I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay for a conference. On the first day, because of typhoon-related rain, I had a tempura course at the Japanese restaurant on the 5th floor. The ingredients and flavors were excellent. When the weather is nice, you want to eat outside, but this time I was glad it was raining. I also paired the tempura with sake and returned to my Room in a great mood. It was a wonderful evening.

We brought our own food to celebrate in the Room, and the staff kindly warmed it to the perfect temperature and delivered it to our Room. The night view from the Room was stunning, and we had an unforgettable evening. We look forward to staying again in the future. The cake

We always enjoy staying here. This time, since it was raining, the view from the Room was a bit disappointing, but instead we were able to fully relax and enjoy a quiet, luxurious time in the lounge thanks to the warm hospitality of all the staff and the comfortable atmosphere. E

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts to bring for local people, which was extremely helpful. Both the Room and the spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka very pleasant.

I stayed on the club floor at Hotel Hankyu International during my time in Osaka, and it was an exceptionally satisfying stay. The front desk staff were extremely courteous, answering my questions warmly and attentively with genuine smiles. I felt truly welcomed. While the hotel has the elegance you’d expect from a luxury Hotel, it never felt stiff—service was delivered with a comfortable sense of distance that left a great impression. My club-floor room was spacious, with upscale furniture and furnishings throughout. The view of Osaka from the window was especially breathtaking. Through the large windows, Umeda’s night skyline spread out before me in full. Simply taking in the view felt like pure luxury. The club lounge also exceeded my expectations. I could relax in a calm atmosphere, and the staff were consistently thoughtful and attentive. The view from the window seats was wonderful as well—I lost track of time while unwinding there. The drinks and light bites were high quality, making this an excellent choice for anyone who wants to truly enjoy their Hotel stay. Most memorable of all was breakfast. The Japanese set included soft-shelled turtle rice porridge (suppon zosui), which was surprisingly delicious and made for an indulgent start to the day. The refined, deeply flavorful broth soaked into me with every sip, bringing happiness with each bite. There was none of the gaminess often associated with suppon—just a gentle taste at a level that hardly seemed like breakfast food. Every side dish was carefully prepared too, leaving me completely satisfied. From the room and night views to the club lounge, breakfast, and staff service—everything met an impressively high standard. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “I will definitely stay here again.” For anyone seeking a special stay in Osaka’s Umeda area, I can confidently recommend it. When I visit Osaka next time, I would absolutely choose the club floor again—it was a wonderful Hotel stay that let me fully enjoy an extraordinary escape from everyday life.

We stayed for one night as a couple for a concert at Kyocera Dome. We’ve stayed at various Hotels every year, but from now on we’d like to stay here. The location is great, of course, but above all we were truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. They noticed us waiting in the elevator hall and immediately came over; when the elevator arrived, they asked, “Are you heading to the front desk?” and pressed the button for us. At check-in and at the breakfast venue as well, staff spoke to us right away, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the separate pajama set felt wonderful too. We were also happy that the hair dryer was a ReFa model. The only thing was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but it was clean and more than sufficient for us as a couple. We were told that the spacious, easy-to-park lot can be used all day even after check-out. We also appreciated being guided just as kindly at check-out as we were at check-in. We liked it so much that we even recommended this Hotel to a friend who had been planning to stay at another Hotel in Osaka next month (laugh).

I had a comfortable stay again. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, and had assumed it couldn’t be helped, but you kindly contacted me and offered to send it. Thank you for your courteous support. The location is great, and this is a Hotel I can recommend. It’s especially recommended for young couples and women. Thank you again.

I’ve stayed here several times already. I usually book the Club Floor to relax with drinks in the lounge, and also to work out in the pool next door at Ren and soak in the Onsen. On day one, after check-in I headed straight to the lounge. The familiar staff welcomed me warmly, saying things like, “Today we have Taketsuru,” and “Your usual Blanton’s is right here”—which made me very happy. When it’s hot, beer is a must to start. Three draft beers plus a can of tomato juice makes the perfect Red Eye at just the right moment. I went out for an early meal (after 4 p.m., everywhere is quiet), then came back for whisky time in the lounge again. I enjoyed Taketsuru and Blanton’s on the rocks, with beer as a chaser. Iichiko from a flask mixed with orange juice was also delicious. For my next visit, I requested a good amazake—I’ve recently gotten hooked on drinking amazake mixed with sake. The next morning, I felt refreshed after an early soak in the Onsen—so relaxing. When the lounge opened at 10:00, I had one last beer and headed home satisfied. We visited with four relatives. We were worried about the weather until the day before, but it cleared up from the evening, and the night view from the Sky Terrace was wonderful. We chose Chinese cuisine, and in a private Room with a round table for four, the dishes were light and refreshing; even though we ate a lot, it didn’t feel heavy, and everything was delicious. The Room had been renovated, and we could smell the fresh tatami mats, which made our stay very comfortable. The bath was a bit far from our Room, but it was very nice. The only disappointing thing was that there was no mirror in the Room, and the toilet, bath/shower area, and sink were all together in one very small space, which was quite inconvenient for four women to use. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the dining staff—was pleasant and very kind. It’s close to central Osaka City, so we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Thank you very much.
