The woman who assisted with the check-in process had such a lovely smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comf

No matter which hotel I stay at, I always receive excellent service and guidance, making my experience very pleasant. This time happened to coincide with my birthday, and there was a gift prepared on the table, which made me extremely happy. Your thoughtful attention is truly i

I actually stay here every year. This time, an escalator and an elevator had been added on the way from Hamamatsucho Station to the Hotel, making it easy to get back and forth smoothly—no need to carry my luggage. There’s also a Fairmont Hotel nearby now, so it’s lovely to stop f

The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, giving it a feeling of having two separate spaces—perfect if one person wants to stay up late or sleep in. The Room also included an oven mic

In the midst of the recent surge in hotel prices that feels almost insane, this is "relatively" reasonable. Considering the location and the size of the room, it is quite satisfactory. The entrance is a bit hard to find, and if you get a low-floor room on the street side, it can

The amenities are well-prepared, making it easy to stay without bringing anything (I was especially happy with the separate pajamas). Breakfast not only tastes great but is served on beautifully designed dishes that make plating enjoyable—truly setting it apart from typical "Bu

The cleaning was thorough and everything was very clean. The child who stayed with me was also very satisfied. The night view was also beautiful and enjoyable. This time, there was no breakfast included, but next time I would like to stay with a luxurious breakfast included. I lo

The room I reserved was upgraded due to the original grade being fully booked, and it was an excellent room. Thank you very much. I appreciated having a ReFa hair dryer. I enjoyed listening to music with Alexa. There was a capsule coffee machine, so I brought my own coffee

Also, there are only two dryers, which feels too few. I’d like to see as many dryers as there are washing machines. Overall Satisfaction Thank you for having us during our stay with friends. We had a very enjoyable time. I would like to stay again. Summary It’s right by Shinaga

The Hotel staff were kind, and the Facility was clean, so I could relax and rest well. Even though it was the busy Obon season, I was able to stay at a good price by using a coupon, and since it wasn’t too far from the station, I really enjoyed my trip to Tokyo. I would like to s

My son was taken care of during his entrance exams. Although there are fewer restaurants in the area, there are cafes and convenience stores, so we didn't feel inconvenienced. The Room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay! When the way to the exam venue

The Room was a bit small, but it was more spacious than the one in Hamamatsucho—I even felt I should have stayed here the whole time instead of moving to Hamamatsucho. I was very satisfied with both the complimentary drinks and the alcohol service. There are restaurants and super

Convenience stores and cafes are nearby, and even on rainy days, the location is close to the station with covered walkways, so no umbrella is needed. Fresh towels were hung on the doorknob daily, allowing me to enjoy a clean stay throughout. If I have the chance to visit ag

I stayed with meals included for just under 7,000 yen including tax on a weekday. It was helpful to stay at such a stable and affordable price! The only concerns were that it was a bit far from the station and there was no stand to place a carry case in the room, so I had to pu

After finishing work, I dropped off my luggage before checking in. Then, the staff member who brought out my luggage—a young man—helped carry it to my Room. I was exhausted, so his kindness really touched me. Thank you so much for your help despite being busy. I would li

As a smoker, I greatly appreciate having a hotel where smoking is allowed. The guest rooms are relatively new and clean, but it would have been nice if there were coin laundry facilities available. The male staff provided excellent service; however, there was one female staff

I use this hotel for business trips around Hamamatsucho and Daimon. It’s about a 10-minute walk from either station. Head from the Daimon intersection toward Shimbashi and turn onto a side street; since it’s not on a main road, it’s relatively quiet. It’s best to eat near the s

Although the Room was compact, it had everything I needed and was very clean. I could see Tokyo Tower from the window. Thoughtful touches included a tea table (with two chairs), a vanity with a tray for valuables and accessories, and a full-length mirror. The separate washing are

I chose this Hotel because it was the closest option for my 7:00 a.m. plans the next morning. The room was properly cleaned, and the bathroom and toilet were easy to use. However, the bed did not suit me; it was quite soft, and I didn’t sleep well. Overall, I think it offers good

That's how well I slept—thank you so much. The meals were delicious. If there were a few more options, it would have been perfect. The almond tofu was especially tasty. There’s a convenience store next door where you can easily grab some snacks—very convenient! The station is n
