요시모토 만자이 극장 (오사카) 주변 × 식사의 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

Close to the station, with great convenience, a clean Room, and plenty of amenities. Above all, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Even when taking photos, a staff member kindly offered assistance, which made our stay comfortable. The meals were delicious as well—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. However, it was disappointing that the window design seems difficult to clean and there was some dirt on it. I looked into it and it seems this was anticipated, but perhaps it turned out to be more challenging than expected.

The lounge was great, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the chairs on the courtyard patio were badly torn and worn out. The TV didn’t receive BS channels, and the remote batteries were weak, making it hard to change channels. I also looked for the first-floor restaurant because I wanted to eat seared bonito, but it was already gone. It was still listed on the signboard—if it’s no longer available, please update the signage accordingly.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was our first stay, and we used it as our Accommodation in Namba after the Yoshimoto Shinkigeki show. [Room & Amenities] This time, we stayed in the “Swiss Executive Room King.” The amenities were standard, but the view from the Room was amazing—perhaps because it was on the 32nd floor. Since the Hotel is built above the Nankai Railway terminal, it’s a dream for train lovers. [Staff & Service] The front desk staff were excellent. Hotel parking is a bit pricey at JPY 3,300 since it’s in central Namba, but given how convenient the location is, it didn’t bother us. Also, because we stayed in an executive room, we could use the lounge. It was great to grab a bite before Yoshimoto Shinkigeki. [Onsen / Bath] The bathroom in the Room had a shower-over-bathtub setup. Since it’s an older property, I suppose that’s to be expected—nothing special, just standard. [Facility & Equipment] The Facility does feel dated in places, but as you’d expect from a Swiss Hotel, the clock near the entrance left a strong impression. The next morning (as part of Takashimaya), browsing watches at WatchMaison was also irresistible for watch lovers. We also used the pool—the glass ceiling made it feel wonderfully open and refreshing. [Dining] Dinner was difficult because Yoshimoto Shinkigeki ended around 10:30 p.m., and most nearby restaurants were already closed. Since our family doesn’t drink alcohol, we struggled to find somewhere to eat. However, venues on the 36th floor of the Hotel were open late. We had dinner at Table36—the view was spectacular and everything tasted great. Our daughter loved the view so much that instead of having breakfast on the 33rd floor breakfast venue, we chose to dine on the 36th floor as well. Breakfast there was also excellent. [Overall Satisfaction] Overall, we were very satisfied. We plan to stay here again when sightseeing in Namba. Highly recommended!

Nearby is Kuromon Market, and a short walk will take you to Namba Grand Kagetsu (NGK) and Ura-Namba, with plenty of places to eat and shop—an extremely convenient location. It’s quiet at night so you can sleep well, and the value for money is excellent.

I stayed here once during the summer and had a great experience, so I decided to stay again, and it was just as good this time. I plan to stay here again whenever I have plans in the Namba area! If I may suggest one improvement, upgrading to a larger hairdryer with better airflow would make the experience even better.

Perhaps because of the location, most guests were tourists (non-Japanese). It was a great spot—just a few minutes’ walk to Namba Grand Kagetsu and Sennichimae Street. However, the sidewalks are narrow, so carrying large luggage might be a bit inconvenient.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. I couldn’t stay for long, but the location was extremely convenient and made getting around easy. I’d love to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

This was my first stay here. The twin Room was quiet, not too small, and very comfortable. I was happy to find bath salts in the bathroom. There were stick coffee packets in the Room, but there was no sugar or stirrer, so it would have been nice to have those as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

Used for sightseeing in Osaka. Located about a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Close to Takashimaya, Namba Walk, and Midosuji Namba area with excellent access. Approximately 30 minutes to the Expo venue. There is a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants are located within the shopping street nearby. Although there were many international visitors, the accommodation was quiet during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

I was able to relax and enjoy a calm atmosphere. I was satisfied with the breakfast, and the bread was delicious; I could enjoy my meal in a peaceful setting. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed at this Hotel near Namba Station to catch an early morning train to Koyasan. When I went to the front desk before check-in to leave my luggage, an international staff member assisted me and kept my bags. There are lockers in the front lobby, and the staff handled everything politely. At check-in, only international staff were present as well, which made it feel like I was abroad. I was surprised when a staff member said, “Passport please.” I replied that I am Japanese and they proceeded with the process, but since I did not see any Japanese staff during my stay, it almost felt like I was overseas. This may be because many guests are from abroad. The front desk area had a water dispenser, an ice machine, and various amenities, so I selected what I needed and took them up to my Room. The elevator requires you to tap your key card to access your floor, which felt secure. The Room was clean and easy to use; however, the table was quite low. It was fine for tea or meals but not suitable for working on a laptop or writing, so I slightly regretted not booking a twin Room. It is also close to Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station, with Namba Station and many restaurants within walking distance—very convenient. Thanks to an IKYU sale deal, the value for money was excellent.

