Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my second stay, and since my previous visit was so enjoyable, I chose this Hotel again without hesitation. The Facilities were excellent, and the meals were delicious. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first stay here. The room felt spacious as soon as I entered, and it was clean with a large bed that helped me relax and recover from my fatigue. Although it faces a main road, I wasn’t bothered by any noise. I would like to stay here again.

Even though I arrived much later than the check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated me. I also enjoyed the wide variety of baths! Just one thing: many guests were barefoot inside the building, which I understand since it’s an Onsen, but if possible, it would be nice to have Japanese-style indoor footwear available (the disposable slippers in the Room were a bit small and hard to walk in), so those who want to wear them would have that option. Sorry for such a luxury request. I’m grateful to the kind front desk staff and to everyone on the team.

We stayed during Silver Week. Check-in went smoothly with no issues, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was also helpful that we could use the Hotel’s paid parking lot by applying in advance.

Our club team of about 25 stayed here. The staff were very courteous and spoke to us often, listened carefully to our requests, and responded accordingly. Thank you very much.

Very close to the station. Because it faces a main road, there were times at night when noise from cars and motorcycles was noticeable, so I probably should have brought earplugs. The exterior felt somewhat old, but the Room was clean, and best of all, the toilet, bath, and sink were all separate, which made it very convenient to use. However, dust had accumulated on top of the bathroom door and in corners of the walls, so it would be even better if less noticeable areas were cleaned more thoroughly. That was my only concern—overall I was very satisfied with this Hotel.

The meals were delicious. Dinner was especially outstanding (breakfast too). The large public bath was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure. The Room felt clean and the lighting was bright, which was great, but I did notice a little light coming in through gaps in the curtains when sleeping, and the small constantly lit indicator on what seemed to be a ceiling alarm was quite bright. I would stay again if I have the chance.

This was my first stay, but the location was great, the price was reasonable, and the Room was clean. If I had to mention one thing, the Room air conditioning did not work very well.

The service was courteous, the Facility was new, and it offered great value for the price. The vending machine selection is a matter of preference, but it would be even better if you could stock at least one type of sports drink (for hangover prevention).

This was my first stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka Hirakata. Since hotels in central Osaka tend to be pricey, I decided to stay a little farther out and chose this property. The top highlight is definitely the bath. It was very relaxing, and the views and night scenery from the upper floors were wonderful. Including the view from the room, it was a very satisfying stay overall. Next time, I’d love to use the bath around sunset. I also enjoyed breakfast. When we visited, there was a corner where you could sample soy sauces from different regions, and it was memorable to taste how they vary by area. On the other hand, for first-time guests, access to the hotel and finding the entrance can be a bit confusing. Coming from the station or parking area, there were moments when we weren’t sure which route to take. In particular, once the attached commercial facility closes for business hours, it seems that available corridors and entrances become limited. Including restaurant hours as well, it would be reassuring for first-time guests if there were clearer guidance in advance on how to enter/exit at night. If you’re arriving by car, I recommend confirming parking details beforehand. We used the Keihan Parking Station Building parking lot, but at first it wasn’t very clear how partnerships with the hotel work or what conditions apply for discounts. We followed the instructions for reservations/discount procedures as best we could, but I think it’s best to confirm in advance how eligibility works and whether any discount will actually be applied at payment. Despite a few minor concerns, I found this hotel very appealing for spending time relaxing on-site—especially thanks to the bath and views. This was my first visit, but I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance. Next time I want to enjoy a long soak while watching the scenery at dusk. Thank you very much.

I spend about 100 days a year staying in Hotels, and this was one of the good ones. From the entrance to the guest room and bathroom, everything felt clean and well maintained, which was very relaxing. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

It had been a while since I stayed at a truly traditional Japanese Ryokan. Since I usually sleep on a futon rather than a bed, I was able to sleep soundly here as well. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was large enough to stretch out and soak comfortably, which helped me recover from my fatigue. I also liked the convenient location near the station. It might not suit some younger guests who aren’t used to this style, but if I have the chance to visit Takatsuki again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The hotel offered great value for the price, with well-stocked amenities and very clean rooms. Personally, since I like to sleep in, I would have preferred more blackout curtains to block the morning sunlight. The breakfast at a café about a 2-minute walk away was also very good.

The room was small, but it was perfect for resting my tired body after visiting Universal Studios. The amenities were plentiful, and I loved the Hotel’s atmosphere. Everyone had wonderful smiles, and the service was excellent. I could really feel all the thoughtful ideas and efforts made for guests in the bath area and dining to help avoid crowds as much as possible. The Onsen water was especially great. I had been looking forward to the welcome drink, but since I checked in after 9:00 p.m., I thought I had missed it—however, they kindly told me “It’s still okay,” and I was happy to receive it just in time. I bought dinner at the Seven-Eleven next door and enjoyed it slowly in the Hotel lounge (microwave available). Thank you for taking care of me for one night and two days. I would love to stay again if I have another chance.

Very convenient and close to the station.

I stayed here for three days while attending Summer Sonic. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Shojaku Station, and the access is excellent with an easy transfer to the monorail at Minami-Ibaraki Station. After returning to the Hotel, the large public bath helped soothe my fatigue. Since there are no Hotels around Expo Commemoration Park, I highly recommend it.
