아타미역 × 선의 세계관이 느껴지는 숙소만족도 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

We stayed as a family of four. It was the perfect place to relax. Both the historic building and the garden were wonderful, but what stayed with us most was the warm hospitality we received. The large public bath is available from early morning, and we enjoyed multiple baths, making our stay truly fulfilling.

We stayed on a last-minute Reservation with my elderly parents and my sister, four of us in total. We arrived a little before our scheduled 3:00 PM check-in, and we were delighted to be warmly welcomed by the Accommodation staff lined up to greet us. The Room we were shown to was old, but very clean and comfortable. We went to the Onsen first, but my mother unfortunately felt unwell from the hot bath and couldn’t make it to dinner at 5:30 PM. Even so, everyone was incredibly kind—preparing rice porridge for her and checking in on her even if they weren’t our assigned staff member. We were truly grateful for their thoughtful care. Thanks to that, she recovered by evening—enough to enjoy the Onsen again. Of course, the other three of us were still able to fully enjoy the delicious meal. We also only found out after arriving that it was the day of the Atami Fireworks Festival. My parents were able to watch comfortably from an open Room on an upper floor of the Accommodation, while my sister and I walked about 15 minutes to the beach and were guided to a guest-only viewing area right in front of us. It was an amazing experience. This was our first time staying here with a sudden Reservation, but we were deeply impressed by the heartfelt hospitality from such wonderful staff. Thank you very much. My mother says she would love to enjoy your delicious dinner next time as well, so we hope to visit again soon!

We stayed for one night to celebrate my partner’s birthday. This was our third stay. Thank you very much for your heartfelt and warm hospitality throughout our visit. The wonderful whole cake you prepared for the celebration was so light that we finished it easily, even after a full meal. You also helped us with a small issue, and we were both truly touched by your thoughtful attention to detail. Thanks to the delicious food, the wonderful Onsen, and everyone’s kindness, we were able to forget our busy daily lives and enjoy a special time of true relaxation. We would love to visit again next year.

It had been a while since I last experienced truly Ryokan-style hospitality in Japan. Even if you go out of your way to stay somewhere other than a Hotel, an Accommodation designated as a cultural property or one with a long history is not always guaranteed to be comfortable—but this time, the proprietress’s service in particular stood out, and I was able to appreciate her refined and thoughtful attention to detail.

This was my second stay this year, and I visited with my mother. My mother is nearing her 88th birthday, but she still has a great appetite and finished everything, even having seconds from the rice tub. I visited long ago with my mother and grandmother as well, so I feel truly happy to have an Accommodation we can return to across three generations—my grandmother, my mother, and me. Unfortunately it rained this time, but thanks to that the signature stones and garden trees were gently wet, letting us enjoy a different kind of beautiful scenery than usual. Thank you again for your warm hospitality. I look forward to visiting again.

This was our second stay at a Hiramatsu Accommodation, and we were able to relax and unwind. As always, the staff’s service level is exceptionally high. It was our first time staying in Atami, and it exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, so many staff members welcomed us that we were genuinely moved—I still don’t know how they knew exactly when we would arrive. We weren’t asked about checkout or taxi arrangements until the next morning, so we could take our time without feeling rushed. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful attention to detail. We would love to stay again.

I stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The Room and meals were even better than they looked in the photos. The support, including help with preparing a surprise, was perfect, and she was very happy. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first time visiting Yugawara Onsen. All the staff were very courteous and cheerful, and I had a comfortable stay. The food was simply delicious!! The presentation was enjoyable, and everything tasted great—I was very satisfied. The Onsen water was on the mild side, which suited me since I’m not good with very hot baths, so I could soak a little longer. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to visit again. I also liked that there was a café area with jazz playing.

This was my third stay. It’s close to central Tokyo and less crowded than Atami, so Yugawara feels like the perfect distance. I’m not a vegetarian, but the vegan cuisine at this Accommodation is truly delicious, and the Onsen is wonderful as well, so I was able to unwind and recharge from everyday fatigue. This time, the breakfast was upgraded and it was excellent—I was very satisfied from the morning. I’d love to stay again. Thank you.

We stayed this time with the goal of relaxing and enjoying the Onsen and delicious meals. In a word: it was outstanding. The Room had gentle, soothing tones that immediately put us at ease. It may look simple at first glance, but the attention to detail in the doors, ceiling, walls, and more made it truly wonderful. The lounge offered a wide selection of alcohol and soft drinks, along with very tasty sweets. You can relax on the indoor sofas and chairs, or enjoy drinks on the terrace while soaking your feet in the footbath. With an open-air bath in the Room, I was able to soak many times during our stay—absolutely satisfying. The meals were great because they used plenty of local ingredients. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and each dish respected the natural flavors—so delicious that there was no need to mask anything with heavy seasoning. We were told that both the chef and pastry chef previously worked at Imperial Hotel; from amuse-bouche to dessert, everything looked beautiful and tasted amazing. We also enjoyed their pie-wrapped dish they hope to make a signature item—the pastry was crisp and the sauce was delicious. If the filling or sauce changes with the seasons, it would make returning even more enjoyable. Although it had just opened, all staff were wonderful—thoughtful attention, warm smiles, perfect meal timing, and they checked in on us along the way so we could hear various stories as well. We had a truly lovely time. The manager, chef, and pastry chef also came by to greet us, which made dinner even more enjoyable. From welcoming us on arrival to seeing us off at check-out, everything was courteous; we were completely satisfied until the very end. Even on our drive home my wife and I kept saying how much fun we had—and that we definitely want to come again. We would love to visit again.
