I stayed one night with my family to coincide with errands in central Tokyo. This time we booked the Premier Floor, and our stay was highly satisfying in every respect—room comfort, staff hospitality, and the range of services. Check-in was smooth at the dedicated Premier Floor counter in the lobby, and we felt a special level of welcome from the moment we arrived. After check-in, we headed to the club lounge on the 21st floor, which is available as a stay benefit. The service there was truly outstanding and exactly what you would expect from a top-class hotel—polished yet warm, attentive hospitality that left a strong impression. The selection of food and drinks was exceptionally extensive, all of high quality—far more than we could fully enjoy in such a short visit. The view toward Shiodome and Ginza through the large windows was also spectacular; watching the cityscape shift from dusk into night made for an indulgent, memorable time. The room itself had a calm atmosphere and felt very comfortable. There were also generous in-room perks such as complimentary minibar items as part of the stay benefits. From our high-floor room on the 20th floor, both sunset views and nighttime city lights were beautiful—we were able to fully enjoy Tokyo’s scenery without leaving our room. One highlight I especially want to mention is how incredibly comfortable the Simmons bed was. I have stayed at many hotels that use Simmons beds before, but this one stood out for its exceptional comfort. It provided just the right support for my body and delivered truly high-quality rest. Personally, it was one of the best aspects of this stay. With its unbeatable location near Shimbashi Station plus refined service, an excellent club lounge, comfortable rooms, and wonderful views, it’s hard to find another hotel in central Tokyo that offers such convenience along with this level of comfort—and if you’re staying here, I strongly recommend choosing the Premier Floor. If asked which hotel in Tokyo combines convenience with comfort so well, I would recommend Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo without hesitation. It was a fantastic hotel that I would absolutely love to stay at again.

I was very satisfied with this excellent Hotel. The morning curry and risotto, as well as the late-night noodles, were outstanding. I also enjoyed free soft drinks and alcohol. The amenities were well stocked, and they stored my luggage free of charge until the end of the checkout day. The staff were very helpful—they even looked for a place where I could get my broken watch strap replaced, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a one-night, two-day getaway as a couple. Travel memories are shaped by many things—weather, delicious food, scenery—but also by the connections you make along the way. On the day we arrived, we walked over 20,000 steps in humid weather before reaching the Hotel. The front desk staff’s warm smile was wonderful. We were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable evening. They upgraded my room and gave me a small congratulatory gift. One staff member kindly accompanied us to the room and guided us during check-in. We didn’t use the other facilities, but we rested well in the spacious, comfortable room, and the large bathroom—with a bathtub and even a separate shower booth—was really nice. It’s a hotel where you can relax quietly without noisy tourists. The amenities are good too.

The Hotel and guest room were very clean and comfortable. The staff service was excellent as well. I would like to stay again, so thank you in advance. P.S. It would be perfect if there were an Onsen bath.

The location was very convenient, and we were able to get around with hardly getting wet even in bad weather. We also received a room upgrade, so the room was spacious and we enjoyed the view. Breakfast in the lounge was quiet, and we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery. We would love to stay again.

It’s a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, but since it’s Ginza, the walk is enjoyable. The Room was clean, and having the bath and toilet separated was very convenient. For breakfast, you place the small dishes on your tray as you go, so you don’t keep people behind you waiting—stress-free and really nice. Above all, everything was delicious. My husband was especially happy to have shabu-shabu and sukiyaki in the morning. The service was also excellent. Thank you for taking care of us.

The amenities and basic facilities are well-equipped, making it easy to stay for a long period. One downside was that many areas were covered for protection due to ongoing renovations, and we often had to wait quite a while for the elevator; however, this should no longer be an issue once the work is finished. It wasn’t noisy, so I think the soundproofing is good.

A stay with breakfast that feels truly luxurious. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The staff’s hospitality and service were perfect in every way. I’d love to come back for another extraordinary getaway.

