I always stay here when I’m on business in Osaka—it’s my go-to Accommodation. Above all, the breakfast is excellent. It seems word has gotten around about how good it is, and when I arrived on time I was told breakfast was fully booked. They said they could prepare seating outside the dining area, past the front desk, but since I wanted to go back for the buffet a few times, that felt a bit inconvenient… so I waited until a seat opened up. However, breakfast slots are divided into one-hour time blocks and you receive an advance card beforehand, so I assumed there would be a limit on the number of guests. The staff member explained that “there are many solo guests.” If that’s the case, I’d like to see some kind of improvement—such as making it clear via the advance card how much table space will be used, or distributing only as many advance cards as can accommodate everyone even if they are dining alone. Since this is before heading to work, time really matters. Because of this time loss (I think), I missed out on the limited-quantity pudding. Disappointing. (Though I was able to have it the next day.) My Room was on the women-only floor, and the hair dryer was very easy to use. When I looked it up because I wanted to buy one myself, it turned out to be quite high-end—so that alone made me very satisfied. I also appreciated having bottled water in the Room. The coffee was delicious too. I definitely want to stay here again next time.

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s clean, the staff are wonderful, and even a single Room is spacious enough with everything you need. Breakfast is delicious. I recently learned it’s part of the Royal Host group—no wonder the food is so good. You can also enjoy Osaka specialties, and there’s a wide variety of drinks such as tea. Thank you for the great meal. I’ll be back again.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a Premium Room and enjoyed access to the lounge—thank you for the wonderful food. The breakfast was, of course, delicious, and I ended up eating too much. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could relax and unwind. However, one disappointing point was that inconsiderate guests were making loud noises until close to midnight, which made it hard to fall asleep.

I became a fan of The Gate Hotel in Kyoto, so I stayed here in Osaka as well. The location is, of course, excellent. Every Room offers a wonderful view. The interior is clean and efficiently designed. Details like the side tables use eco-friendly materials, giving it a modern feel throughout. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was very satisfied. I will stay again.

The breakfast buffet was excellent—there was a great variety, including meat dishes, eel sushi, and plenty of desserts. The bath area was clean and the sauna was spacious, and being surrounded by lots of pigs made for a fun stay. The customer service was also very good, it’s close to Shin-Osaka Station, and I definitely want to come again!!

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

We stayed here for a family trip to Osaka with five people. In a word, it was an extremely satisfying Hotel. The building was new, very clean, and comfortable with good air conditioning. The large public bath had a sauna, and the cold plunge pool was refreshingly cold. The room also had a separate bath and toilet, so we could relax even if we didn’t go to the public bath. There was also a wide variety of welcome drinks, which we enjoyed while unwinding after check-in. In summer, it was available until midnight. The breakfast buffet had many options, and everything was delicious. The staff were kind and courteous, and the luggage storage service after our stay was very helpful. It offered great value for money—I was surprised to receive this level of service at this price. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

The breakfast here is delicious, so I stay here every time I’m in Osaka. This time, they kindly stored my suitcase and refrigerated items before check-in, which was a big help. It’s a bit of a walk from JR Osaka Station, but if you head for Izumi no Hiroba in the underground mall, you’ll be fine. Considering the price, you can overlook the surrounding area around the Hotel. It’s also within walking distance of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street, and there’s a nearby LIFE supermarket, which is convenient. There is no complimentary bottled water in the room, so it’s best to bring your own.

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. The price was reasonable, and the late-night soba was incredibly delicious, so I was really looking forward to breakfast. Breakfast more than lived up to my expectations—I was very satisfied and would love to stay again.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here for a fan trip. It was my first time traveling for an event and I was worried because I didn’t know the area, but the hotel was very close to the nearest station and easy to find. Getting around was convenient, there was also a convenience store nearby, and although it was a single Room, it was clean, more spacious than I expected, and comfortable. If I had to mention something, there wasn’t a mirror at the desk—only one in the bathroom and a full-length mirror near the entrance door—so it was inconvenient for doing makeup. Also, the pillow felt thinner and firmer than expected, so I would have preferred a slightly fuller pillow. If possible, I’d be happy if you could install a makeup mirror on the wall by the desk or make one available to borrow. Other than that, including the service, I was satisfied and would like to stay again.

