higher-end hotels. Considering the value for money, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I really like the relaxed schedule with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. In addition, Please Bay Hotel offers great value, with spacious areas throughout—the lobby, corridors, and every Room. The open atrium space with an elevator gives it a luxurious bubble-era design. It’s also very quiet, and you can hardly hear any noise inside the Hotel.

We stayed in two rooms from Friday, 10/16 to Saturday, 10/17. Thank you very much for your kind and courteous assistance when we called with questions multiple times. We truly appreciate it. We would love to stay again. We know you are very busy, so please take good care of yourselves.

The 6-tatami Japanese-style room was on the second floor, and both the bath and the breakfast venue were very convenient. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept well.

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to truly relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy—I slept soundly. Because the bed takes up much of the space, there’s little room beyond a table and mini sofa, so opening a large suitcase was only really possible near the entrance door, which was a bit challenging—but overall I was very satisfied. The elevator only operates when you hold up your key card, which also felt reassuring from a security standpoint.

We stayed the night before a memorial service in Kamakura. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and we also enjoyed exploring around Ofuna Station. The Hotel was clean, the staff greeted us warmly, and they kindly assisted us with the check-in and check-out machines. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of bath salts, which was fun to choose from, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was delicious as well. We were just talking as a family about staying at Mets again the next time we come for a memorial service.

The amenities were excellent (a choice of teas, bath salts, sunscreen, etc.), and the service was very good. Cleaning was perfect except for a bag of trash under the bed and a tea-like smell coming from the kettle. There were many thoughtful touches, such as an emergency smoke hood bag, a fire blanket (maybe for a mobile battery fire?), a microwave, rental manual washing machine, and a card used in place of a Room key. For a Multiple Night Stay, fresh towels are hung on the Room door, which is convenient. They were courteous both when storing luggage and at check-in. Check-out can be done on the in-Room TV, but I wasn’t sure whether the Room key card should be left in the Room or returned to the box by the entrance.

We stayed as a family and chose the loft-style room, and the area with the table was spacious, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. The location was also great, and we would like to stay again.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

This was my first stay here. In the middle of urban Kannai, Yokohama, it felt like stepping into a mysterious other world, and the Japanese-style atmosphere was wonderful. The room was not very spacious, so the air conditioner blew directly onto one side of the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was small. Breakfast was very delicious—especially the croissant-style waffles and the local specialty shumai. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

At check-in, the front desk staff explained everything clearly and courteously, which made my stay very pleasant. Other reviews said it feels like a middle ground between an upscale hotel and a business hotel, and I agree. The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, but the food was delicious. In particular, the grilled tuna collar was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.

There weren’t many Reviews, and it was a bit hard to find on the map, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after enjoying Minato Mirai and Chinatown, this was a great-value Room thanks to its proximity to Chinatown. It had all the essentials, and I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, you can hear voices from the neighboring Room. Still, for this price, I think it’s totally worth it.

The moment we walked in, the kids exclaimed how great it was, which said it all. It was clean, stylish, and we were very satisfied. If we need Accommodation nearby again, we would love to stay here again.
