We stayed to celebrate my mother’s discharge from the hospital. Based on our previous stay, you kindly accommodated our requests and avoided ingredients we cannot eat without us having to mention them this time, and we truly felt your outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Hotel—the view from the balcony, the comfortable Room, and the delicious meals—and my mother was very happy as well. Thank you for celebrating with us. 　I especially love the atmosphere of your pool. I hope you will continue to maintain an environment where it is easy to swim and no one takes prohibited photos. Next time, we would like to visit again around autumn or winter.

I had always wanted to stay at this Hotel, so I booked it for my mother’s birthday. It was just as wonderful as I imagined. The signature breakfast was delicious, and the staff’s hospitality was excellent. It became a truly special memory! I would love to stay again!

I have stayed here many times, and this visit was once again an exceptional stay. The Room overlooking Tokyo Station is truly one of a kind. The contrast between the historic station building and the modern skyscrapers is breathtaking. My train-loving son was absolutely delighted! With such a convenient location right by Tokyo Station, you can also reach cafes and convenience stores without getting wet in the rain. As we stayed for my birthday, we received a towel cake, champagne, and a heartfelt card, which made it an unforgettable stay. To celebrate my son’s promotion to the next grade, you also gave him a railway picture book and a message card—he was so happy. He still treasures them. The Room was spotless and very comfortable, making it another wonderful stay. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

I got a little lost from the station, but the front desk staff gave me clear and polite directions, so I think I’ll be able to get there without getting lost next time. It’s almost directly connected via the Tokyo Station underground mall, which makes it very convenient. It was also great that there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel. There was construction nearby, but there was no noise at all and it didn’t bother me. The complimentary drinks and amenities were of a very high standard, with an excellent selection that women in particular will appreciate. The Room was compact yet spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I stayed for only one night this time, but it was a good Hotel that I’d like to use again when booking Accommodation around Tokyo Station. Thank you very much.

Seventeen years after visiting on February 28, just a few days before the Hotel opened on March 2, 2009, and being allowed a brief look inside, my dream finally came true and I was able to stay here. Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, we were given a Room on the Imperial Palace side, and I was able to see the roof of Tokyo Station with my own eyes for the first time. At the main dining restaurant “Piacere,” one surprise followed another: a courteous greeting from the head chef and even a gift to take home—I was truly amazed by such warm hospitality. I had an extremely comfortable stay, making it a memorable birthday celebration. When I returned to my Room from “Piacere,” birthday treats had also been delivered, for which I am deeply grateful. It felt like serendipity after so long, and it became a wonderful birthday celebration at this five-star Hotel.

This time, I chose the Bulgari Hotel so my family member could relax as much as possible before leaving for a long business trip to obtain an additional work qualification. As soon as we entered the Room, we were thrilled by the great view—Tokyo Skytree and Rainbow Bridge were visible. Just as we were told that it would be even more beautiful at night, it was sparkling and stunning. The welcome dessert was delicious, and we enjoyed it with Bulgari peach juice. The amenities were wonderful, and I was happy to find heartfelt words written on the message card. We had dinner at Aman, and when we returned to the Hotel, there was also a gift from Bulgari waiting for us. There were so many moments that made me feel truly glad we chose this Hotel, and we had a wonderful time. Most of all, I was genuinely happy to see my family member spending time with a smile. After dinner, we went to the Bulgari Bar and enjoyed ice cream, tiramisu, and à la carte items in a spot with a great view. The à la carte items and welcome drink were complimentary, so we felt full and satisfied and were able to go to bed early. In the morning, we took our time until 9:30 before having breakfast. Then we relaxed in the Room again until after 11:30 before leaving the Hotel. I’m grateful that we could spend such a lovely time—it made me feel truly happy. I sincerely appreciate all of the staff at the Bulgari Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. I would definitely like to stay again.

The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and gave a thorough introduction to the room. The room was spacious, with four beds, a desk and TV, and even a small backyard—right in central Tokyo. Breakfast was also great and exceeded my expectations. It’s slightly more expensive than typical business hotels, but definitely worth it.

I stayed here for the first time last year and had a very comfortable stay, so I chose this Accommodation again. Just like last year, I was completely satisfied. The view was different from my previous Room, and it was exciting to watch the Shinkansen arriving at and departing from Tokyo Station below. Since it was a corner Room, both the Room and the bathroom were spacious, allowing me to relax comfortably. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

This was our first trip to Tokyo, and we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days as a party of two. It’s very convenient—just a short walk from the exit after going through Yaechika from Tokyo Station. The staff were kind and attentive, which made for a pleasant start to our stay. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the bed was almost too big (in a good way!). During our stay, we didn’t hear any noise at all from neighboring rooms or the hallway. It was so quiet that we wondered if we were the only guests on this floor—thanks to that, we slept soundly every night. There were many Western guests as well, and everyone was friendly and well-mannered. In the elevator they would let us go first, and they’d smile when passing in the hallway—it really impressed us. We had a completely stress-free stay, which made our Tokyo trip truly enjoyable. Thank you very much to all the staff. We would love to stay here again when we visit Tokyo!

The bunk-bed Room was really exciting. There’s no TV, but there is a projector, so you can watch YouTube, TVer, and more—no problem at all. The shower pressure was good, and the Room was clean. You can also walk to Tokyo Station, and a Hanzomon Line station is nearby. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

Everyone is polite and kind, and they gladly store my luggage even before check-in, handle deliveries from courier services, and continue to assist me kindly even after check-out. I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests. We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day. When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration. The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Considering our luggage for the day after our stay, we chose this Hotel near Tokyo Station. It was within walking distance of the concert venue at Tokyo International Forum, and the Hotel was easy to find. The Room was comfortable and conveniently had a small table and chairs. There is also an Ishikawa Prefecture antenna shop nearby, and we would definitely like to stay here again next time!

The location is excellent, and the large public bath and carbonated spring are fantastic! Thanks to a complimentary upgrade, my stay was extremely comfortable. The staff’s hospitality is top-notch, and I’m very satisfied. It reminded me that this Hotel is a great-value classic. I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk staff were very kind and gave me a warm welcome, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Water is very important to me, so I truly appreciate that you provided plenty of it. The tea bags in the Room were also excellent, with a special flavor I couldn’t find anywhere else. Everything was spotless down to the smallest details. Thank you so much to the housekeeping team—I was able to make wonderful memories thanks to you. One day during a meal, when I was coughing, a staff member kindly asked, “Would you like me to make some ginger tea?” Their thoughtful care truly warmed my heart.

This was my second stay, and the Hotel staff's service was truly excellent, making my stay very pleasant. They are very friendly to dogs, and basic amenities are well provided. (I made the reservation for my dog by phone.) It is also conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. Since it was a king-size bed, we were able to share one bed as a parent and child. I would like to use it again.

I was surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The location was great, and the staff's service was excellent, allowing me to have a pleasant stay. It was a wonderful hotel that makes me want to visit again. (I fell ill in the morning and caused some inconvenience.)
