I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. It was our first time using a universal Room, but we would be happy to stay again if we can book this Room. Thank you very much for your thoughtful support.

I attended a concert at K-Arena and stayed at Hilton Yokohama. Since it’s right next door, it was incredibly convenient, and I was glad I could quickly get in line for the merchandise sales starting at 10:00 the next day. I also had dinner at Ocean Milano in the Hotel. The food was excellent, and all of the staff were wonderful.

My elderly parents stayed here, and they were able to spend their time comfortably without any particular issues. When I made the reservation, I requested a room close to the elevator, and you prepared a room right next to it as requested, which was very helpful. The staff were also courteous, so we could stay with peace of mind. I was also happy that pajamas were provided, as I had expected yukata. Breakfast offered a great variety; everything was delicious and we enjoyed it. This time we used a plan with Club Floor access. Last time there was cake prepared, so it was a little disappointing that there wasn’t any this time, but my parents were very pleased with their time on the Club Floor and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you for your thoughtful care for my elderly parents. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Although it’s close to the station, Yokohama Station is so large that I still got a bit lost. However, I found my own landmarks, so next time I’ll be able to get there without any trouble. The unexpected surprise Room upgrade on the day, the amenities, the separate pajama set, and the wide variety of teas made for a very relaxing stay. I will stay here again when I’m in Yokohama.

It was very clean. The bed was spacious, and I was able to rest comfortably. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, making it an ideal hotel for sightseeing in Chinatown.

I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to visit the Marie Antoinette exhibition at the Yokohama Museum of Art, and it was the closest option. All of the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, and my mother was very satisfied as well. Thank you very much. During our stay, we also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cakes in the lounge. The Mont Blanc cake was outstanding! Breakfast also had an onigiri station and a noodle counter, so we had fun and left feeling completely full. One note for future guests: Amenities are minimal, and in particular the body towel was not ideal for washing your back, so I recommend bringing anything you may need. Overall, this is a wonderful Hotel that I can definitely recommend.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

Great location close to the station, and all Facility were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.
