We had planned to stay before the Obon holidays, but a typhoon was approaching, so we exchanged emails with the staff several times. The staff were very polite and helpful, and thanks to them we were able to change our dates smoothly. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay, and we were very satisfied with the welcome drink upon arrival and the thorough explanation from the staff. The Room was clean, and the amenities—including complimentary bath salts and bath bombs—were wonderful. We had seen in a Review that breakfast involved waiting, but since we entered the breakfast venue right when it opened at 7:00, it wasn’t an issue at all. Both the Japanese and Western options were delicious, with fresh local vegetables included. We definitely want to return! Because it’s in a nature-rich area, I wouldn’t recommend it for those who dislike insects. In our case, my husband grew up in the countryside and was delighted whenever he spotted big frogs, spiders, or grasshoppers on the Facility grounds.

The staff were very kind, and the beach right in front was beautiful. Since it was my first time, I stayed at a different luxury hotel within the resort the next day. While it had a luxurious feel and was nice, I loved this beach so much that I came back here the following day. The weather was great, and I enjoyed wading into the sea up to my knees—it felt wonderful. Next time, I'll stay at this hotel for a multiple night stay! Having two bedrooms in the room along with a microwave and washing machine was very convenient. The bathtub is only available as an outdoor jacuzzi, so on windy or cold days it might be slightly inconvenient; however, overall my stay was comfortable. I joined the morning walk program where we had perfect weather and even got to enjoy an off-season private experience! The explanations about plants were fascinating, making it both fun and fulfilling. My child kept asking for quizzes repeatedly—thank you for your patience despite causing some trouble! Thank you also for taking us to Alamanda to feed turtles. Although it seemed quiet during off-season with fewer people around, there were surprisingly many children competing over turtle food during feeding time! Unfortunately, adults cannot participate in feeding activities if they go alone since food is not provided for them. This resort is enjoyable even without needing a car; however, having simple meals like rice balls (onigiri), sandwiches or light bento boxes available within the hotel or resort would be fantastic—especially something easy for kids to eat quickly! There are picnic-friendly spots in nearby parks where rice balls would have been perfect... It would be great if such options could be ordered from hotels or made more accessible somehow. Every day now I'm thinking about when I'll get another chance to visit Miyako Island again!

I originally made a Reservation for four nights, but due to the typhoon, we shortened our stay. Since it was a last-minute schedule change, there may have been food left in the refrigerator, and we may have caused some inconvenience for housekeeping. The Reservation center staff kindly accommodated the sudden change, and their warm support was very reassuring during an uncertain time. As for the Room, it was spacious and very comfortable, with everything provided—such as a hair dryer, amenities, and kitchenware. It was also nice to be able to enjoy the drinks in the refrigerator right after arrival. One note: each time we used the washing machine, an “C09” error appeared. After checking online, it seemed related to the lid sensor; by opening and closing it again we were able to use it. I’m sharing this just in case for future guests. I also would have liked more time to try the ReFa hair dryer and the Mirable shower. We would love to stay again on our next visit.

We stayed for a 4-day, 3-night Multiple Night Stay. It was our first time using self-check-in, so we were a bit worried, but the detailed instructions sent via email made the process smooth and problem-free. The Room exceeded our expectations, and our family was thrilled. We were concerned about running out of towels during the Multiple Night Stay, but there were plenty stocked, along with amenities like a hairdryer and lots of dishes, making our stay very comfortable. The pool, which could be lit up at night, was a favorite for the kids, and they used it whenever they had time during our stay. The Room had a space where we could move directly from the pool to the bathroom even while wet, and the washing machine and dryer made it convenient to clean up after swimming or going to the beach. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to stay again.

I stayed for 6 nights. During my stay, there were some irregularities, but the staff and manager responded kindly and professionally. Due to the nature of Miyako Island, the presence of many insects is unavoidable, but there is also an annex in addition to the main building. Including the facilities, I had a very satisfying stay. From the moment we opened the door, it was a series of "best" experiences. The entire building became our own space, and every Room had direct access to the pool. There was a private sauna next to the pool with aromatherapy available, and we used it multiple times during our stay. Relaxing in the outdoor living area felt truly wonderful. Lounging with poolside champagne or on a daybed—it's a place filled only with things you love. The barbecue made from Miyakojima ingredients, considering health, was great! Leisurely resort drinking was incredibly fun. The amenities provided were eco-friendly; my hair didn't become dry and brittle, and I could feel attention to detail in items like hand soap and detergent. With a kitchen and washing machine available, it was comfortable. Having a desk allowed me to work during my stay when needed, which I appreciated. Entering the night pool after turning off the lights at night offered an unforgettable time under Miyakojima's beautiful starry sky. I thought it was truly wonderful that this Facility not only provided comfort but also considered people and environmental concerns. It's my top recommendation for luxury Hotels in Miyakojima. I will definitely visit again!

We made a Reservation for five nights and, after staying four nights, spent the day relaxing until our evening return flight. We swam at our leisure in the private pool and took naps on the terrace bed. We also enjoyed spending time freely in the cozy living room and bedroom. From the Ingyā Marine Garden Observatory right in front of us, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and took a walk around the entire marine garden. We went snorkeling at Ingyā Beach within walking distance, enjoyed a delicious lunch at the highly rated Bistro Tajima, and ended up getting plenty of takeout as well. Breakfast was different each day, very tasty, and wonderfully satisfying. Even when my companion left early in the morning for fun diving, I could relax at the villa. There are many places nearby within walking distance, so we were able to discover and experience all sorts of things. On our last day, we ended up enjoying tropical fish spotting at the beach with my companion until almost the very last minute, so I’m truly sorry that I couldn’t gather all used items such as bath towels into one place. This Miyakojima trip was something I had been looking forward to as a way to ease my everyday work fatigue. The owner’s and staff’s smiles and gracious service made it even more soothing. I am also deeply moved and sincerely grateful regarding that matter about our Room. While still feeling “Miyakojima loss,” we have already made another Reservation for our next trip to Miyakojima, which my companion is also very excited about.
