The meals were delicious. Choosing abalone for dinner was the right decision. Breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of dishes. The front desk provided thorough explanations, and the dining staff responded quickly. It was also convenient that the bath, washbasin area, and toilet were separate. A small detail, but having three towels was a nice touch as well.

It was a wonderful stay! The view was great, and we were very satisfied with both the Facility and the service! We would love to come again! Thank you very much!

The food quality was exceptionally high, and it made for a truly satisfying stay. Compared with other hotels in Atami Onsen or buffet dining in Kinugawa Onsen, the overall number of dishes is more modest, but signature items like steak and crab are well covered, so you never get tired of it. The welcome service from 3:00 PM (alcohol, oden, onsen manju buns, etc.) was also delicious. Breakfast stood out as well—the nikujaga (meat-and-potato stew) and the fresh toppings for the DIY seafood rice bowl were excellent, and I couldn’t help going back for seconds. All of the staff were international, but they were friendly and spoke Japanese very well; if anything, it added a refreshing touch that helped me forget everyday life. The building itself feels a bit dated, but the rooms and hallways are kept very clean. In particular, I’d give five stars for the individually controlled air conditioning (each room has been upgraded with a new unit and outdoor condenser), which made my stay comfortable without having to deal with seasonal centralized switching. The only disappointment (2–3 stars) was that the main public bath was under renovation, so we had to use private baths or facilities at a sister hotel—and there was no sauna. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent ingredients and the stunning ocean-view scenery. A great hotel for fully enjoying a solo trip.

My spouse and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a No Meals Included plan. The building itself felt a bit dated in places, but the interior and our Room were well cleaned, so it felt fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. We chose a “discounted” Room that was priced lower than usual. We were told this was because it is on the first floor facing a toll road, but in reality we barely noticed any traffic noise and were able to relax in peace. In that sense, it exceeded our expectations in a good way. Another major highlight was having a Japanese-style tatami room. Being able to stretch out on the tatami, relax, or lie down was very comfortable, and it was impressive how we could unwind like at home even though it’s a Hotel. There was also a convenience store nearby, which made quick shopping easy. The beach is within walking distance as well, so the location is great for enjoying an easy seaside stroll. Overall, it was an excellent value-for-money stay and we were very satisfied.

This was my repeat stay. This time I stayed in the “Tasogare” Room, and its calm atmosphere allowed me to truly relax. As someone who enjoys alcohol, the all-inclusive plan—where I can enjoy my favorite drinks without worrying about extra charges—is a major highlight unique to this Accommodation. Because you can take your time without watching the clock, it’s easy to end up staying longer than planned. Also, compared with my previous visit, there were more types of games available to bring into the Room, which could be great when staying with two or more people. The private sauna I look forward to every time also came with a full 90 minutes—plenty of time—and I really appreciated being able to use it at my own pace without worrying about others. After the sauna, I could unwind in the lobby, my Room, or the lounge, making for a truly luxurious experience. All of the staff were courteous and warm, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Even as a returning guest, it was nice to be treated with consistent kindness. If I had one small note: the slope leading down to the parking area is a bit steep, so drivers of low-clearance cars or those not confident behind the wheel may need to be cautious. That said, it seems unavoidable given the location. Overall, I was very satisfied again this time. I’d love to return in another season. Thank you very much.

This is our annual summer family trip with three generations. We book two Rooms, and we truly appreciate that you arrange them next to each other. The baths are amazing—wonderful Onsen! The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s an outstanding Hotel. My mother was left partially paralyzed after a cerebral hemorrhage and has limited mobility, so we wondered if this might be our last trip together—but this year again, our whole family was able to come. We hope my mother and father stay healthy so we can all return next year as well. This is the best Hotel for creating wonderful memories on our yearly family trips. Please take care of yourselves, and keep up the great work. I’ll be visiting with friends in October too, and I’m looking forward to coming back again. I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!

We stayed during the New Year and were thrilled to see the sunrise from our room, which deeply impressed my parents. The facility is old, but we enjoyed an abundance of fresh seafood that was almost too much to finish. Having meals served in the room, which is rare nowadays, allowed us to dine at a relaxed pace. The Onsen with its bubbling natural hot spring water warmed us to the core. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the large public bath was a bit dark and had a slight musty smell. Even so, we would love to visit again—watching fireworks there would be amazing!

We stayed to coincide with the Atami fireworks. We were able to watch from the rooftop with an unobstructed view and fully enjoy the beautiful fireworks. All of the meals were delicious, especially the squid sushi and sweet shrimp. The bath was also clean and nice. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, making this trip a wonderful memory. I visited in search of an Onsen that is not chlorinated and does not use circulation. As expected, there was no chlorine smell, and the water was gentle and very satisfying. The meals were carefully prepared and truly delicious—I left completely full. The building is old, which can’t be helped, but the excellent hot spring water and food more than made up for it, so overall I was very satisfied. One episode that left a strong impression: After checkout, the attendant came to see us off at the entrance. After saying goodbye, we headed to the parking lot a short distance away (it took us some time to finish packing). When we later drove past the entrance, we realized she had been waiting in the heat just to see us off! She kindly stayed until the very end, and I was deeply touched by her warm hospitality. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We truly appreciate it. I would love to visit again.

At the very end of summer vacation, my husband and son insisted on coming here for glamping. As a woman, I was honestly a bit nervous about the Facility and meals—but it was simply the best. 【Check-in】 They explained the Facility to us. At the marché, there were vibrant vegetables and even seafood in a large tank! Some items are free, and others can be exchanged with coins you receive—choosing what to get was so exciting. We booked a Plan with dinner and breakfast included, but the portions were incredible. Even my big-eating husband and son had more than enough with what was included in the Plan! (Any unused coins could be saved for Shizuoka souvenirs or even kept for our next stay.) In the firewood area, there were many different types of wood. The Room already has firewood for cooking, but here you can choose wood to enjoy different sounds and aromas. 【Room】 It felt spotless, and we had no worries about odors or temperature. There are two BBQ areas—one indoors and one outdoors. The indoor side (with an earthen-floor style space) has a kitchen and a large ventilation duct, plus air conditioning, so smoke doesn’t come into the living area. The Room was extremely clean and beautiful. I expected some bugs or smells with glamping—and heat in summer—but it was surprisingly comfortable. There’s a double-sink vanity, two types of hair dryers (including a Repronizer), and even hair irons provided. In addition to pajamas, they also provide samue loungewear for dinner (for both adults and children), so there’s no need to take home clothes that smell like food. 【Onsen & Sauna】 There is an Onsen connected directly to both indoor and outdoor baths, plus a barrel sauna and an impressive cold plunge pool. Ponchos and hats are also available. The bedroom is separated from the bath/changing area/vanity area, so it works well even for two families traveling together. 【Meals】 The commercial refrigerator was stocked with juices, alcoholic drinks, and ice cream! With stylish camping gear like skillets and mess tins—along with ingredients & recipes—our 10-year-old son enthusiastically cooked for us. The thick Shizuoka beef was so tender you barely needed teeth… even the abalone was truly soft! For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western style; either way it was delicious and satisfying. All of the staff were very kind. We enjoyed luxury-Hotel-level comfort while still experiencing the freedom that makes glamping special. We’ll definitely be back when the season changes!

I stayed at the accommodation on the day of the fireworks festival. I watched from the rooftop balcony of the hotel on a hill, but unfortunately, the lower half was obscured by trees and plants. However, the meals were excellent. Dinner included a variety of delicious dishes that were almost too many to finish, and breakfast featured a large grilled golden-eye snapper. I would love to stay again to enjoy the meals.