I used to stay at Mercure quite often overseas, but since I travel less these days, this was my first stay in a while. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Subway Station. I believe it was originally an office building, later converted into an annex of a neighboring Hotel, and then rebranded as Mercure. Since the property is scheduled to close soon for renovations, I was grateful to be able to stay at a very reasonable rate. Perhaps because of the location and the brand, most guests were international, and many of the front desk staff were as well (they assisted me in flawless Japanese). With an interior design inspired by a “theater,” the whole place feels even more international. The Room design was also quite bold. There is a couch-like platform near the window where you can lie down and watch trains passing by (Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, etc.). However, getting up onto it takes some effort, and opinions may differ on how practical it really is. Aside from the décor and these design choices, it felt like a slightly upscale Business Hotel. I’m looking forward to seeing what concept it will adopt after the renovation.

The Room was very comfortable and easy to use. The location was convenient, and I was able to spend fulfilling days there—more satisfying than I expected. I stayed for four nights and needed help with various things, but all the staff were always smiling and courteous, which made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was enjoyable. I was also interested in dinner, but unfortunately couldn’t try it this time due to my schedule. The bathroom was spacious and it was nice to have a TV as well. I would like to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. I would be happy if the amenities in the suite could be improved a bit more. Also, surprisingly, I didn’t see any Japanese guests.

The room had been renovated and was much cleaner than before. The bathtub was spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay again next time (depending on the price).

The quiet atmosphere allowed me to relax. Since I was staying for work, I booked a single room, and the large desk was very helpful. I also appreciated being able to watch subscription services on the TV. However, I noticed there might not have been a clock in the room; if that's the case, having one would be convenient. The breakfast buffet seemed tailored for international guests, so it would be nice to have more Japanese-style dishes available. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the late check-out this time due to my schedule. Next time, I'd love to take my time and enjoy the art pieces displayed within the accommodation. I used this hotel for a 1-night, 2-day business trip to Tokyo. I stayed alone in a twin Room. At remm Akihabara there was only a shower, but here there was a comfortable bathtub where I could stretch out and relax. I also added breakfast at the Vietnamese restaurant on the 2nd floor. For dinner, I ate at Shina Soba Hashigo across the street, and it was delicious. It’s in a very convenient location, so I’d like to stay here again.

This is a simple Business Hotel in Ginza, close to Shimbashi. Since my destination Facility was nearby, that alone was more than enough for me. As I stayed on a Sunday, the price was reasonable.

I stayed here for business. The property and the Room were clean, and I was able to relax.

The Room was a good size and felt clean, which was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included skincare items such as facial lotion. The price offered great value for money, and I’d like to stay again.

The bath, sauna, and cold plunge (nicely cold) were all very relaxing.

The front desk staff were very kind! It was also heartwarming to find a handwritten message in the Room and a little duck in the bath. It said the duck could be taken home, so I brought it back and have it on display at home.

This was my second stay, and it reminded me again how good this place is. The Room isn’t huge, but it’s easy to move around and very relaxing. The toilet has an automatic lid and automatic flushing, which is a big help for me since I have back issues. It’s also rare (and convenient) to have a sink inside the toilet area. The bathroom has a separate washing area, and the tub is spacious enough to soak comfortably. The pajamas are a two-piece set with a soft feel. What really earns high marks is the generous service: drinks, snacks, and bread are provided, and bringing items into the Room is also allowed. At other hotels, I end up having to stop by a convenience store just to make sure I have drinks—here there’s no need for that, which makes it much more relaxing. We don’t even need to add breakfast; bread and coffee are enough for us. However, it was disappointing that there were no croissants this time. I also didn’t know how to use the toaster, so it would be helpful if instructions were posted. And when I want tea, I’d appreciate a note explaining where to find hot water. Two years ago I wrote that I wished the TV could play YouTube, and I was happy to see that it can now. The staff’s service and smiles had improved compared with before. As always, the only inconvenience is that the space next to the sink is small. It’s close to Shinbashi Station as well, so it’s convenient not having to wait for a taxi. I think the Accommodation cost is reasonable compared with nearby hotels considering how good the service is. I hope these services won’t be discontinued because of inconsiderate guests. I’d like to stay again if I have another opportunity.