The Hotel and the Room were very clean, and the bathtub was larger than those in a typical Business Hotel, which was great. It is close to Osaka Castle, NHK Hall, and the station, and this price is excellent. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful, and I was very satisfied. I would definitely stay here again.

My mother in her 70s stayed here the night before visiting relatives. This was her third stay. There are many Hotels in Tennoji, so I suggested we try a different Hotel for a change, but she said, “Via Inn is the best! If there’s availability, I want to stay here!” The staff were friendly and welcoming, the Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and it’s just a short walk to Tennoji Station. Security also felt solid, so I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

The price and access were the deciding factors for my Reservation. In midsummer, it’s convenient to be able to use multiple train lines via Crysta Nagahori, where you can stay cool with air conditioning and not worry about rain. It’s also nice that the area feels calmer just a little away from the Midosuji Line area. As for the price, it was quite affordable even compared with Hotels in central Osaka for the same dates. Even so, the Facility still feels new, and the Room was clean. The amenities, loan items (including a ReFa hair dryer), welcome drinks, and other services were well provided, which I really appreciated. A few things I noticed: There were take-away containers next to the water dispenser for bringing water back to your Room—very thoughtful. However, when I picked up the last one in the back, it was covered in dust, so I quietly put it back... Maybe because there is no sleep mode on the Room air conditioner, I found the noise noticeable when trying to sleep. There is no safety deposit box in the Room (I confirmed this at reception as well). So I ended up carrying my work laptop with me even when going out for personal reasons. Still—considering this price point—I was very satisfied!

It was a Hotel that was easy to reach from Osaka Station without getting lost. The large public bath and sauna were clean, and I was able to relax a lot. Three of us stayed (a group of women), but unfortunately the cute yukata in the Room were only available in one M size and one 1L size, so only one person could wear one. I probably should have requested more. The large public bath had skincare items such as cleansing products, but I would have liked them in the Room as well—again, something I probably should have requested. The room service menu had a great variety and everything was delicious. The view wasn’t great, but it’s a Hotel I’d be happy to visit again.

It was my first stay, but this was a wonderful Hotel that felt warm and reassuring—like coming home. What impressed me most was the staff’s perfect sense of distance: refined, top-class service while still friendly, making the entire stay truly comfortable. The Room was also impeccably cleaned down to every detail—perfectly spotless wherever you looked. You can really feel how much the staff cherish this Hotel. The room service beef curry I had in the Room had an astonishing depth of flavor—absolutely outstanding! I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my stay: service, cleanliness, and food. I’ve found a special Hotel I can recommend with confidence. Thank you for such an amazing time that left both body and mind fulfilled. Without a doubt, this is a special place I’d love to make my regular Accommodation.

We stayed here with our family of four during our trip to Kyoto and Osaka. Since we booked the Family Suite, we received services such as welcome drinks, and they even celebrated our child’s birthday for us—thank you very much. The Room was more than spacious enough, the amenities were well stocked, and the outstanding location with Osaka Castle towering right in front of us made us extremely satisfied. Breakfast was also high quality across the board and delicious. We are also grateful for the wonderful hospitality from everyone at the Hotel. Thanks to you, it became a truly memorable family trip. Close to the station, with great convenience, a clean Room, and plenty of amenities. Above all, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Even when taking photos, a staff member kindly offered assistance, which made our stay comfortable. The meals were delicious as well—we were very satisfied. Thank you very much. However, it was disappointing that the window design seems difficult to clean and there was some dirt on it. I looked into it and it seems this was anticipated, but perhaps it turned out to be more challenging than expected.
