The large public bath was a wonderful amenity. Breakfast was delicious too—I ended up eating more than I meant to.

This was our first stay on the Club Floor in two years, and thanks to your courteous and pleasant service from check-in onward, we had a very comfortable time. Maybe it’s Okinawa, maybe it’s The Terrace Hotels—either way, the juice in this lounge always tastes especially delicious. We also visited the newly introduced nightcap service, and it was wonderful to relax after dinner with coffee at Maroad. There were piano performances on both nights; each pianist arranged familiar tunes from Studio Ghibli and Disney that anyone can enjoy, and my wife and I had fun listening while guessing the song titles. A lounge staff member who assisted us two years ago even remembered us—just as my wife and I had hoped—and we truly enjoyed chatting together. This time we also used the gym and La Sima for the first time, and my wife was delighted, saying, “This was our most enjoyable stay at The Naha Terrace ever!” Thank you again to all of your staff. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was very delicious. It’s worth staying here just for the breakfast.

Due to Typhoon No. 9, our return was delayed by two days, so we urgently made a Reservation at this Ryokan. Since we have a large family and lots of luggage, it was a huge help that you allowed us to stay for a Multiple Night Stay without changing Rooms at our request. The Room was spacious with plenty of space even for five people, and it was a smoking Room, which made my husband very happy. We also appreciated that breakfast was included. Kokusai-dori and the supermarket are within walking distance, so we went shopping twice—during the day and at night—and were able to take our time. Next time we visit Okinawa, we will definitely stay here again. The typhoon had really brought our spirits down, but we were able to relax, and I’m glad we chose this place. Thank you very much.

We took the last flight the day before heading to Kouri Island and arrived close to midnight for a one-night stay. The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable. The range of services provided at this accommodation for the price was excellent. Choosing your own pillow, selecting shampoo and conditioner, treats for children during Halloween—such thoughtful gestures were delightful. It’s an accommodation we’d love to stay at again.

From the moment I entered the Room, it felt spacious and open. The Room was also a relaxing place to unwind on my own. I was happy to have Shuri miso soup for breakfast, but it would have been even better with some ingredients in it.

Our family of four stayed in Naha City to catch an early flight the next morning. The tatami Room had a calm atmosphere, and the staff were very helpful, making our stay comfortable. Above all, it was inexpensive—excellent value for money!

This was my first time staying in Omoromachi in Naha. Since I was traveling with a group, I couldn’t book my usual Hotel and ended up staying at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Naha Omoromachi, but the staff (everyone) were even more welcoming and friendly than at my usual Hotel, with great smiles and service. I visit Naha about 10 times a year, so this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at from now on. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you next time.

I booked this Accommodation because it is relatively close to Tomarin. There is a nearby San-Ae and two convenience stores, and various free food options are available; it is also a valuable smoking-allowed Hotel. The toilet space feels a bit tight, and the steps up to the loft are narrow and steep, making them slightly difficult to climb, but it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

After a cruise trip, we stayed for two nights as we had a lot of luggage and needed to do some tidying and laundry. The room was spacious, well-cleaned, and provided a comfortable stay. The laundry drying rack was also very helpful. Although the parking lot has only two spaces on a first-come-first-served basis, there are several parking options nearby even if it’s full, so it wasn’t an issue. The staff were very kind and accommodating in various ways. We would love to stay here again in the future. On the other hand, there are two items we wished were available in the room. First is a sofa; it would have been nice to have a small one that doesn’t take up much space. Second is a chair at the entrance for sitting while putting on shoes; this would have been convenient to have as well.

This was my first stay, and I enjoyed the self-service welcome drink bar with unlimited soft drinks, awamori, and cocktails. At check-in, the manager made a balloon art candy for my 5-year-old son, which made him very happy. As a service for women, I received makeup remover and hair cream. The Room was standard business style but comfortable. Breakfast included dishes like champuru and jushi, which were satisfying. Although checkout was not required at the front desk, both the manager and staff saw us off at the entrance with warm hospitality. Their genuine care exceeded expectations for the price, so I would love to stay again. However, it was a bit warm in the breakfast area (welcome drink bar location) due to an air conditioning issue.

We stayed for three nights as a family of three. The Room was very cute, and we loved the colors—they suited our taste perfectly. It was clean and comfortable, so we could relax and enjoy our time. The staff were very friendly and kindly responded to our questions and requests, which made our trip even more pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Although the front desk staff were foreign, they understood Japanese very well. However, on the second day, the internet connection did not work at all.

I made a Reservation for the same Room as last year. It felt like coming home (lol). The location is great too—there’s a 24-hour supermarket nearby, and Kokusai-dori is close. If you’re driving, parking might be a bit challenging. There is parking under the building, but it’s narrow, and even if you park there, you may worry about an inexperienced driver bumping into your car. I’d love to stay again. An apartment-style accommodation ideal for those who prefer minimal interaction with others, conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store and MaxValu nearby. Almost everything you need is provided; however, having a toaster and small ceramic plates would have been perfect. The room is compact yet clean, with unlimited laundry access—GOOD! Although I brought my own bath set including shampoo as amenities were said to be for one day only, everything was actually well-stocked. Detergent and cooking utensils were available too, which was great; however, it would have been better if there were more replacement mop heads for cleaning. We cleaned thoroughly before leaving and even donated unused oil—it was a fulfilling stay overall. Initially struggled to figure out the drum washer and heating system due to lack of instructions but appreciated the simple keyless check-in process using a code lock system. Unfortunately, despite being in Okinawa, the weather was cold and not ideal during our stay but we still had a comfortable experience—thank you! One suggestion: when washing pillowcases, I noticed how dirty the pillows themselves were—it might be time to replace some bedding items?

It’s in a very convenient location close to the station. Key features are the spacious layout and a dining table, so you can throw a party with groceries you’ve bought. Everything you need for your stay is provided, including cups, plates, and knives. There’s also a drum-style washing machine. Excellent!

Conveniently located near Omoromachi Station, with easy access to convenience stores, supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants. The lobby and guest rooms were clean, and the quality of the towels was particularly impressive.

I stayed here alone on the day I arrived in Okinawa. Since I was planning to take a ferry to Kumejima early the next morning, I looked for an affordable Hotel close to Tomari Port and chose this place. It’s the common Naha style of a former regular apartment building converted into a Hotel. This building has only two Rooms per floor, so if four people stay together, it could feel like having an entire floor to yourselves. If you look closely there are some scratches and signs of wear, but the Room has been renovated and was very clean. Best of all, there is a free washing machine and dryer inside the Room, so you can do laundry on your last day of travel before heading home and reduce your luggage. Many Hotels have washers and dryers, but they’re often set up like coin laundries—meaning you have to carry your laundry out of your Room and wait for machines to become available—which can be inconvenient; having both a washer and dryer in-room for free at around 7,000 yen per night is quite rare. There are also basic dishes and a kitchen knife provided, so it might be nice to buy sashimi at a large supermarket and eat it at the Accommodation. Having separate bath and toilet was also great for two people staying together. Of course no meals are included, but there are local places nearby such as Kisaku (which serves Daito sushi), so I don’t think you’ll have trouble finding dinner. There’s also a convenience store close by, so you should be fine. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Okinawa solo.

We stayed for one night as a family of five. We made the Reservation because we wanted to move to Tomari Port early the next morning. The hotel is right in front of Tomarin, but it’s quite a walk from the Yui Rail station. It took some time to understand how to get to the check-in screen. The bathroom only has a shower. It would have been nice if there were toothbrush cups available.
