They also offered thoughtful, understated touches for my birthday celebration, which made me very happy. At breakfast, the freshly made omelet was delicious. We also had lunch at one of the restaurants inside the Hotel; every dish was consistently excellent and beyond complaint.

We had a very comfortable stay. They also looked after our dog, and we were able to attend a concert—it was perfect. Thank you very much.

There are many commercial facilities, as well as large drugstores and supermarkets, making it perfect for shopping during work breaks. The guest rooms are spacious and user-friendly, with separate bath and sink areas for added convenience. However, the breakfast menu seems to

Although it was just a one-night stay this time, I felt that even a Multiple Night Stay would be comfortable without any stress. The breakfast featured salads that paired well with delicious bread, two types of soup, fruits, and various dishes. The refrigerator offered three kin

We had such a wonderful time that it became a family favorite—we even made our next Reservation during our stay. For breakfast, we went to the 30th floor; both Western and Japanese options were outstanding along with the buffet. Even on our Multiple Night Stay, the cake selecti

The bathroom was spacious with a separate washing area. The provided body soap and shampoo had pleasant fragrances that I particularly enjoyed. Guests staying in this room could access the premium lounge after 6 PM, where various drinks (including alcoholic beverages) and snacks

This time, I was especially looking forward to the breakfast buffet, as I heard it offers dishes from Kagoshima Prefecture. I love chicken rice soup (Keihan), so I was delighted to have it in the morning, and it was delicious. I wanted to try everything, but that wasn’t possible,

This is the most comfortable Hotel I’ve stayed at during business trips to Tokyo. Having a separate washing area in the bathroom is fantastic—no shower curtain sticking to you. The bath and toilet are also separate, and the Room feels very clean, making for a truly comfortable stay. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next business trip to Tokyo.

Thanks to the warm hospitality of the Gold Lounge staff, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The pool area with its breathtaking views was also wonderful, and we fully enjoyed everything—scenery, dining, and relaxation. This time we stayed with relatives and had a great time at the Gold Lounge while enjoying champagne. Thank you for the wonderful memories. We would love to visit again.

After evening baths came complimentary ice cream bars—a perfect touch making everything feel luxurious beyond words. I couldn’t have given my wife a better birthday gift than this experience—it truly became one of our best trips in recent years. I wholeheartedly recommend this H

I regularly visit hotel lounges, and my wife said it was the first time she wanted to come back again. The meals were delicious, and they even made cocktails for us—everything was taken care of. At the nightcap, I was surprised they served motsunabe hot pot. It’s rare to get something that substantial at a nightcap, and it was excellent. The hospitality was outstanding as well. The staff spoke to us with just the right sense of distance, which felt very comfortable. The fitness center is open 24 hours, so I used it many times. One thing to note: the B3 parking lot is a mechanical parking system, which I’m not used to. I almost opened the trunk and hit something by mistake, so I’ll be more careful next time.

We stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Back when you were in Ginza, we used to visit often as a couple. At the time, work kept us busy every day, so being able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast here was pure bliss. We both loved your Japanese set breakfast (rice porridge), and I remember how much we looked forward to it. Recently, I learned that Dai-ichi Hotel is in Shimbashi, so I made a Reservation specifically to enjoy that memorable morning porridge again. This time we stayed in a Junior Suite, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff’s attentiveness and hospitality made it a wonderful birthday. Thank you very much. We’ll be back!!

Both the Room and the bath were comfortable, and I was able to relax well! It was a bit disappointing that the breakfast selection and portions were somewhat limited. It might have been because I went for breakfast a little late... The staff also explained everything politely, wh

There were also more side dishes than we could finish, plus bread and sweets, so it felt very luxurious. Everything tasted great. All of the staff were kind and sincere—it was an extremely satisfying Hotel stay. I’d love to come again!!! We had such a wonderful time. Thank you ve

The food was delicious, which was great.

The views from the lobby, Room, and restaurant were all outstanding, and above all, every dish at the restaurant was exquisite! The staff provided warm, attentive hospitality, and we were able to spend a wonderful day. Thank you so much. We would love to visit again! The photo is

It was excellent! The location is perfect, and there’s a FamilyMart on the first floor. In the morning, I thought it would be self-service, but the staff kindly prepared both a smoothie and coffee for us. Both were delicious, and we really appreciated it. I’d love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you very much.

As always, it was excellent. I stayed for two nights again this time, and it’s very convenient with both Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Shijo Station nearby. I spoke to the staff at mealtimes and when finishing. Their cheerful voices really energize me from the morning. The Room, bath, and service are all great. I will stay again—thank you in advance.

It’s always within walking distance from Tokyo Station. On the day I stayed, it was unusually cool, so I walked. Tsukiji Outer Market, Kabuki-za Theatre, Ginza, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, which is very convenient. The bathtub filled up with hot water in no time, which was great.

I chose this Accommodation because it was conveniently located for the area I needed to visit. Even though it was a Saturday, the price was lower than nearby places, which was a big plus. What I personally liked most was the amenities: in addition to standard items like toothbrushes and razors, they also offered an uncommon pouch, and it was free to take—great touch. I didn’t use it, but there is also a lounge, and overall I felt they really focus on providing good service. It was a very satisfying Accommodation.
