We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

[All-Inclusive] An Elegant Evening with an Authentic Teppanyaki Dinner and Free-Flow Drinks (Dinner & Breakfast Included) – Premium Twin Room Everything was wonderful. - Room: It was spacious, had a sofa, and we were able to relax comfortably. Having two sinks was also very convenient. However, I tripped on the step at the entrance to the washroom, so I hope this can be improved. - Dining: Every dish in the dinner course looked and tasted amazing. Drinks were free-flow with a glass-exchange system, so we enjoyed beer and sparkling wine. For breakfast, we could choose from three types of galettes, and they were delicious. Curry was also included, which would be great for those with a big appetite—our group doesn’t eat much, so we ended up feeling very full. - The lounge was also a wonderful space where we could relax comfortably. - There was also a large public bath—this was one of the main reasons we chose this property—and everything about it was excellent. We would definitely like to stay again.

I was able to step away from my busy daily routine and enjoy a calm, high-quality 3-day, 2-night stay. The front desk staff’s polished service was truly pleasant, and I felt reassured from the moment I arrived. The Room was kept beautifully clean and well arranged, and I could sense thoughtful attention to detail throughout. I believe this is an appealing Accommodation, perfect for adults who want to relax quietly in Kamakura. Also, the email replies to my inquiries (before my stay) were very prompt, which was extremely helpful.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! It was a truly satisfying stay. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. The Room was a comfortable size even for three people, and we could see the sea diagonally across from the window. There is a smoking area on each floor. It was a bit hot outside during the day, but while having a smoke and looking at the mountains, we saw a Taiwanese squirrel dart by, black swallowtails fluttering around, and kites flying in the blue summer sky. Since it’s a retro-style Hotel, it gave us a pleasantly nostalgic feeling. My companion tried the set menu of an enzyme bath and foot reflexology massage and said it felt amazing! The enzyme bath was spacious, and the staff were very polite and kind—it seemed to warm up and relax both body and mind. The atmosphere in the Room is calm as well. Amenities like toothbrushes and toilet paper were properly provided. At night, the corridor outside the guest rooms had an Italian-style vibe—I couldn’t help murmuring, “How lovely!” The whole Hotel isn’t flashy, but it’s clean, quiet, spacious, and relaxing. After checkout we all agreed—“That was really nice.” It became a wonderful memory for us. I’d like to stop by again. Thank you for taking care of us.

About a 5-minute walk from Kamakura Station. Depending on whether you use the west or east exit, it was also very convenient to stop by a supermarket on the way. The Hotel entrance had a nice atmosphere, and check-in was done while seated in a chair, which was my first time. It felt great when I was tired. The front desk staff were smiling, and they also provided guidance for emergencies in case of earthquakes and other situations, which I found very thoughtful. The Room was just the right size, kept clean, and comfortable to stay in. I used the coin laundry, and being able to check the operating status and availability from my Room was extremely helpful. Also, since the Hotel wasn’t too large, going back and forth to the laundry area was easy. I didn’t use the large public bath so I can’t comment on it, but the website said you can move around in loungewear. Since I stayed only one night, it really helped that I could use the coin laundry with only minimal changes of clothes. However, the Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, it was a very comfortable stay. If I have another chance, I’d like to stay again—and if it’s similar elsewhere, I’d like to try one of their affiliated Hotels as well.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed the night before a memorial service in Kamakura. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and we also enjoyed exploring around Ofuna Station. The Hotel was clean, the staff greeted us warmly, and they kindly assisted us with the check-in and check-out machines. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of bath salts, which was fun to choose from, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was delicious as well. We were just talking as a family about staying at Mets again the next time we come for a memorial service.

The station near Yuigahama is close behind the Hotel, and it’s within walking distance to the sea in the morning, so we were able to enjoy a quiet Yuigahama. The Hotel breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind. Hasedera Temple and the Great Buddha are also within walking distance, so I think it’s a great location. Next time I’ll come with friends. Thank you for your hospitality.

The irori sauna was the best sauna I’ve ever experienced. The sushi for dinner was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

This is one of the few hotels that has carefully preserved the charm of a classic Japanese hotel. Above all, the hospitality is outstanding—even to the point that it may feel a bit over-the-top by today’s standards. If you want overseas friends to experience Japanese culture, I don’t think there is a better place than here, even including Tokyo. The location is also excellent. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

All staff provided excellent service. Having rental bicycles in the basement is also a great plus. The only downside was that there was only one washer and dryer. I felt it would be better to set rules for waiting your turn.

The location made it easy to reach Kamakura and Enoshima in a short time, allowing us to get around without stress. The surrounding area is well equipped with essential amenities for daily life, including dining options, so you won’t have any trouble. The service was kind and attentive, and we were very satisfied. The amenities were more than sufficient, and although early booking is recommended, you can stay at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again next time.

This was my third stay. Everyone—from the phone and email support to the on-site staff—was wonderful, and it’s a hotel that makes me want to come back again. Because I’m not comfortable with carpets from a hygiene standpoint, and because keeping an eye on my dog so he wouldn’t get into trouble can be tiring, I asked in advance if the carpet could be removed. It seems to depend on the booking situation, but they were able to accommodate my request this time. Thanks to that, I was able to relax even more. Thank you very much. In our home, it’s a rule that we eat together with our dog, so we had Italian dinner in the room. We previously ate on AO’s terrace, but it was a bit cold and dim and felt somewhat lonely, so for those who can’t leave their dog alone, dining in the room is also recommended. A low table can be difficult for eating, so we sat side by side at the counter with our dog (in his cart) between us. We were told that Room B on the first floor has a longer counter, so if you’re staying as a pair, choosing Room B may be best. The food is delicious as expected, and being able to enjoy small portions of many different dishes is very satisfying. For breakfast we ate on Malibu Farm’s terrace. There were plenty of vegetables and a large croissant among other items—it was generous enough that I couldn’t finish everything—but it was delicious. The staff member in charge was also very considerate and made us feel truly comfortable. You can see Malibu Farm’s terrace from the room at night as well; it’s beautifully lit up and feels open and airy, so next time I’d like to try having dinner at Malibu. Although it was a nearby trip, it was my first time traveling with my parents since becoming an adult. Unfortunately, a typhoon the day before forced us to change various plans, but we truly enjoyed the many colorful dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. My elderly parents, who usually eat small portions, kept saying they couldn’t possibly eat that much, yet they finished almost everything. The Room was compact but clean and comfortable. The staff were also very pleasant, and we had a relaxing short getaway. After such a generous dinner, we were told there would even be inari sushi as a late-night snack. We couldn’t resist and asked for some—and it was delicious. Even while saying we were already full, we ended up eating it all (laugh). One thing: until around 3 a.m., I noticed a low sound—possibly from the boiler?—that echoed and made it hard to sleep for a bit. Since it was only one night, it wasn’t too much of an issue.

I stayed here the night before attending an event in Zaimokuza. Although I had a room-only Reservation, the manager was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk to the beach—and I was amazed by how many stars were visible from the shore at night. My daughters also want to stay again, so next time we’re planning a temple-hopping trip in Kamakura in autumn.

It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied.