It has been quite a while since my last stay, but the check-in process was smooth.

With great access and located at the entrance to the downtown area, it is very convenient. I returned to the Hotel late and couldn’t use the large public bath, but I was happy to hear that the Room bath is also supplied with Onsen water. The staff have a great atmosphere as well.

I stayed one night with No Meals Included. Namba Station is nearby, and above all, the price is very reasonable. With older Ryokan or Business Hotels, I sometimes have issues with the shower water temperature or pressure, but this time there were no problems at all—it was very comfortable. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on the “Room Type Assigned” Plan. The exterior uses a lot of wood and looks stylish—you wouldn’t even guess it’s a Hotel at first (lol). - Next to the front desk on the 1st floor, there were various amenities, plus a free tea/coffee dispenser, vending machines, and a microwave to heat up items bought at convenience stores. In the morning I often went down just to make tea, brought it back to my Room, and enjoyed it slowly at the desk. - I was staying alone, but I was given a twin Room. The Room was very clean, and since I didn’t have much luggage (I wasn’t traveling from far away), it was just right for me. *Note: The twin Room I stayed in wasn’t very spacious in terms of floor area, so if you’re staying as two people or have two suitcases, it may feel tight even in a twin. In that case, choosing a larger twin Room or booking two single Rooms would be safer.* - The wall-mounted TV, hair dryer, and refrigerator were all provided and made it comfortable. The bathroom is a unit bath—so not especially spacious—but everything you need was there (shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand/face soap), so I had no complaints. It was clean with no grime and perfectly fine to use. There were also skincare items like cleansing oil and moisturizing lotion available among the amenities next to the front desk, which I borrowed. - The loungewear is a one-piece type. I’m not sure if it’s 100% cotton, but it felt soft and comfortable on my skin. Since I have sensitive skin I brought my own pajamas just in case, but ended up using theirs—and slept in it as well. It had a slightly brushed flannel-like feel, so if you tend to get hot you may want to bring your own. - It’s right next to Kuromon Market (basically beside it), with convenience stores nearby as well—I could even withdraw cash from an ATM there—so it was extremely convenient. - They also arranged a taxi for me, and everyone at the front desk was consistently polite and helpful throughout my stay—I’m truly grateful. *If I had to mention one thing: when taking a bath/shower, the unit-bath mirror doesn’t seem to have anti-fog coating so it fogged up from humidity and I had to wipe it off. However, there’s also a smaller mirror on the desk area too—so that should be enough for most people.* I didn’t use breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Depending on your destination/plans this may vary—but with their courteous service at reception plus good Facilities and an ideal size for solo travelers، this was such a clean Hotel that I'd happily stay again when I'm in the area. This was my second stay. As with the previous visit, I was completely satisfied with everything. However, one small disappointment was that the coffee provided at the front desk had been changed to stick-type packets. While I greatly appreciate this complimentary service, it was a bit disappointing to see it switched to stick-type this time. It seems there are various events like happy hour being organized, which I couldn't take advantage of this time, but I'm looking forward to enjoying them on my next visit!

The rooms are kept clean. Amenities can be taken to the guest room as needed, which is efficient and helps prevent misuse by some guests. There is also a gym, and a sauna is available by Reservation. There are no notable downsides. Most guests are from abroad, but recent travelers seem to study Japanese customs beforehand, so unusual behavior causing discomfort to others has become less common.

The most impressive aspect was the staff, who were always smiling and seemed to enjoy their work. It allowed me to start my day feeling refreshed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The water dispenser and coffee service at the front desk were much appreciated. The foot massager in the Room was also a great touch. I would love to stay here again!

I stayed here for the Expo. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also very delicious. The Room was clean and comfortable to use. I look forward to staying again if I have the chance.
