Everything was absolutely delicious. They even had Premium Malts bottled beer, and I was very satisfied with the pleasant service. Above all, the breakfast at Le Normandie was highly praised by my mother! The weather was great, and we enjoyed the wonderful scenery along wi

The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the hot water comes out very quickly. The prefix dinner at Jukei Hanten on the first floor was also wonderful. There were two of us, but we enjoyed high-end ingredients from the prefix menu on a rotating table while sitting on a s

I stayed at the property to celebrate a birthday. The service from the staff, as well as the room, club lounge, and bar lounge, were all excellent spaces where I could relax and enjoy. During cocktail time, I used the bar lounge and was given a "Happy Birthday" plate along wi

With Halloween decorations everywhere due to the season, and beautiful fresh flowers in front of the reception, it was truly delightful. The lounge exclusively for guests also had outdoor terrace seating where we could enjoy the pleasant breeze from the harbor in both morning and

A message card and a small gift were prepared in the Room, which deeply moved us. Staying in the Luxe King Room on the top floor, we enjoyed the stunning night views of Minato Mirai and Bay Bridge. The staff were very pleasant, and the French toast at breakfast was exceptionall

Among Business Hotels, Richmond Hotel is my favorite because the Room is spacious and the Facility is excellent. The large desk with a desk lamp and the comfortable caster chair made my stay very pleasant. The slightly larger sofa is also a nice touch. The entire Room is bright,

The Room has been renovated and is very clean. A DVD player was provided in advance, and there’s a 50-inch TV with a large screen where I watched my own DVD—Monteverdi's opera "The Coronation of Poppea." It was enjoyable even from bed! The bathroom features ReFa showerheads

Everything was well taken care of, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable trip. It was also great that the Hotel is close to convenience stores and the station. When I asked about a nearby bus stop for sightseeing, the front desk staff responded kindly and helped me find it smoo

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with it. We stayed in a Superior Twin room on the 12th floor for two nights with breakfast included, as a group of three including a toddler. First of all, the breakfast burger was incredibly delicious!

There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was convenient

There were quite a few foreign guests at the Hotel reception, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that was open early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay agai

The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

I called in advance, and they handled my late-night check-in smoothly even after midnight. The room was clean, and with comfortable bedding I was able to sleep well despite the short stay. However, it was disappointing that filling the bathtub took a long time. Given the current

All of the staff were kind, and what stood out most was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working some distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. N

Since it's not a high-rise building, being able to open the windows even slightly would make me want to stay again. That said, it’s truly a beautiful Room—highly recommended for those who prioritize cleanliness over spaciousness! Lastly, please note that the perfume scent use

The Room felt very clean and featured calm tones with a Scandinavian-style yellow accent, making it easy to relax. The shower and hair dryer were the latest ReFa models. I stayed alone, but the bed was spacious and the pillows were fluffy, so I slept very well. Because the bed is

I enjoyed them after the bath as well! The staff responded with smiles, which was reassuring. Thank you very much. I think it's a hotel where families, couples, and solo travelers can enjoy comfortably. My son said, "Let's come again!!" (Of course, I agree.) Next time,

It’s close to Sakuragicho Station, and Minato Mirai and Chinatown are within walking distance, so we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub where we could soak. There was also an aromatherapy oil service, and the fragra

Upon arrival, the hotel’s exterior gave a chic impression—subtle yet elegant—and at night, the neon lights at the entrance blended beautifully with Chinatown's atmosphere. The room’s layout and interior design were very calming, allowing us to relax fully during our stay.
