I stayed for one night on a business trip. From the exterior, it felt like being in a foreign country. The guest room had an elegant, classic British atmosphere, and the pleasant scent of potpourri made it truly relaxing both physically and mentally. In addition, there were Facil

The Room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with amenities. The open view from the Room was refreshing, and in the morning, you can enjoy a walk around the Imperial Palace's outer grounds. The hotel remained quiet until check-out, allowing for a relaxing stay througho

Arriving at 8 PM, the hospitality from luggage handling before check-in to parking was exceptional. Not only were the Facility's design and cleanliness impressive, but each staff member provided attentive and thoughtful service. Every word they spoke was filled with kindness. Alt

I have stayed at many luxury hotels in Tokyo, but I feel that Kitano Hotel has the best atmosphere and is full of hospitality! In addition to their exceptional hospitality, you can enjoy the tranquility, the hotel staff welcoming you in coats and hats, seasonal decorations that

The warm hospitality of the staff healed my heart, and I would like to visit again soon. The price is reasonable, and I think this quality is truly wonderful. Although it is an old building, it has a warmth that makes you feel its history, and I actually liked that. I am truly gr

The hotel is very calm and provides a sense of security despite its convenient location near Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The guest rooms are compact, as expected from a business hotel, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff at the lobby had a gentle smile, leaving a pos

One of the accommodations I use when I stay in Tokyo for business. The breakfast service is just right and I appreciate it. Also, perhaps due to the location, I see many foreign tourists. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it a nice hotel.

The bathroom has a deep tub that allows you to soak up to your shoulders—a nice feature. If you're just looking for a place to stay overnight without any frills, booking early can get you an affordable price. With its great location and convenience, this business hotel offers hi

Since there are hardly any people in the hot bath, it might be better to reduce its size and double the size of the sauna instead. I also wish the single cold bath could be placed closer to the sauna. When I went early in the morning, there was no one around, and it was perfect

It is conveniently located close not only to Hanzomon Subway Station but also to Kojimachi Station. The Room was quiet, and I was able to work comfortably at my own pace, which was very helpful. Having a wired LAN connection—something less common in recent Business Hotels—was con

I dropped off my luggage around noon, and since the Room was ready, I was able to check in early. There was a wide variety of breakfast breads and drinks, and everything was delicious. I appreciated it because I’m hesitant to use the kettle in the Room. However, I was disappo

I stayed here for a business trip. I chose a double or twin room plan and was given a double room. The room is minimal, but the bed is spacious enough and comfortable. Some might be concerned about the bed being right by the door, but the floor was quiet on the day I stay

We chose a high-floor view Room. You can see Hie Shrine from the room's window, and the interior was luxurious, providing an opulent space. The rooftop open-air bath was excellent. I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

It might be a Business Hotel, but the bed, futon, and pillows were excellent. Above all, the service was polite, the view from the Room was great, and it was close to the station. The surroundings included parliamentary Accommodation with tight security, and there was a convenien

They upgraded us by about two levels and gave us a spacious Room. There was a jacuzzi in the bathroom, but when we tried it, a lot of black particles floated up in the water... Maybe mold or soap scum. Other than that, everything was good.

It feels like a prime spot in the city center, yet I was able to stay at a great value and at an affordable price. For dinner, you can choose from four Japanese and Western options. I chose the Japanese meal, and everything was delicious with just the right portion size. I also e
