I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to participate in the Yuza Chokai One-Day Walk. On the day of the event, thank you for providing breakfast (set menu) and Shuttle Service to the venue early in the morning. The meals were delicious. After check-out, I appreciated the Shuttle Service to Fukura Station. I was able to use the neighboring day-use Onsen (Apon Nishihama). I took a nice nap on a chair by the open-air bath—it felt wonderful.

It was conveniently located near the samurai residence district, with a convenience store and souvenir shops right next door. The entrance is a little hard to find. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but we were able to use a nearby day-use Onsen at a discounted rate. We also appreciated being able to go again the next morning, and a cute cat welcomed us. There was complimentary coffee and snacks, and the amenities were well stocked.

I came to Kakunodate for the first time to see the weeping cherry blossoms at the samurai residences. Since I prefer to eat dinner out, I stayed at this Hotel with a No Meals Included plan. The Room was clean and I had no complaints about the Facility, but it felt more like a clinic ward than I expected—almost like being hospitalized... I was also a little disappointed that the bed was on the small side. All of the staff were very pleasant, and when I got lost on the way to an izakaya they recommended, they even came with me. The restaurant was wonderful as well. I also enjoyed the free breakfast (rice balls and pork miso soup) the next morning. I would like to stay here again.

Located right in front of Akita Station, the location is extremely convenient. This Business Hotel offers comfortable guest rooms and Facilities, providing good value for the price.

I stayed here after my last day of work. When I asked the front desk staff about places still open at this hour where I could drink Akita's local sake like "Yuki no Bosha" or other options, they said, "If you just want to drink local sake, the nearby supermarket sells it. They probably have small bottles of Yuki no Bosha too. Since it's snowing heavily and the izakaya is quite far, it might be tough to go there and come back. It’s better not to risk it." They also gave me a map just in case. At first, I was surprised by their suggestion, but after dropping off my luggage and walking outside, I understood! I went to the supermarket instead, bought some sake, and enjoyed it with kimchi in my room. Thanks to their advice, I avoided any accidents. The room was clean and satisfying! The water temperature was adjustable manually—it wasn’t a big deal since I'm used to that. Thank you very much!

The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

The staff at the accommodation were incredibly helpful. We stayed during the year-end, and the interior of the yurt was so warm and comfortable that we couldn't feel the cold outside. The dinner options, including the hot pot course and barbecue course, were abundant with plenty of meat, vegetables, mushrooms, appetizers, and even ice cream for dessert. We were completely satisfied. One member of our group couldn't eat meat, so we requested in advance to substitute seafood for the hot pot meat. The staff handled this request kindly and attentively. Breakfast was served buffet-style with bread, soup, coffee/juice, fried rice (which was especially delicious), fresh vegetable salad—all of which were delightful and satisfying. We also received free tickets to a nearby onsen facility. Bringing along a towel set from our bungalow that could be returned at the onsen made it convenient to enjoy outdoor baths, löyly sessions, and saunas before heading back home. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully arranged for an exceptional experience. Highly recommended!

The room had a retro design but was well-maintained and not inconvenient. The plan included two meals, breakfast and dinner, with a variety of dishes and sufficient portions, which were delicious. The front desk service was calm and pleasant. It became a good memory of this trip. Thank you very much.

The staff's service is excellent! The breakfast is delicious!
